Kentson was the most honest and professional car company I’ve ever dealt with. They also shipped my new truck right to my house (out of state) for a low price. Called on a truck I was interested in. Super helpful got the truck all cooled and ready to check when I arrived. Answered a bunch of questions knowledgeable on there vehicles. Was ready to buy a vehicle and wanted to get another opinion from my mechanic who is a family friend and I trust greatly. The dealer was super supportive of this action and even said they encourage it. I’m very glad I did this because after the results of the inspection they found thousands of dollars in rust damage and warped rotors and sand in the frame. Upon returning to the dealer I told them about the results and asked about the inspection they performed since this damage should be pretty obvious they told me rust is expected and wouldn’t lower the price to make any repairs and didn’t even want the results of the inspection. I totally understand surface rust is normal but this type of rust was much worse. And this is on a 24000 mile 2 year old truck. Since This experience I’ve looked at several other trucks and family trucks with much more miles and older and had no where near the amount of rust their trucks had. Many of there vehicles are bought at auction and come from Canada where I guess the snow conditions accelerate rust on there vehicles. Had a great experience as many others with this dealer until I learned about the quality of theIr product and their lack of concern to address the findings.

Im not a fan of buying from dealers but i actually loved this place. Fair up front pricing with no gimmicks. Jesse was super with working with us on our trade in and I loved the no pressure environment. Our last dealer inquiry left us frustrated with accessories and stuff we did not ask for. The financing was worrisome as they had a fee if we did not use them but that was unfounded as they use local credit unions which we use anyways. Same rates as I found online so I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend stopping by if your in the market for car. We saved a lot by buying a year old explorer with 16k miles. I would definitely go back again!

Kentson carries some very high quality vehicles, just purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe and it literally looks and smells brand new! The staff was great to work with and even had the car all warmed up and ready to go for our test drive appointment. The whole process felt entirely professional and they weren’t pushy at all. We had a very good car-buying experience at Kentson Car Company. Chance Graff was the sales person that assisted us. Working with him was a very comfortable, pleasant experience. No pressure, no stress, just friendly and helpful. The vehicle was in great shape. We were allowed to take the car for a test ride, but Chance didn't come with us, allowing for private evaluation of the vehicle. When we finally decided to purchase the car (it didn't take long) everything was clearly explained and moved smoothly and quickly. There were three things about the experience that were a mild surprise to me and some folks might benefit from knowing in advance. 1) Because the price of the car was so low to begin with, it wasn't really negotiable. The price you get from the start is the best price. We were pleased to be able to skip the traditional price tug-of-war. 2) Paying for the vehicle with cash instead of through financing incurs an additional charge. The reason for this was clearly explained by Chance and made sense, so we had no problem with it, but it's good to know. I'll let them explain it to you. 3) If you plan to trade in your old, worn vehicle on the new one, don't be surprised if, in a kindly way, they resist taking it. Our previous car was old and not in good shape. Being a smaller dealership, I believe they need to be more selective about what they accept in trade and how much they they give you for it. Once again, we understood and had no problem with it. In conclusion, our experience at Kentson and with Chance was very good. We got a great used vehicle at a very competitive price with little effort and no stress. Service was warm and friendly. The process was very transparent and simple. We would definitely go there again.

Once we got there it was very clean and family friendly. Never once did we feel pressured and we were assured that they truly had the lowest prices in Utah. After checking and triple checking I was able to confirm that was true. Jesse did an amazing job helping us. We got there and within 5 minutes we were test driving our first family car. They are so trusting they just gave us the keys, we packed up the car with the kids and just left to test drive even without the salesperson there! I loved that. Straightforward and competitive prices! I would highly recommend. We worked with Chance who was very friendly and helpful. Chance was upfront on the costs from the beginning and we knew exactly what we were getting, which was a very fair price compared to other dealers. We spent hours at a large dealer in St. George the previous day and wasted an entire day test driving cars then completing paperwork only to get caught up in frustrating and time-wasting negotiations between our salesman and some guy behind closed doors. We ended up finding a car that was 2 years newer with more features and less miles for a lower price than what Toyota was asking. Overall easy experience with buying a vehicle. No haggling with price- what you see is what you get, which takes off a lot of the pressure of dealing with a dealership.
