Stopped by to get an appraisal on my vehicle. Fortunately it was not busy - not sure if it ever gets to that point - so the wait time was very short. It’s a small building and what they primarily do there is appraise cars because they’re interested in buying it. So walking in you notice that it’s been remolded and clean. As you can see from the images attached the place was spectacularly clean and orderly. The front receptionist was kind and professional. Nothing impressive in regards to service. They offer coffee and cold water bottles for you to use while you wait. There is a children’s section that’s enclosed by a 4/5ft wall filled with toys and a tv. My experience here was great. The appraiser (guy) was very nice and helpful. He made me a decent offer and discussed the deal, etc. great guy!

Poor customer service experience. It was made aware the day I put a deposit down on a vehicle there was a missing interior piece. Called and text multiple times to confirm if it was fixed; salesman would never confirm even after all the paperwork was completed. First delivery date was missed when the carrier went to pick up the vehicle and the missing part was still not replaced. This led to missing the scheduled delivery date of the following day. A new delivery date has been rescheduled and once again it is missed due the the carrier’s truck being in the shop. At this time I have not received a new delivery date nor has it ever been confirmed that the part was replaced. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Quiana did a quick and fair assessment of my car, and Karla handled the paperwork. I was the first one in the office, when it opened at 9 a.m., and I had the check and was ready to go in about an hour. Karla offered me hot coffee, which was nice! I didn't get the price I was hoping for, but it was, indeed close. So I'm happy. Nice office and good people to work with.

We came into today to have a 2004 Bentley Gt appraised. Let me start by saying from the moment we walked in we were met with attitude. It seemed like it was an inconvenience that we came in and they had to work. It was raining today and the girl working refused to appraise the vehicle until the rain stopped so she wouldn’t get her hair wet. all she had to do was move the vehicle into the inspection garage which was sheltered but she wouldn’t even go outside to move it. Well it was supposed to rain the entire day so after waiting about 45 minutes I raised concerns to the other female clerk at the front that we had been waiting 45 min, and she said maybe come back another Day when it’s not raining. My boyfriend offered to drive the vehicle into The garage so that the girl didn’t have to get her hair wet! We waited about another 30 minutes while the appraisal was happening then the girl came out to give us the results of the appraisal. This girl said that the value of a 2004 Bentley GT with 80,000 miles and impeccable condition was worth $9500. I was actually apalled. This vehicle is worth 36 to 37,000 anywhere you look, And even in its worst condition say the engine didn’t work or broken down not running Bentley of the same year would at least go for still twice that amount. she claimed the value was low stating that the seats needed to be replaced and that the bumper needed to be replaced. The seats are leather and an impeccable condition and I will attach a picture of the vehicle and the interior and exterior for you to judge yourself. The interior does not need to be replaced nor the bumper so the reason she gave for the low appraisal didn’t make any sense. you don’t understand the attitude that they have towards you and the attitude she gave when presenting was like your car is not worth anything because of this and that as if it was coming from a judge mental jealous position. It was extremely odd and very uncomfortable in a professional scenario to feel that energy while having your car appraised, but there doesn’t seem to be another explanation. They are a rip off and under value your vehicle by four times the amount. stay away please.

The two ladies working there; the Hispanic lady and African American lady are both rude, lazy,d and disrespecful. They both don't know how to treat the customer right. The Hispanic lady asked me to clean the mess my daughters left while playing inside the toys'room with Legos and small cars. There was barely any mess and then she was disrespectful to my mother when asking her to sign, date, and type her name here and there. She was Hispanic, but seemed racist to non Americans. I told her, hey speak with respect to my mother. I told them both you guys are not friendly and you are both In a bad mood. The African American lady rudely asking me and my mother to come inside quickly to finish up the paper work as the time was 5:20pm and they close at 6pm seeing my mother having a difficulty walking but she wasn't focused or caring. If there were a choice for a zero star rating, I would put a zero star rating, but there is no such a choice.
