I have purchased 3 vehicles from Steve at Dealer World and will always return for my car needs. Steve and his wife are fantastic people and make the buying experience pressure free. First, Steve's prices are always on the lower end of the Utah market. This is what brought me to him in the first place. Second, Steve is owner, operator, sales manager, and salesman. This means none of that ridiculous "let me talk to my sales manager" you find at other places. Steve has skin in the game which means he is straight with you about what he can and cannot do on price (but he will wiggle a bit if you ask). Third, Steve is amazing at helping you find great deals on extras like tint, rims, tires, and other fun stuff. He helped me deck out my truck and I was thrilled with the prices he helped me find. Lastly, the vehicles Steve sells are very clean with low miles. We have purchased two Honda Odysseys from him (He immediately found us a new one after our first was totaled out in an accident) and a Ford F150. Immaculate condition on all vehicles. My advice, stop in and talk with Steve. You will find that he is a great guy. He takes care of his customers long after the purchase as well and I recommend him to everyone I talk to who is looking for a vehicle.

If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle Dealer World should be your first and last stop. 11/11/15 I can't say enough about the service of Dealer World. This is now the second car in 6 months I have bought from dealer world. This time the purchase was for a personal vehicle. I met with Steve for over an hour at his office while he found the exact car I wanted. The care was brand new with only 1000K miles still under Factory Warranty. I had been looking at buying brand new, but Steve blew the price out of the water. I save thousands of dollars working with Steve and Karen. I even traded my vehicle into Steve that had some mechanical problems and he was more than fair with the trade in value. I highly suggest anyone looking for a car, new or used, talk to Steve before you buy anything else. I have not been able to find pricing for the specific cars I have purchased anywhere close to what Steve has been able to do for me.

This was the easiest/most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. My husband and I were visiting from out of town and needed to find a new car quickly. We wanted a Honda CR-V, and Dealer World had several good options to choose from. It was nice to be able to check the inventory online and do a bit of research before going in. We found the perfect car at lower miles and a much lower price than any dealership could come close to offering. Steve was very helpful but never overbearing or pushy. He was patient with us as we searched around at other dealerships that day and took the car we liked to be checked at our mechanic. He provided CarFax reports for free, and was very knowledgable in answering all of our questions. Once we decided on a car, I couldn't believe how easy it was to complete the buying process. Everything was done in well under an hour (including processing our trade-in) and we were on our way. I was nervous about buying from a smaller operation. Everything seemed too good to be true, but it's been 5 months since we purchased our car and we've been nothing less than thrilled with how everything worked out. We also ended up needing a bunch of extra paperwork for the DMV in our home state and Karen was super helpful and prompt in getting everything we needed to get our car registered. I will come back to Dealer World every time I need to buy a car in the future and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

For the first time in my life I paid less than what I thought I was going to pay going into a dealership. We did some pretty descent research and knew what the trade in value of my car was. We knew the dealership would try and low ball us so we came up with a fool proof plan. It turns out we didn't need to. We got $600 MORE for our trade in than I estimated we could get at best case. I also talked him to a price close to blue book for the new car we were looking at. All in all we saved about $1,600 more than we thought our absolute best would be. Go in there with knowledge and let him play ball. You won't regret it.

I had a fantastic experience with Steve at Dealer World. We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot at the end of October. I waited about 3-4 weeks for the vehicle to show up on the lot. Steve called me immediately once it arrived and was extremely accommodating through out the purchase process. It came with some very minor repairs and Steve stepped up and paid for the repairs to be done at the Honda dealership. Best car buying experience ever! My brother referred me to Steve at Dealerworld and said he's an awesome guy with great deals. He listened to everything I said I was looking for in a car, and so the car I test drove is the car that I bought! I let him know I needed to return my car rental because my insurance was done paying for it, and I'd have to start paying for it. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of, so he let me take the car I test drove and return the car rental until we could complete the financing the next day. On top of that, the car was an AMAZING price, below retail when I looked up the value. I am super happy with my car and the whole experience! My car is fully loaded with sunroof, and I was able to get all of that in the car because of the great price! I got it for the price range and monthly payment that I wanted to maintain for my budget, which was so great, because it has all the features I want in my car with the leather, heated seats, back-up camera, keyless entry and push start, and sunroof! If you're looking for a car, you should definitely talk to Steve! He will make sure you're taken care of and help you find the perfect car! When it's time to upgrade or get a new car, I am definitely going back to Steve at Dealerworld!

I did most of the work over the telephone and online to get credit approval ahead of time which saved us a lot of time. He has the best deals and customer service that I have worked with. The buying process was very seamless and easy to do. They even allowed me to pay a no-interest payment schedule for a couple months. As with all used cars, they are some issues but Austin and Steve were able to fixed the small issues quickly and even gave us a loner car while the fixes were made. Great service from these guys!

Stop your search, and come visit Steve at Dealer World! We started the dreaded minivan shopping a few weeks ago. I say dreaded because, while I was super excited to "upgrade" my mom card, it is SO hard to find a used van that hasn't been thrashed from previous owners.
