All service has been great except the gentleman who sold me my 2018 Toyota Camry. He did a great job of tracking down the car I wanted. However, I never heard from him after I got my car. He told me he had a great camera mounted to his rearview mirror, and I left several messages to find out the brand. He never returned my call.

Clean place. Friendly people that arent trying to sell you a truck when you're just here for a service. The waiting area is comfortable with complimentary drinks and snacks. As well as a play area if you brought your mistakes.

The sales guy was great. The first finance guy was EXTREMELY rude and would frequent talk over the top of you! The second finance guy was ok. Once the paperwork was signed for the new Tacoma they have been very slow with the aftermarket parts and the service department has been a joke to deal with. They constantly don’t answer the phone or call back with updates. The window motor in the truck went out after 2 week of owning the truck and the service team could not roll up the window while it was raining outside. They did offer to tape a trash bag over the window. Just go out on the lot, pull the motor out of a different truck and send me home with a window that will roll up In the rain! UPDATE 1 month later. Finally got the aftermarket parts installed and the window motor fixed. It gets WORSE!!! They installed a much cheaper less capable truck shell on the truck than we agreed on. This is now turning into FRAUD and I am filing a BBB claim.

We were in town driving through and needed a wheel balancing. When we arrived for our appointment the service department told us it wouldn’t take long.... we waited 3 HOURS for tires to be balanced. My husband had to go and ask what the status was on the truck in order to move things along(not that it helped at all). When we got the truck back they said there was still a shimmy and blamed it on our tires. There was absolutely NO change in the tire shake and the problem was actually worse. The exact issue we paid to have “fixed” and the issue we sat and waited 3 hours for had not disappeared in the slightest and yet they blamed our tires for no resolve. Extremely disappointed especially since we need to drive home across the country. We specifically chose a Toyota dealership “thinking” they could at least correctly balance tires. We should have just went to any random tire shop and they would have solved the simple issue. We also thought it was bizarre that if there was an “issue” why did a tech not come and address it with us???? They sent Holly who honestly couldn’t answer the questions when addressed. Just an update... after making multiple phone calls to speak with the manager about our unresolved issue, we received NO return calls. So we took our truck to Discount Tire where they thoroughly balanced our tires. We have NO more shake and are smoothly enjoying the road again!! Funny enough the “issue” Toyota blamed on our tires was non existent. Maybe Toyota’s tech needs to go to Discount Tire for some education

Just went in today to get new tires, an alignment, and oil change; I was welcomed promptly by Kerry in sales who helped me find which tires I needed by introducing me to Gavin in parts! Gavin knows what he's talking about and ensures absolute confidence in what parts you're getting! I went in knowing I was getting the best options for me, and I was able to ask Kerry any all of the questions I needed! I was also introduced to Andrew, from the service department, he let me know what he was doing and reiterated the services we were doing today! I can say that my service today was faster than I had expected, and left me feeling confident about being out on the road! The nice thing about the dealership is that they had no problem tackling my Hyundai Veloster, they never made me feel like this was a "Toyota Exclusive" place. Great people here, amazing inventory, and beyond trustworthy mechanics!

Nearly every service agent at your service center has treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness. I have enjoyed working with Brian over the last several visits. He is very informed about MY car and is on top of what it needs done for optimum maintenance. I bought my car new in 2008 and it now has 177,000 miles on it. I like to look for Brian to check in my Tacoma for servicing because he seems to love my older truck and really care about (making reasonable suggestions) to help me keep it from falling apart. He’s passionate about vehicles. But I’ve seen other people with customers and they all seem knowledgeable and friendly. I also love all the places to sit and relax, or even work out in their clean gym while you wait. Showers and changing room available.

I spoke to several Toyota service departments along the Wasatch front before deciding to drive from Utah County to Bountiful to have a new factory hitch installed on my 2016 Highlander. Brian was a wonderful advisor over the phone. He was detailed in his explanation and thoughtful in quoting pricing. When I arrived at the dealership, Brian greeted me and helped me find my way to a quite, private room where I could spend the next couple of hours catching up on work. He even carried my bag and laptop! When the job was finished he was just as courtesy helping me with all my work tools back to my car. I was very impressed with his customer service and the entire experience at Toyota Bountiful. The hitch looks great and worked wonderfully this morning as we hauled our bikes. Toyota Bountiful provided a very different experience than what I’m used to in my own county. Not sure what’s happening with Toyota Bountiful service department as of late but the last few times I’ve had my vehicle serviced there it’s been less than optimal service. Most recent experience was a 4 hour wait for winter tires to be put on!? Really?! When I asked the service tech who was handling my car all I got was stuttering. Just be honest if you guys mess up or drop the ball, but don’t ever make something up.

Got my car in pretty fast. They gave me appropriate time expectation. No funny business with extra fees or digging into things I didn't ask for. Only complaint is that it took a half hour after calling them for a pickup. Ended up walking from work to dealership to get car back. Driver caught up up to me half way there. They were probably busy. It happens. Plus I needed some more steps in.

He kept me informed of the progress of my repairs and even provided a video of the technician explaining what he had done. I'm really disappointed with this dealership. My car buying experience was ok. They did try to pull some weird tactics on me including not offering me the best deal unless I signed a contract that I'd buy from them. I didn't sign the contract. I still got their best deal. The contract thing is something I've never seen. I ended up buying a new 2016 Toyota Camry. Shortly after owning the car I noticed a clicking noise. I asked them to look at it several times. They kept telling me they didn't hear it. They couldn't reproduce it. Over time the sound had become even worse. I knew there was no way they could miss this now. I took it in only to find out they wanted to change me 80$. 80$ diagnostic fee regardless of whether they found anything or not. 80$ regardless of the fact I had been reporting it to them for over a year. Knowing their track record I refused. I decided to take my car to a local auto shop that I've trusted for a long time. They had diagnosed the problem in the brakes. The shims were either missing, or installed wrong or just cheap. They told me they were functional but could have been better. Needless to say I paid to have them fixed. I bought the best brakes I could. Wouldn't you? Brakes are very important. Guess what? The problem is gone. Now I know what your saying. Brakes are a wear and tear item. But shouldn't they coming out of the factory in better condition than that. I also have a service agreement with them. They rotate my tires, do my oil changes and give me a paper showing various levels including brakes. Meaning they looked at the brake, many times over. Shouldn't a mechanic or technician servicing my car know that something is wrong with them when they go to check the levels. I find this extremely disappointing. I'll be needing two cars soon for a new driver and a replacement for an older car. I can't see myself going back to Bountiful Toyota again. I'm also not sure I'll be buying Toyota again.

I took a car I wanted to purchase from a different party. It was a 2010 Prius and being my first time considering a Hybrid and being an older vehicle I wanted to have it checked out. Brian took the time to explain the process before they did the work. They told me how much it was going to cost and how long it would take. They accomplished those two things as expected and gave me a lot of information to be able to make my decision. Brian even listed a few things I should ask about or ask for as part of the deal that I hadn't consider. Great service, exceeded my expectations, friendly, helpful, clean.

If you go to shop for a car here, do yourself a favor and please ask for Clayton Richins. He's knowledgeable, funny, and eager, and seems to want to work out the best deal for you, the customer. That said, the management at Toyota Bountiful seem to have great difficulty with the notion of, "It's not happening today," much less an outright, "No." I understand that high-pressure sales is a tactic, but it can't be the only one in your quiver.

Zero stars. I called about a specific vehicle, was told there were 2 vehicles on the lot that were automatic, when I arrived I was informed the vehicle I was interested in is a manual. I told the salesman I was no longer interested in the manual. When trying to drive the 2007 automatic, I was not able to test drive the vehicle due to the salesman pushing me to drive the manual. He then asked my boyfriend if he knows how to drive a manual, but the car is for me. The salesman told us the 2007 automatic vehicle was not worth it, so we said thanks for his time. The salesman, Clayton then yelled as we were walking away, saying “sorry to have a salesman that is actually honest with you, good luck trying to find a vehicle anywhere else.” I was prepared to walk out with a vehicle until Clayton and his unprofessional and pushy manner caused me to leave within the first 5 minutes of arriving.

The device center is great! However the scheduling department is awful! They gave me a few times and said they were not that busy. So I took a 4:00 time. My wife unfortunately took my car thinking she would be back. At 3:40 I called and said I would be late or do you want me to schedule another time. She said no problem we have a 4:20 time open. I said ok and I got there at 4:10. The service department asked if I had an appointment, I said yes at 4:20. They could not find it anywhere and said they would do there best. I was there until 6:35 just for a 5000 mile service. Another lady was there also and had the same issue. We both left at 6:35. I have never been more than 35-40 min. Scheming is a serious issue and it was confirmed by the service folks!!!!!

Went in for our 30K check (oil change, tire rotation and vehicle check). We had an appointment but it still took almost 3 hours. I asked to check tire pressure because the light was on. They stated tire pressure was fine on the checklist but upon getting the car back it was still flagging as a problem on the dash. Had to send the car back in. A bit frustrating after 3 hours wait. Coffee and popcorn was nice.

I recently purchased a 2019 Avalon. I thought everything was good until my husband signed his paperwork. On the service agreements we agreed to 75000 miles. I told the financial person that the paperwork Ken was to sign it was not 55000 miles. I signed the paperwork with the 75000 on it. They told me it would be changed on the copy Ken signed. When I received the paperwork for the maintenance agreements it was never changed. I will never deal with any Toyota dealers again. I will move to another brand. I do as I say. Why can't you?

I bought a vehicle from Toyota Bountiful and didn't receive the title. I called and emailed and no one would get back to me. They also wouldn't give me the phone number of the person in their title department that I needed to talk to. Because of this the temporary registration they gave me expired and I could no longer drive the car I had purchased. The issue is still not resolved.

Fantastic service! Did exactly what was requested and upon a thorough check of the brakes, substantiated the noise I was hearing and it warranted a brake service. Outer pads were still good but the inner pads wear was greater. Quick service and repair time was spot on. Great service Tech, Andrew, friendly, personable, and with a "let's get it done approach." We bought a certified used RAV4 from Performance Toyota last December. We have loved the car, and our sales person Jaime did a great job, despite how busy he was. He was personal, nice, and I felt like he did a good job helping me find a good deal. Aside from the car which we love, the best part has been the service we have received from the service center. They are open, transparent and treat me fairly. In fact, when I took the car in for a 5,000 mile oil change, they double checked the manufacture's recommendation and then told me to come back after 10,000 miles (or 12 months). I never expected such upfront honesty from a car dealership. I have had my cars in to their service shop several other times, and I have always been treated fairly. The only thing that has been less than 100% was that it took about 5 hours to buy the car after I had already made the decision to buy it. However, that is largely due to the fact that it was one of the busiest days of the year. They even agreed to throw in floor mats to make up for the wait. (I can't believe I even had to negotiate to have those included, but at least they were willing to do that.). All in all, if they hadn't made me play the game to get floor mats included, I would have been blown away by how positive the experience had been even with the wait. That said, that was a pretty minor item, and the experience was great overall. I 100% recommend the service center and 98% recommend the sales side, so both have done a great job.

The reason for the 4/5 had to do with waiting an hour for the shuttle to take me home (was given an estimate of 30 min). Perhaps two shuttles would be a good idea during peak times?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Salesman was new. DONT WORK WITH ISAIAH. HE IS A HORRIBLE salesman. Didn’t know any features in the car, didn’t know how to make a deal . Didn’t know what he was doing. He didn’t know that a car was sold. We ran numbers. Then a salesman came up and said that it was already sold a couple Days before. Finance guy was nice. We went in a couple days later to pick up some crossbars and take delivery. We waited 2 hours to take delivery. And I put the crossbars on myself. Great customer service I’ll tell you what. We told him we were moving multiple times he told us that’s fine when the plates come in we will give you a call. Called the dealership 5 days before temp plate would expire and the front desk lady said she would have them sent. We called 2 nights later to see if we could get a tracking number. They had never even sent them. Now I’m on the brink of driving on an expired temp tag. We will see if they actually overnight the plates like they said they would.

Was disappointed that I got the car back and the next day the tire that was repaired was low of air. The valve stem cap was missing too. After rotating the tires the right side tires are reading backwards on the dash display. Front is back and back is front. Service department wanted me to drive several miles back to Bountiful to have the tire repaired again. Didn’t seem safe to me.

The assistant manager Brandon was great! He called me, talked through my issue, helped me understand and offered to diagnose the issue for free if needed! Great experience.

Our salesman and the financial man were amazing to work with. The general manager, KC, on the other hand was not. The second key to our car was lost at the dealership. The night we bought the car, we were told they would look for the key, if they didn’t find it they would cut us another. We live two hours away from the dealership, we had to go to the dealership 3 times to try and get the key. All 3 times we were told that the manager KC didn’t want to cut another key and they were being told to continue looking for it. Finally after 2 weeks my dad went into the dealership for the 4th time to get they key. He also was dropping off some papers. KC didn’t even know who we were supposed to give the papers to and was extremely rude. I can’t believe they have a general manager who doesn’t know who handles the finances for the dealership. It’s sad that the general manager, KC, cares so little about customer service. It was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for KC to be rude and refuse to cut us a key.

When I made the appointment I was told the recall fix would take 3-4 hours. Then when I dropped my car off (I was 5 min early for the appointment) I was told I could pick it up in 6-7 hours. Really trashy dealer. Wasted my Saturday by not providing a loaner vehicle. It’s not my fault the millimeter scanner has a recall because it will randomly stop my car while I’m driving 60 mph. Toyota needs to stand by their product and stop being so cheap. It’s a rental, you expect me to spend over $40000 on a car and then just pay for a rental when it doesn’t work. Apparently they don’t provide rentals if it the repair is under 8 hours you aren’t buying accessories. So I’ll just sit at the dealership for 7 hours. Some of us don’t have our mommies to come pick us up. You guys are a joke get your act together or I’m done buying Toyota’s. Service manager was a joke

I have to admit this car buying experience was better than what I was expecting. Anthony was great to work with. Everything was positive until it was time to go to the finance office. From there it was no longer a good experience. I don't remember his name but I don't have any use for someone that won't take NO for an answer. He continued to pressured me to buy something I had already said I didn't want on several occasions. This was almost a deal breaker for me. The sad thing is he was training someone. This is why I didn't give 5 stars and I probably should have gave less than 3.

I go to Toyota Bountiful because I have never been disappointed. Their service department is great! They have always treated me fairly and their prices are reasonable. I have taken my car in with a noise problem and I was told that there was nothing to worry about and that there would be no charge. This last time I was having a problem with my fuel gauge. After running some tests, they said that there didn’t seem to be a problem. I was charged only half of the regular cost and was told that if I experienced the problem again and they had to replace anything, that what I just paid would go towards the repair. I have never been treated like this anywhere else. I would recommend Toyota Bountiful to everyone.

My only request for the service I recently received was to have the oil changed and tires rotated within 1 hour and 15 minutes which was 30 minutes more than their quoted time. Toyota Bountiful provides a great customer service experience for their customers. After Uhaul left me in a bind I needed a hitch on my car ASAP. They got the parts the same day, and did and excellent job. Their waiting room is made with the customers in mind. As I waited for two hours with my three kids 5 years old and under, my kids had fun in the toy room and enjoyed the complimentary drinks, snacks, and ice cream.

All I've purchased here are parts. Unlike other Toyota dealers that I've been to, the parts guys always have a genuine smile on their face. I liked that, it says something about the work culture of the place. Prices are, of course, dealer prices, and I paid $25 for a little windshield nozzle once, but when I went again to get a clip, they gave it to me. Both times I felt like they were knowledgeable and trustworthy. Can't really say much about the car buying experience. We came once to see a used Sienna that they had, it had damage that didn't show on the photos and we ended up not buying it, but the salesperson was always kind, even when he realized he wasn't going to make a sale here. I like the people who work here. Best Toyota dealer I've been to.
