I went to the recent Nissan sales event brought about by the flashy advert that came in the mail. I spent over an hour there and was completely dissatisfied. It was very dishonest and they said no pressure but that's all they did and they wouldn't take no for an answer. I left frustrated and angry that they wouldn't give me a price for the vehicle I was interested in to consider. The whole experience was slimy and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Let me see. They sold me a car and got the vin number wrong. So I been on the phone numerous times. The last straw came today when a salesman demanded I come down to resign paperwork. When I told him that he might have to come to me. Since the vin didn't match either the registration or insurance as bad as that is. Parts and service are worse

Integrity Matters! It seems like, in this world, it is getting harder and harder to find people who value their integrity and honor. We were delighted to find such people at Formula Nissan! When looking recently for a used Nissan Rogue, Formula Nissan was able to offer us the most competitive price. My son and I drove up to purchase the car; and we were all, on both sides, dismayed to realize that they had inadvertently left taxes out of the equation. Initially quite upset, I was super pleased when everyone from the salesperson to the manager to the owner (!!) went out of his or her way to make sure to do his utmost to "make it right" and make sure that we left not only with our new car but also feeling that we had been treated with respect and courtesy and fairness by each and every people with whom we interacted. If you want not only a great car but also great CARE, then you can't go wrong by going to Formula Nissan!

It's an okay place love formula Nissan they have all kinds of cars that you can choose from for yourself and for your family that you can take your time to look at there formula Nissan cars that they have they will let you they will let you take and driving test the car to see if you like how it feels and if it doesn't and they will let you look at a different car if it doesn't fit your family so they will let you look around to see which one fit you and how it makes you feel when you are driving it and if you feel right in it then they will sell the car to you and formula Nissan has all kinds of different styles of cars that you can choose from and they will let you take your time picking which one fits your budget. And the people there are nice and friendly and they will let you take your time to pick the right expensive car you want for yourself and your family. I went here for a state inspection because I Believe in the Nissan brand. I was required to pay over five hundred dollars to fix issues that my car didn’t have in order to get inspection sticker. I came in with an out of town inspection that I past about eight weeks prior, and after being robbed for $55, I went down the street to another auto shop and passed with out an issue. I recently had an oil change at another Nissan dealer ship and had the usual multipoint inspection; again I was reassured that my brakes and any issues formular Nissan found with my car were fraudulent. I am disappointed in the practice of this business. My only hope is that the owner really corrects this practice because this nickel and diming is not good for its overall bottom line.

I am really pissed off at this company. I had asked for an inspection done on a car we bought from them. They said they could not inspect it as it needed a brake light bulb and socket which was going to cost me $62.00. I went and priced them at a local auto parts store and they were only $8.00. i also had another mechanic look into it and come to find out all it needed was a bulb which cost me .99 cents. Now I do believe this would be a "CONSUMER FRAUD" attempt. My question is, how can you feel good about screwing your customers that have purchased 4 vehicles from you and you think you are going to get away with these type of actions on the "service" end. You people are horrible! i!!! and I hope that other customers using your service dept will see this review and refrain from using your service dept. I will be reporting this as a "CONSUMER FRAUD" action..you will not be getting our business ever again...at least I caught this in time, before you ripped me off. You people should be ashamed of yourselves by taking hard earned money from hard working people and also some people that may not be able to afford it in the first place.

Took 24 hours to get a call back from service to get the truck looked at. Brought truck in on a Monday for the first appointment, diagnosed and never called me. Left two voicemails but no reply. I had to call Monday afternoon to find out what the results were. Called Tuesday morning to give the green light on the AC repair. Parts were ordered Tuesday and supposed to arrive Wednesday. Parts arrived Wednesday and were the wrong AC compressor. Was told they were going to be overnight shipped and truck would be done Thursday. Thursday arrived and after 3 left voicemails I finally demanded to talk to someone and not leave a voicemail at 5:55pm. Was told the part never arrived and would be there first thing in the morning. Friday morning I called at 10:30am to find out the truck was done but never received a phone call saying it was complete. This whole endeavor delayed our camping trip and while I was offered a car to use for the weekend I assured the service adviser that a car probably would not be able to haul my 8klbs. camper like my Titan would. So we arrived at our destination over a half day late. The absolute worst communication I've ever dealt with. No one answers the phone at the service desk and no one returns phone calls. Then I go in to pay and there's two people standing at the service desk. Not sure what kind of twilight zone I've entered at this point. They did give me 10% off the bill which doesn't amount to a whole lot considering it was supposed to be done Wednesday and had to do the vehicle shuffle all week for kids and delay our vacation plans because of it.

They seriously will work with anyone at any credit. I am the living proof! Very friendly people. Love how they invite you to be family not a joke shmo. Worked very hard to keep the costs low on my husbands older truck when it potentially needed a new air bag. They informed us of the highest cost and the everything in between. Thankfully we only needed a spiral cable and nothing else. They gave us a complementary point check and did not push to get those items done.

I never dealt with a place that is So dishonest. I took my 2013 truck to this dealer when they were running a special on state inspection $9.95 they said my truck needed new brake pads, rotors, and calipers. My truck only has 37,450 miles on the truck. I took it somewhere else and had them do the inspection and turns out my brakes were fine. So this place tried to get $350.00 out of my pocket for NO reason. Do not bring you vehicle to this place.
