I had a great experience from start to finish! Having done my research I had narrowed down my search to the S60 or S90. I worked with Frank Rounds who had a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for the Volvo brand. I was able to speak with him over the phone about pricing prior to coming into the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and met with a smile from Frank. He had all the paperwork and pricing options readily available as we had discussed on the phone. After determining that I was going to get the S90 we quickly went through the finance app and got all the paperwork ready. I returned to work for the day and when i returned that evening I just had to sign on the dotted line and my beautiful new S90 was pulled into the showroom waiting for me. Frank then presented me with the keys and a box of Lake Champlain chocolate and spent the next 45 minutes teaching me about the car and all of the great features. Overall had such and easy and truly a luxury experiences here at Al Martin. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to believe that a $55,000 car would have a terrible wrenching noise near the front door and a wire hanging down near the carpet on the passenger side of the car. This is my first XC 90 and probably my last based on the quality of this particular car . Very disappointing

Almartin helped me convert to a huge Volvo fan. My wifge and I were in the market for an SUV, and we test drove many different makes. When we finally got to Almartin, we were set up with Sam Faris. I HIGHLY recommend Sam. I work in the auto industry, and am all too aware of the pressures most sales professionals attempt to apply. Sam had zero of the downside and all of the upside. He was professional, informative, knew about the car's most minute details, and gave me space when I needed it. The sales desk was quick, and we put this deal together with very little effort/ time on my end. I will be back.

Almartin has the best service center! I have been driving Volvo’s for 15 years and as much as I may not buy them here, I can’t say enough about the service center. They were super accommodating when I arrived an hour late due to a major accident on the highway. This visit to the service center was a tedious issue that they took the time to sift through. While I stayed and waited for the car to be fixed they would touch base and fill me in on what they had found and how they were continuing to work to diagnose the issue. Needless to say the issue was completely resolved because of their patience and persistence!! I would absolutely recommend their Service department!

Okay, a bit pricey, but when Payas Auto sells you a lemon, for a little money, they can make you lemonade. Took my C70 Convertible to them cause Paya's auto sold me a lemon, and they fixed it right up. It's amazing that the roof even works after how it stopped. They did an amazing job making the lemon that Paya's Auto sold me into refreshing lemonade. Thank you Al Martin for fixing the lemon Paya's auto sold me. Did I mention Paya's Auto sold me a lemon?

We had a great experience at first, sales person super professional and nice. We were told the only way to get the best deal on the model we were looking at was to go overseas and what you see on the sticker is what you will pay on the lot, no less unless there were incentives. With that being said we decided to purchase else where due to price. Even though we purchased else where we thought about getting an extended warranty through them to give sales some of our business as we had a good experiece so far, well that changed. Our salesperson found out we purchased else where and we received a very unprofessional email as they were upset we did not buy it from them. Needless to say we will no longer recommend this dealer and they will not be receiving any business from us. We would not recommend them.
