They sell to people from all over the country and I can see why - fair prices, awesome salesmen, and overall a super easy experience! I’ll be back when I’m ready for an upgrade.

It's always been a dream of mine to get a truck from Watts. I had an amazing experience and was not disappointed. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone in sales. In fact, they left me completely alone. I liked that! I was able to walk around the lot and take my time. I'm very analytical so it was nice not to feel rushed. Even when I got a set of keys to look inside a truck I was again left alone to take my time. Some of you might want a more personal interaction and they do do that too. But for me and my preferences, I loved being left alone. Prices are fair and financing decisions came back quickly from local banks/credit unions. Best place around to get a truck. I absolutely love mine!

This was the best car buying experience no have ever had. After a couple quick texts to evaluate my trade, then one phone call for a credit app, I had a solid deal ironed out with Blaine. None of the, “let me talk to my manager” fiasco that most other dealers put you through. I was still a bit nervous about driving 8 hours to complete the deal. Something told me it was too good to be true, and when I showed up, I would find the catch. Fortunately, the catch never materialized. Blaine met me, and everything was as promised. I’m thrilled with the new truck, and even more thrilled that I was able to avoid the typical car buying experience.

Dustin is the man. Watts Automotive has done work on my 4Runner a couple of times and Dustin has made each visit an awesome experience. Today, I brought in my 4Runner to have a light bar wired in. I noticed that my brakes were acting differently than normal and asked Dustin what he thought it could be. He checked my brakes (even though they were slammed), noticed that my brake line was busted and told me that he would do whatever he could to fit me in so that I wouldn’t be stranded without a safely functioning vehicle. A couple hours later I get a call from Dustin saying that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I asked him how much it was going to be for the brake line installation and he said not to worry about it and that he had a new line in the shop. They replaced my brake line on a day in which they didn’t have any extra time AND they did it all for free AND they checked my alignment... for free. Seriously, I’m super grateful for their generosity and their customer service. If you’re looking for an honest, high quality company to do business with, Watts is the place for you. I purchased my F150 3 months ago after test driving it twice. I was happy with my purchase and my experience till I have my truck serviced and the bumper to bumper warranty that I was told was still valid is no longer valid, 3 months later (less than 30k miles). If I were buying again from them I would double check the warranty dates and expirations because they don’t offer that up and now I’m stuck with the cost. Other than this I’m happy with my purchase.

Absolutely loved the experience at Watts Automotive. Not only was the vehicle beautiful, it was an amazing no pressure buy. Hunter was very helpful and professional. I will definitely be returning for future vehicles. UPDATE: After purchasing my vehicle and driving it for a little while I noticed that a few tim pieces were loose. I called Hunter and told him about it and he told me to bring it in and they would look at it. Turns out that a trim piece was broken and a new one needed to be installed. Watts replaced this piece at no cost to me, if I had to do this out of pocket I'm sure it would have cost me a couple hundred. Thanks Watts for being so amazing.

Service is awesome too, no shady used car treatment. They give you the best price for the truck and your trade right up front. No haggling and it's quick and easy.
