I've been looking for my perfect fit for a dealer, and a truck, for 2 1/2 years! My buying experience was flawless. No back and fourth, and not asking more than the vehicle was worth. I would recommend Auto's inc. to anybody looking to buy a quality used truck, or car! Even after the purchase, Eric went above, and beyond, to make sure my vehicle was sound, and road trip ready! I had a small issue with tire vibration after I purchased the vehicle but, I lived over 70 miles away from Eric's nearest service center. Eric, had me at a local tire shop in my hometown the next day, and PAID to have the problem corrected IN FULL! I've never been happier with a vehicle purchase. If you are tired of the big dealers, pushy salesman, and the back and forth when you are closing, give Auto’s Inc a try. These guys are awesome to work with. I believe they search extensively for the best vehicles they can find. No pressure sales here, just walk the lot find the vehicle you are interested in, and they let you take the vehicle without a ride along. I found a few minor issues with the vehicle I was looking at, and they fixed them with no complaints. I am very pleased with my purchase, and the exceptional customer service from all the guys there!

First off I rarely do reviews but this has been a horrible experience.I got this truck in april and still fighting all the issues it has that I was never told about. I wanted to buy from autos inc for a long time and finally got the opportunity to do so. Long story short the truck I was very excited to get came with a lot of issues that i was not told about. I'm still trying to get it all figured out with a good amount of money being poured into the truck. I wish I would of never made the move to use autos inc as it has put me in a bad spot. Also be cautious when getting your truck/ car "shipped" to you. The truck I got was never shipped they hired someone to drive my truck from utah to colorado. When the truck was recieved it was in bad condition with mud all over the interior including trash and some bodys keys to another vehicle and cds in center counsel.

My husband bought a truck from here 2 years ago and on the way home from buying the truck the front drive line went out. We figured it was just wear and tear.Then realize that summer that the a/c didn’t work. That was another unexpected expense and detail that was not mentioned. Then today we went to go trade in the truck and they ran the car fax on the truck we bought from Auto inc. in American Ford Utah and the carfax came back with an odometer rollback...... make sure you do the carfax before any purchases through this company. Here is the VIN of the truck if anyone wants to check it out. 1D7KS28A37J614966..... EDITED::::I won’t speculate on how far someone can drive in a Certain time frame, just what the fax say. And that a reputable dealer wouldnt take it in on trade because they ran that info that is no problem to you??? and didn’t want it on there lot. So what the DEALER is saying is u can’t trust carfax ..... and to just Ignore the carfax.... so if u want to gamble buy a truck from them if not it might be cheaper just to go to Vegas and more honest.

PLEASE, I beg you, take the time to read the one star reviews to save yourself from this place! The only reason this dealership has 4.8 stars is because they will only give you a full tank of gas upon purchasing your vehicle, IF you leave a good review. We purchased our truck from this dealership 3 years ago and have had nonstop issues since the day we left the lot. The truck died on our way home the day we bought it and was in the shop with MAJOR repairs the following week. We’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars repairing an endless list of things wrong this truck. Last year, we had to get our engine replaced ($5000) and now the transmission is needs to be replaced ($4000). Please please please do not go to these guys. It is not worth the money pit you will be digging for yourself!!!

I would give ZERO stars, if I could! Bought my first vehicle from them. Was assured there were no known issues with it. Also took the vehicle to a foreign auto repair shop that specializes in foreign vehicles, to have it checked out before purchasing, as recommended by Auto's Inc. Well... long story short, the vehicle was gone (CATASTROPHIC ENGINE FAILURE) before I made my 3rd payment. **THIS WAS DUE TO A KNOWN TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER FAILURE ISSUE - WHICH IS NOW A CLASS ACTION SUIT** You would think a used auto dealership and/or a foreign auto repair shop would have known something about this issue. Thanks Auto's Inc. for ruining my first vehicle buying experience and costing me thousands of dollars! I guess I'm not alone though. I see many other 1 star reviews, also with very disappointing experiences. Be advised: If you leave a review they don't like, they may call and threaten you over the phone, as they did us. Interesting way to do business, don't you think?!?

Worst place to buy truck.Bought a 2009 Duramax from Autos inc.First off all in the beginning Eric said price was negotiable after pre -approved ,that turned out not true,shipping was another false statement.Finally got truck and drove it less than 400 miles turbo needs replacement.Another $4000. Then they said truck had 15,000 mile warranty its not warranty its from a Valvoline Oil place they did some inspection on truck.I would recommend anybody looking for a diesel look somewhere else .Its amazing they can even sell trucks with issues like this.

If you have never bought a truck sight unseen (like me) you have some questions. A lot of questions! This was a hard thing to commit to but I did. Most thought it was crazy as did I. I had it shipped by autos inc to Colorado and never seen the thing in person. After many conversations with Eric he worked through my questions and answered the best he could. Never any pressure, he let me make a decision. He was great to work with! I read all the reviews on this site before I purchased and some have bad things to say, mostly good but not all. As a business owner I understand you can't please everyone and that's what this looks like to me. The truck arrived on time and was exactly what Eric said it was. I would recommend this company to anyone and have been completely satisfied with how things went. I was never offered any gas card or anything to leave a review as some say. If your going to buy a car anywhere I would highly recommend to come to Autos. My husband has been searching for a new truck and couldn't find ANYTHING in his price range. We were able to drive away in a beautiful truck that had everything he wanted for a great price. We also had all our kids in tow and all the salesmen were very courteous and made us feel welcome while my husband was deciding. Not pushy and let us take all the time we needed. However they do not adequately inspect their vehicles missing problems that could be a risk to the occupants as well as the vehicles. We were told that the vehicle had been inspected and safety done. We found out later that there was a fuel leak which is a hazard, no license plate light, no jack or lug wrench (we knew this one before we bought it), the tires and brakes barely passed. The tires were all different treads, ages, and sizes. These are only some of the issues. They don't fix anything they just cover it up. I would not recommend Autos Inc to anyone. You don't get what you paid for there, you get far worse. Go ahead and take your chances if you are feeling lucky. Taking it for a third party inspection is a must when you go here. Also FYI all of the "5 star reviews" are posted because they offer a free tank of gas to type it from their office.. Not honest reviews, just people looking for free gas.

I went to see a car, and decided I liked it so I brought my dad back. Mark was nice and we took the car for a test drive. The car was running rough and the windshield washer motor wasn't working and we found missing bolts in the spot above the hood under the wipers. We took it back and told him and he acted as if he didn't care at all and didn't even want to waste his time on us. Don't waste your time going here.

This dealership was exceptional in their service with me. Mark and Eric both went above and beyond to facilitate a long distance sale. I dealt with them via Facebook initially and they were quick to respond. Eric went out of his way to get me photos of the undercarriage and videos of a vehicle I was potentially buying. Zane was my salesman and he is amazing! He cuts right to the chase and does not ask any financial questions until you are ready to buy. I came and test drive my new Mazda and I handed the keys to him, told him I needed to think about it and he did not hassle me at all he just said ok let me know. Like most people I know, I rely so heavily on reviews to choose companies that I will do business with. Auto's Inc doubles down on this... but not in the way good hard-working people would. They DON'T use getting 5-star reviews as motivation to over-deliver and create value for their customers and uphold the best standards in their industry. NO SIR. They DON'T have their customers' best interest as their bottom line. Instead their bottom line is their reviews. What does this mean? It means producing 5-star reviews at the least expense possible... in this case, it's a tank of gas. A tank of gas in exchange for a good review sounds great when Auto's Inc is still putting up their friendly front, but inevitably that front is taken down (specifically once you sign your hard-earned money away because then you're useless to them). BUT WAIT, why don't those same people who got screwed just come back and change their reviews? Here's why... THEY'RE TOO DAMN TIRED. Tired of going back and forth with sleezy Auto's Inc businessmen. So tired even that by the time they remember that they gave Auto's Inc a good review, they've already cut their losses and are trying their absolute best to forget they know what Auto's Inc is. Hard-working people buying used cars often don't have the luxury of arguing with salesmen to no avail and looking up old reviews when instead they have to be working more hours to fix the car they just purchased from Auto's Inc. And don't think for one second that working with the owner will ensure you're taken care of. Where do you this this kind of manipulative culture is coming from? You worked too hard for your money to hand it over to careless businesses that make stars on a review more important than your peace of mind. #SayNoToNoGoodBusinesses

I am giving Auto's Inc two stars. They were extremely nice and fair on pricing. During my test drive, I thought what I had heard was the CV axle or possibly a strut. When I had finished my test drive, I had asked if there were any problems with the vehicle, and had let Mark know there was a grinding sound when I turn. He assured me it was a strut and he would sell a bit lower than the listed price. I did receive a great deal on my Jeep that I had purchased from him. After I had signed all of the paperwork, he walked me out to my new vehicle and told me the radio does not work. I had to pay for someone post purchase to repair the radio. Less than a week after I had driven my vehicle, The grinding persisted, even worsened. I had figured out from professional help, it was my front differential. I contacted Mark to see if he was aware the front diff was going out. He basically told me no, well you already bought it, your stuck with it. Although that is understandable, and true, there is no way he could have missed the fact that the front diff was out on that car. It was extremely loud when accelerating and also extremely unsafe to drive. I am still very unhappy on the problems he let me walk out the door with. The car had a very extreme oil leak as well, the oil filter had been threaded incorrectly causing oil to leak excessively, all but 2 of my speakers did not work, all of my struts for my hood, back hatch, back window were all broken. I had to replace both front CV axles within a month after purchasing my vehicle, Basically, all I have had with this vehicle is problems. They seem to be sale driven, not customer oriented. I have read quite a few reviews and they seem to be very accurate on how this business runs. I honestly regret buying this terrible vehicle from Auto's Inc. Buy or Beware.

I had some punk named Eric text me because I called after hours. He asked me if he could answer any questions. I proposed a question about the price of one of his trucks and told him that I thought it was too high. He continued texting me unsolicited text messages even though I politely said, No Thank You. TWICE!! Then he text me a very rude comment and ended it with Hahahahaha. I Wrote back telling him that I was surprised that he would treat a potential or future customer that way and that "word of mouth" goes a long way. I told him not to text my number again, but he did, TWICE I will be getting in touch with the owner of this company and the sales manager and show them the rudeness in the string of text messages and the unsolicited messages even though I told him 2 times, No Thank You and Do Not Text Me Again! Maybe, I will have my son, who is an American Fork Sheriff's Deputy, pay him a visit, or better yet, contact the FCC for the unsolicited text messages!! I wouldn't even give Auto's INC a one star after this treatment! Stay Away from this company and the rude creeper named Eric!!!! Edit!! Monday 2-12-17 (the next morning) I called the dealership this morning to speak with the owner/sales manager to see if he might be interested in the awful string of text messages his employee was sending, I spoke with Mark Thomas who claimed to be the owner. I am really not that surprised by my greeting and conversation with Mark Thomson. All he cared about was my son's name who works for the sheriff's dept. and the fact that I threatened to report him for the continued trashy unsolicited text messages the night before. He kept talking over me, and wouldn't even allow me to read the messages. He just kept asking for my son's name. (Like I'll give that to him) I told him that I now understand why he employee's such people to represent his company! At the end of the conversation when I tried to tell him that I just wanted to give him feedback he spoke over me and said that he would find out who my son is who works for the sheriff's dept. I just wish you the very best of luck with your business in that small area, because like I told Eric, word of mouth goes a long way. I can see now why you have such a low rating with the Better Business Bureau and other rating forums as well.

RUN, don’t walk, far away from this place!!! They sold us the worst lemon out there. Our truck was in the shop a week after we bought it with over $1000 in repairs and I had to fight with them to pay the bill. This truck has been the biggest money pit due to repairs and I regret going to this place. The most dishonest car dealership ever! I don’t write usually write reviews but if I could save someone lots of money and time by avoiding this place then I’m happy to do so. Update: Eric texted me and offered me $300 to take my review down. Saving someone from buying a vehicle from this place is worth way more then the money I was offered so my review isn’t going anywhere.

I absolutely love my new car I bought from Auto's Inc! I worked directly with Mark from start to finish. He made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and it feels really good to say that's exactly what I bought. I didn't have to skimp on anything. Not sure if other dealers do this, but he did all my registration too so when I drove away from the dealership, I was literally all done. On top of that, I thought the price was very fair. All in all, the process was way better than the experience my wife and I had when we bought our Pilot from a Honda dealership.
