It is now 6 month's after the purchase and I still do not have my title. I called and they told me to take care of it myself at the DMV. I would NEVER buy here again. Please everyone, be careful.

*ACTUAL PURCHASE - Okay folks, this one will have all the other bad reviews beat...I recently purchased a vehicle from them, did the research with carfax, etc. The price seemed like a good deal so I was moving fast to get it in contract. They were VERY slow to reply which isn't a good sign to start with, I requested a few extra photo's to make sure the interior was in decent condition, told them I wanted the vehicle and to send me the paperwork. I completed on my end only to have them tell me the next day they didn't get the file, I knew this because I had to follow up with them, we completed the transaction, I paid with a cc only to be told in advance they needed several days to make sure the funds clear, I call my bank to tell them I will be making a rather large charge so it doesn't go to fraud and I asked the banker how long it takes to clear into their account, he tells me a few seconds. I guess these guys have been ripped off and wanted to make sure they had the funds, whatever...I order a carrier to pick up the car 1 week after the purchase, the car arrives before the paperwork, I call to find out where the paperwork is, it's pouring rain so it's hard to see the car, I drive it around the block, take a quick look and see it's a vehicle that has some issues, center console is not bolted down, trunk won't open and something doesn't look right. I also notice the vehicle showed up with over a 1K more miles than when we signed the contract. I take it to a local mechanic that specializes in this brand, tell him what I can see needs to be fixed and to give me a run down of everything else. 2 WEEKS later! and several phone calls, he asks me if I got a good deal on this car and did I get it from a dealer. I replied I thought so until it came off the carrier and yes, a dealer in Utah. The question now is, how bad is it...he tells me NO DEALER should have EVER sold the car this way. Someone cut the sensor cable on the battery trying to override error codes because they either didn't know how to fix it or didn't want to fix it. someone had taken the center console out, didn't replace the bolts and removed a panel in the lower front interior to cut additional wiring in an effort to avoid additional error codes. I happen to get the paperwork only to find out this vehicle had just been REPOSSESSED!!! No mention of that in the ad, these people are beyond criminal, they're EVERYTHING in a bad dealership you read about. It's now been 2 weeks of the mechanic working to fix this car and I should be getting later today. Once I know what the final bill is and which items pertain to what they did to hide this mess, I will determine if I will be taking them to arbitration to recover some of this mess. I WOULD TELL ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER, LOOK ELSE WHERE, THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER GOOD DEALERS AND THIS PLACE GIVES ALL CAR DEALERS A BAD RAP......btw, I printed the carfax and the vehicle had just been serviced prior to being repossessed, nothing listed as error codes or other electrical issues during the service....just saying, it had to be the company that did they repo and or the dealer, the mechanic said this was deliberate .....

Went in today to look at a 2006 Ford 150. The truck was beautiful. How ever the service was terrible the 2 guys that were there barely acknowledged the customers ( only 2 of us) one took a pic of my license and handed me the keys. I went out and started up the truck but didn't move it, it was below empty dont know how they expect you to test drive something with no gas. Then it had well over 10,000 miles more then advertised and the touch screen radio they listed did not work . When I took the keys back in and mentioned this to the salesman he just looked at me and said oh ok. Maybe they treated me that way cause I was in sweats I dont know so I just left.

Buyers be aware! On October 2017 I bought a 2003 Dodge RAM at Premier Auto. Initially the car looked like was in decent shape. I checked what I could based on my knowledge. I trusted the owner for the fact he is an Air Force Guy and prior Marine. I'm an Army guy and usually service members deal with each other with the uppermost respect. Well, surely that didn't happen here. I remember mentioning to the seller a few issues, but he upfront said that was just "normal wear for the year". He even had his "mechanic" to have the vehicle checked, but I doubt that happened. Let's put this way, the normal "wear for the year" cost me over $2000 for fix. What upsets me the most is the fact the vehicle was missing basic safety items such as jack and spare tools. I called several times about the items and not even one call back. The mistake in the end was mine to trust words out of a car seller mouth but not written on the paper. Well, I won't ever buy there again or refer the business to anyone that I know.

The owner is Troy Smothers. I have called him for three weeks and he refuses to return my calls and his staff refuse to give me his phone number. Do you want to deal with the owner of a company like that? Someone driving one of his cars, didn’t park properly, and his car rolled into mine cause a couple thousand dollars in damage. Troy refuses to release the name of his insurance company. I have the entire thing on video. Really, I wouldn’t want to buy a used car from someone so shady and nonexistent.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Premier Auto Sales in American Fork. The vehicle was purchased from the sales manager Max and everything went smoothly at first. I called on May 1st regarding the temporary tag coming up on expiration (5/7/19) and was told my plates and title should be arriving shortly and not to worry. I called once again on the date of expiration and explained thew situation to Max and he immediately got defensive telling me I was being rude and that he was going to hang up on me, which he did 3 times in a row each time I called. I went into the location 2 weeks after the temporary tag had expired and unfortunately had to deal with Max in person. How Max is the "Sales Manager" is beyond me. When I asked if my plates were in yet he started yelling at me telling me I was in the wrong and that he doesn't know me or the situation and to leave. When I refused to leave he called the owner Troy and handed me the phone. I spoke to Troy and he told me that they never received the title from the auction company and sold me the vehicle anyways. Its now July 5th, I am on my third temporary tag and they are telling me that I must file a complaint with the state investigators myself for my title when they are the ones who sold the vehicle without it in the first place. There are many many more stories just like this one on Google Reviews. The dealership is very corrupt.

I just read a post on Facebook with over 20 people saying they sold them a lemon. They also asked a place to pass their cars on Emissions even though they knew the cars were bad of course they didn't. To me this sounds like a very dishonest place. Don't waste your money and end up with no working car! I've also known people who have bought cars from here and they ended up breaking down shortly after buying them.

For all their talk about being Veteran owned and Veteran friendly; I am having the following experience. I purchased a vehicle 7 weeks ago. I called today to ask about the plates and the manager Max told me that they sent the information to a 3rd party vendor to process the registration and that they were not responsible for the vehicle not being registered yet. I had explained that we were going out of town with the vehicle and needed the plates or an extension on the temporary and was told that they had until the 26th and my going out of town was not their problem. I asked for the owners contact information and Max refused to give it to me. He stated that the owner does not deal with customers. I told Max that I would have to go to social media since he would not give me the owners contact info and he said "go ahead". So, as this post will probably be deleted by Premier Auto, I will be tagging all my Utah friends.

Max (the car salesman) approved me for $10k loan on a vehicle. After being approved for the loan, I talked him down to $9,500 and he said ok. He changed the price on his computer, showed me the change, and then continued with the deal. After a little while, I drove the car home. Soon after I started making payments I realized that the loan was a $10k loan and not a $9,500 loan. I called max to get things figured out and have $500 taken off of my loan. He said he couldn’t remember the $500 being taken off and he could find any information about it in his computer. It was my bad for not getting everything in writing but I will tell you that Max is a snake. I talked with the bank and tried calling him again and he would not answer my phone calls or return my texts. I will never do business here again. That experience cost me over $500

I did enjoy how fast the process was for getting or car, because usually it takes hours to get a car at a dealership, and the car runs well. The look of the vehicle was one of the reasons it was less than other cars it's year, it's pretty neat and not all the doors look with the key fob, but oh well. We were looking for something less than what we were currently paying. I do have to say that I'm very unimpressed with how slow they are at getting our title to us. Also the fact that they never gave us a temporary tag for purchasing was rather annoying. We've purchased cars out of state before and they still have us a Temp tag till the title was transferred over. We paid money up front to premier auto, no loans from a bank, so it should've been a piece of cake for them to get it to us when they said it would be delivered (the finance guy said it would be about 2 weeks). My husband called after a month and they said they were working on it. I called a month and a half after purchase and still didn't receive the title. They told me it was normal procedure to have the title arrive within 2 months and that's why they gave a Temp tag. I informed him that they didn't let us have a Temp tag because we were out of state and that if they thought it would take that long to get here they should've said 2 months not 2 weeks. I think there is not a lot of consistency going on in what they say and they are horrible communicators. It has been 2 months since we have purchased this vehicle and still no title. It's making us wonder if they'll ever send it! personally I think they should pay for the multiple times we've had to get a Temp tag waiting on them. My husband also called a few days before now to see why it's taking them so long and this was the 3rd time we called about the title. The guy was really rude and defensive when my husband said he'd called 3 times about this and it was frustrating for us, he called my husband a liar about how many times we called and said he didn't have anything to do with titles. The other frustrating part is he would never give my husband a name or who to contact about getting this problem taken care of. First off my husband didn't lie, second, the dealer was very unprofessional and immature for talking that way to a customer. I'm ok with things taking time especially when it's upfront how long and who to contact if it's not happening quickly. None of which happened, but if people aren't giving answers and are being rude when we ask them that's not something I'm going to ignore or keep quiet. So if you are looking for a cheap car this is the place to be, just be prepared for a really long time to receive your title, if you ever do get it. The only thing that seems to work out is that it runs! Hope you have better luck than us! We are going to file a complaint if the title is not here in the next week. 2 months is ridiculous, I believe 45 days is the max time they have to get that to you.

I previously had reviewed this place 5 stars, because that is how they said they would fill up the tank for the car I bought. The car we bought is okay overall, but if you’re going to buy from them, make sure you check EVERYTHING with a professional mechanic. Here is a list of parts we have had issues with within the first day to a couple of months: Windshield wipers Rear brake lights Headlights A few scratches that were not noticeable until we washed the car. Seems like they kept it a little dusty on purpose. There dealer doc fee is so high and they keep the posting about it behind a plant by one of the desk. I’m not saying don’t buy from them, but expect to spend an additional 100$ or so in replacing defective parts.

The car we purchased from them should have FAILED safety inspections and they sold it WITH REGISTRATION! Which means someone lied to the State of Utah about it being safe on the road. Over $6,000 in repairs for a $7,000 car within 2 months of purchase?! Oh - and 78 DAYS to activate a warranty that was PAID FOR when Utah State Law requires it funded within 15 days?! Check their rating w/ the BBB before you even THINK about purchasing from them! I am already working on legal action against them.

Worst customer service ever!! Walked on to lot and thier was no one to help. Finally went to the office and asked about a car and all the employee wanted to do was hand us keys and take a picture of out drivers license. Would not come out and talk to us or help at all. We got the key to the car we wanted to see and the key wouldn't even open the the door to the car. Went back in to give the key back and leave and asked the employee to let me see him delete the picture of my drivers license and he refused. I asked numerous times and still refused to delete the picture. What is the problem With deleting my personal information from his phone I'm not sure. Horrible service worst place to go. For all I know he is selling my information to third party persons. Stay away definition of a bad used car sales person

Do not buy a car from these guys. I got a total Lemon. Of course they are sold "as is" and they offer a 30 day warranty but wouldn't you know, the car falls apart on day 31. First off, it took me 2 weeks to get the refundable deposit back (after repeated calls and visits) Then found out that there is a problem with the catalytic converter and now there is a broken seal in the drive line. HORRIBLE. Do not buy here.

The epitome of a bad used car salesman. Take care in dealing with these people. We did buy a car from them, we had to put in close to $1,000 of work right after we bought it. When I say right after, within 1 week. Bought in winter, summer came and no A/C. Another $600 to fix. So many used car outfits I would avoid this one!

Buyer Beware. The Better Business Bureau gives Premier Auto and F. Difficult to work with. Their mechanic won’t fix any issues your car has. Claim to be a military family but offer no incentives or deals. Not worth the battle in my opinion.

I work at a car dealer myself in California, when we promise a customer something, we make sure to include it in writing in the contract and show them the proof before we sign anything. These guys here promised a customer and friend of mine new tires verbally, and when he asked about it, they told him it would be included in the contract. They clearly took advantage of him, and left him with low tread tires that probably won’t even pass safety inspection. They need to do the right thing and put new tires on the truck. If you can’t be true to your word, you guys shouldn’t be in a family oriented business.

Not sure if I would recommend this dealer, after I drove the car around for 100 miles, the engine light came on, checking the code it was the catalytic below threshold. And also finding out that the car had a recall for the air bags. The recall where projectiles were hurting people or death. I believe the recall should have been taken care of by the dealer before placing the car for sale. Or even allowing me to drive it off the lot, were Nissan was instructing owners to park the cars and giving them a loaner while the lengthy repair was completed. When calling Max and asking to speak to the manger, he said he would talk with the owner of the company, but would not allow me to voice my concerns directly to him. Finally after many discussions with make and other sales associates Max, they final agreed to have the Catalytic converter replaced. But told me I was responsible to have the air bag recall done. While the Catalytic converter was replaced I left with out the car for about 4 full days, I asked for a loaner to use until the car was fixed, they said no, I asked for a ride home because they said they would have someone look at it while I was there, Max said no again. All said and done I made 7 round trips from Eagle Mountain to Lindon.

Overall, a pretty good experience. I was able to get a pretty new car really quickly at a decent price. I’ve only put about 1,000 miles on the car, but I haven’t had any problems with it so far. However, please know that they may offer you to leave a review in exchange for $100 off the price of your car. This makes me doubt the complete validity of some of these reviews and wonder if some of them are the result of people feeling obligated to leave 5 stars because they received a discount. Not to say that the reviews aren’t authentic, but it’s definitely something I’d like to have been wary of and known beforehand. The only other thing is that it took forever to get my plates and registration (6+ weeks). Not sure if that’s because of Premier or the DMV, but it was frustrating.
