We have 3 cars (spaning 26 years in age, one being a hybrid) and get them all serviced at Classic Auto Exchange. They have been extremely reliable, have provide us with FAIR pricing, and alwys get the work done quickly. The quality of the work is top notch as when they fix something it stays fixed! I also really appreciate the communication and transparency they provide about pricing for parts and labor (got me an amazing deal on some tires they brought in from another location that went above and beyond the call of duty). Aaron in the office is a pleasure to work with and always answers all my questions; really nice guy and it's always nice to have a freindly face to drop the car off to. Incompetent mechanic overlooked a $5 seal when changing my valve cover gaskets. Now they will not make good on their mistake. Boomer is clearly not knowledgeable enough to be working on turbo diesels, his mechanics included. He believes there are only two seals on the valve covers, which is just ignorant. Would not recommend anyone to have service be done here

I was impressed by the staff accomodating my schedule of moving and getting my undercoating done on my new car. I was not aware it takes awhile to complete, and when I explained my plans, Brad was very reassuring it would get done sooner than the average time. I was extremely pleased to get on the road two hours ahead of schedule. Great customer service!
