Got taken care of by Gabriel and Alex. They had a lot of nice high end cars on the lot. Informed me of where and how they buy all their cars, and the whole process involved as far as inspection and repair. They also informed me on everything they did to to car prior to putting it on the lot. I did notice a leak coming from the transmission and they repaired it right away. Excellent customer service would definitely buy from them again.

They buy there cars at auctions and dont even look at them. Bought a ford escape and it had two recalls. Went to go get it done and they said someone drilled a bolt for the pen that puts it in d, n or r. So someone rigged it so they can sell it at the auction. Now I have to pay 700 to fix it.

TL;DR: First car we bought, the guys here were great and helpful. BUT the car had $6,300 in pre-existing damage which I sincerely hope the dealer did not know about. It was unsafe to drive and unethical to sell. Second car had issues too, but they acknowledged some and took care of us in the deal. Like any used car, HAVE IT INSPECTED! and they will take care of the rest. Updated to 1 star because we are still financially hurt from the first car and second car has cost us about $1000 in repairs too. Edit (update): Bought another car from them, a 2013 Golf TDI. This time we inspected it closely and found it needed wire repairs, new tires, and a wheel bearing. Gabe was really nice and helpful, and they took the repairs into consideration. *The car was also missing a splash shield under the engine, and couldn't be driven in the rain as the belt would slip. We replaced it at our expense. Today (10/23/19) we had to have the car towed home because the rear muffler hanger bolts fell out (likely they were loose). Also, while I was under the car I saw a brace was VERY loosely hanging on with 4 nuts that were just barely on the threads. Pics of new bolts and loose brace uploaded.The dealer did mention they had the catalytic converter replaced, so who ever did the exhaust repairs was extremely negligent. I've since repaired the wires and bearing myself, as well as the exhaust and cross brace problems. And I and am looking at new rims and tires as the car came with 17" alloy rims from the factory but had 16" steel wheels with hubcaps as it was sold. Beyond that, the car is in good shape. *Uploaded repair estimate for substantial pre-existing damage on my 2015 Abarth* Guys here are nice and helpful. But I don't think they do a proper pre-inspection on cars they sell, so plan accordingly. I purchased a car from them around March. At purchase, I saw the car I bought (a Fiat Abarth) was missing a fender liner, there was a broken wire hanging out of the fender well, and the bumper was held on by a wire (thick bailing wire) on the passenger side. These guys actually arranged for a new fender liner to be installed and the wire repaired, which was nice of them. But there was nothing done on the bumper. Shortly after purchase, I soon noticed the car I bought had a boost leak (buddy has one, his ran much better and boost went higher than the 11psi my car did). Well, I took her into the shop and they found MASSIVE collision damage to the undercarraige including a bent K member, bad CV axle, torn boost hose, broken intercoolers, and many other parts. It was very dangerous to drive as it was. It ended up having over $6k in pre-existing damage total (submitted photo of estimate). On a $12k car. And none of it was covered by the warranty I bought because it was pre-existing and collision related. This almost financially ruined me and the car has been in the shop for months (I had it back for a few days just a week ago, which it spent at the dealership to fix some mechanical problems with the fuel tank and programming that developed shortly AFTER purchase which were covered under the warranty. Now it's back at the first shop for more body work.... parts take a long time to get for Fiats so that is why it's taken months) leaving me without transportation to get to work. Again, I don't believe these guys meant to conciously or maliciously sell a car in such poor condition, but it was incredibly hard on us financially so I had to submit a review. Also, the car needed a new fuel tank and a computer reflash at the dealer, but fortunately the warranty I bought covered those two things since they developed after I bought the car. So please PLEASE have a mechanic do a pre-inspection on used cars before you buy. Don't be stupid like me. Again, to their credit they took care of the fender liner and were genuinely nice people. But if they had bothered to investigate why the bumper was wired on they would've seen this car was very close to being a total loss, unsafe to drive, and unethical to sell as it was.

I went done to this dealer and spoke with Steve, a great guy and I picked out a Mercury Cougar. I told steve that I would pick it up in 3 weeks. Steve had a deal of $500 down $500 deferred and a monthly payment of $160 for 13 months. I went to pick up the car and it was now $1000 deferred with a monthly payment of $250 for 25 months. Steve was conveniently out of the office because he was at court. I wonder why. Do not go here! This is a bait and switch car dealer.

SHADY SHADY SHADY!! Antifreeze leaking, oil leaking from everywhere, no warrenty even when they tell you theres a 90 day warrenty, nothing longer than 15 minute test drive or they report the car stolen, no time for a PPI, if you buy a BMW I would go to a reputable car lot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Was a waste of time they have a price tag on a car of 15,420 and they went talked numbers and brought out a 18,690$ price tag that's insanity, how you gonna raise your price of the car 3,270$?? That's shady, the deal would've worked fine with the original price but they wanted to be to greedy. I told them that number wasn't gonna work I shook his hand and left.

I was so impressed with their service and dedication to offering a quality product at appropriate prices I purchased a second vehicle for my wife.
