I dodged a Bullet. Was going to buy a Under 10k Lincoln Town Car. Bruce (sales rep) did not know anything about it. Was going to pay way over nada because of the low miles. No problem. Then I find out it will not be ready for 4 days. I am thinking why was I not told that before I gave them a deposit. Then while I'm Pondering all of this, I remembered the floods. When I asked the sales manager he neither denied or admitted it. Saying "Bring your vehicle to a third party to inspect it" Which is normal. But before that I pondered why 4 days to have a vehicle ready. The sales manager stated there was a work order for it. (Some Mirror housing, Heck you have to paint that to match the car. Maybe it was different. We all know what shops can do in 4 days) As I knew it was already detailed with they took the pictures. I so badly wanted to buy a car and try them out. But they were very sneaky, Which I herd they were honest and played it straight forward. I was going to pay almost 4k over nada for a vehicle as it had low mileage. I printed out the window sticker via the vin Before putting the deposit down and asked about If this is correct that's correct etc. Never received a answer. Asked about keys. They said its a toss up. In the end there going to issue back my deposit but this was supposed to the place to go for used cars. This is an opinion based on my experience, everyone is entitled to there experience.

Jason (buyer) and his staff was friendly and direct. I was offered what I expected for a 30 year old truck... $1k. He told me it would go direct to action and mostly sell for less that what I got. No one else was there and it took about 15 to do the estimated 5 minutes of paperwork and 15 minute waiting for corporate to approve it and cut a check.

Had a truck in my mind that i wanted, looked it up and they had one in stock, inquired about it and gave them my trade information, they gave me a range on my trade which i felt was fair, told them i would drive up from Corpus Christi on saturday and arrived at 915am, checked in and in 15 minutes i was test driving the truck, after the test drive they confirmed my trade and i agreed to buy the truck, transfered me to finance and Brett had my paperwork done in 15minutes and i was moved to the departure lane, next thing i know it is 11am and im on my way back home. amazing facility and concept on buying a car. no pushy salesmen, Jarrell was great and Brett was great, everyone i met wearing a Texas Direct uniform was nice and pleasant. Highly recommend them if your looking for a replacement vehicle.

Proper Scrapes

Honestly 1st of all if it wasn't for Candace Nuemann at the 290 location i wouldn't be leaving this 5 star review. I sold my Mercedes Benz a few months ago here and they offered me a great deal, but it wasn't such an easy deal. First of all its impossible to reach anyone in the office when i would call the number listed apparently its the wrong number so it would just ring so I'm lucky Candace gave me her card with her cellphone number that i texted and that was my only way of getting touch of this company, and second apparently a few days after i sold my car they "changed systems" and lost all my information so after 30+ days i get a call from my previous lien holder saying I'm past due on my car note and there's fees assessed, pretty annoying since i was told everything would be taken care of within 14 or so days. So again, my only way to contact the company is to text Candace and she quickly helped me and restored everything and was eventually able to sort it out and i got no fees assessed because my bank actually understood the situation. Now you see why i was mentioning it wasn't as easy in the end, and the only reason I'm leaving a review (a tad bit late) is because of who i 1st mentioned, and i did get a great deal for trading in my car i was still making payments on, they don't buyout your car unless your under by $5K. Probably one of the best customer service experiences of my life! The office was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. They had complementary water bottles, coffee, and great coozies they were giving away. The receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions. I was set up at one of the tables in the lobby working on my laptop during the process and she kept coming over to me with the paperwork instead of me having to go up to the counter. The technician who test drove my car was also top notch and customer service oriented. The whole process took about an hour. At the end of the hour, I walked out the door with a check in hand that I was able to deposit immediately. They offered me $500 more for my car than CarMax did! One other thing: I had my kids with me (5 and 2) and they were entertained with a bucket of kids toys that looked clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend visiting this Texas Direct Auto location if you need to sell your car.

I purchased a 2012 Mercedes C-class this past weekend from the Stafford location. I arrived at the dealership around 4pm, and was greeted by a young lady at the front door. She instructed me to sign-in on the computer and a representative would be with me shortly. Chris I, the sales rep. arrived shortly thereafter. Once I informed Chris of the vehicle I was interested in, I was testing driving within five minutes. Chris I was extremely helpful and informative. When I returned back from the test drive I informed Chris that this was the car that I wanted. Chris got the ball rolling with the financing team, and they were extremely helpful and fair. The wait was less then an hour, and getting the free burger while I waited made the time go by really fast. From the time that I arrived at the dealership to the time I left, it was only a total of three hours. Chris I even worked out a deal that allowed me to get a detail voucher, because by the time I was leaving the detail shop was closed. AWESOME!! My experience overall was really great! I would recommend Chris I to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

Unfortunately I made the mistake of responding "no" to which Candace (the lady at the counter) said that they were going to value my vehicle less since I wasn't going to sell to them.... seriously? So you're telling me you are not going to properly appraise my vehicle because I won't sell to you?? I came in for an APPRAISAL... not your low ball offer.

They let us know that if you are wanting to get more money for your car try to sell before the holiday season because that is when everyone sells so they get flooded with vehicles and can't pay as much.
