NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I am appalled at the treatment I have received at Mike Brown Ford. As a repeat customer I have bought 1 new vehicle and 2 used vehicles over the years. I have also referred my sister to the dealership and she bought at least 1 new vehicle. I have recommended Mike Brown to countless people. That completely STOPS today. I was trying to resolved a situation that was caused by Mike Brown selling me a vehicle with a spare tire that didn't fit the purchased vehicle. This information was never discovered until my family became stranded and had no means of correcting the situation. The fact is Mike Brown sold me something that was NOT complete or within a reasonable expectation. They will now NOT work with me on providing a replacement but instead say that the car came to them that way so it's not their fault. In the end, they want me to purchase the tire. This is the farthest thing from customer service I have ever seen. I will never buy another vehicle from Mike Brown and I will advise my family and every friend I have in the area that this place is NOT to be trusted!

Went in to look around with a friend, and Mac found us in about 5 mins, it was about an hour to closing time and we knew we just had a short window. No one likes staying late at work but Mac was easy going, answered all our questions and said not to worry about running him late to leave work. We felt no pressure, other than what we gave ourselves. We left a few minutes after closing, we were trying to be polite since we were just taking a quick look. Then we did more research and came back about 1 1/2 months later. Asked for him by name this time we planned our trip earlier in the day. Mac was super friendly and took the time to explain all the features to my friend about the two different Escapes she was looking at then she made her choice. She is loving it. Then while she was in another step of the buying process, he took the time to show me a truck. We talked trucks and dogs. What better combo! I bought my truck and have been super happy!! After a college student's insurance totaled my 2013 Ford Fiesta last week, I was in a hurry to find another Fiesta. I had to have reliable transportation and I needed it immediately. I didn't think there would be any way that I could afford a new vehicle after checking with another Ford dealer so I began researching used cars. Two friends suggested that I contact Mike Whitfield so I sent him an e-mail last Thursday morning expressing my wish to own a new Ford Fiesta complete with a 100,000 mile warranty and gap insurance. Mike Whitfield worked through the day to find the right car and be sure I could sail through the finance process with terms that I could afford. By Thursday evening I was the very happy owner of a 2018 Ford Fiesta! Mr. Whitfield, Mr. Chris Hinton (Sales Manager), and Mr. Sal Guzman (Finance) made the purchase process amazing! Thank you all for the help and compassion you showed me through a rough time!

FAVORABLE UPDATE: I was contacted by Clark Skiles, the new service manager at Mike Brown Ford. He offered sincere apologies for my poor experience with his department. Clark had located a key fob for my vehicle at another store, and had it picked up. He arranged a time for me to stop by so he could personally arrange to have the key fob programmed. Clark was very professional, the job was handled quickly, and I received my key fob free of charge. As making amends goes, Clark could not have been more genuine or thorough. He expressed a strong desire to improve the overall customer experience at the Mike Brown Ford Service Department. --------- I made an appointment with Mike Brown Ford's Service Department to get a replacement key fob for my Ford Escape. I was asked to arrive early for my appointment, and was told the job would take about an hour. After an hour, my service advisor came to the waiting room to ask a question about my job. He said the job was in process and would be finished shortly. Forty minutes later, I went looking for him to check the status of the job only to learn he was at lunch. Another service advisor checked on my vehicle, and informed me they were out of stock on key fobs for my vehicle. In other words, I made an appointment in advance, sat in the waiting room for almost two hours, and had to go looking for a vehicle status update only to learn that no work had been done, or would be done, on my job because they didn't have the part. Insult to injury, I'd been advised halfway through my waiting time that my job was in process and would be finished "shortly". No one apologized or acted concerned about the situation in any way. Apparently this type of service is their 'normal'. I reached out to Mike Brown about my poor experience, but received no reply. The lack of good business processes, extreme customer service indifference and the sheer level of incompetence in this scenario were stunning. Despite any desire to 'shop local', I urge anyone reading this review not to do business with Mike Brown Ford's Service Department.

First the dealership now requires appointments for oil change and after waiting a week to have my appointment, it took 5 service people 90 minutes to change my oil in my pickup and the whole 2 hours I was there for my "20 minute oil change" there were ZERO people waiting for an oil change! Then I was due a free oil change and that too is now lost as they changed from Owners Advantage to Ford Pass Rewards and my points and free oil change were lost forever with the new plan! Coupled with the less than agreeable service writer "Kayla" who has a major bad attitude, I will be looking for a new dealer...I have been using Mike Brown for 12 years now..No More!

Great experience. Mac Jameson is by far one of the most knowledgeable sales people in the auto industry I have ever met! I made two visits to the dealer trying hard to find the right truck to safely tow a 16,500# Fifth Wheel. Mac texted me with follow up info each visit. Not pushy, helpful. When I found the vehicle I wanted I told Mac I needed to go do some price research before talking and he said "I understand". I used two different car buying services online to understand comparable sales. The price they offered was a very good price, which we negotiated by text and not high pressure meetings or calls. After getting the price negotiated we then discussed my vehicles trade-in value. We went back and forth one time on getting the price where it needed to be for me to feel good about it. I didn't get the exact price I was hoping for but got within a few undred dollars. Brandon in parts helped me add a B&W Companion hitch and spray-in bed liner which was done the very next day by Cisco who did a great job both with install and with explaining everything to me. Took my Truck in for service. I asked how much for a 100K service. Was told that that requires coolant flush, transmission flush, differential flush. etc... and a hefty price go to with it. I checked the published service schedule from Ford and it only requires a cooling system flush and spark plugs. Makes me believe they are trying to up sale unnecessary service. Worst place to get an oil change. This is my 3rd and last time I will ever go to Mike Brown Ford. My first time everything was good. Oil change only took 30mins. My second time it took one and a half hours due to them only having a few quick lube workers. The only reson I gave them another shot was becouse of a guy named Ricky who did my oil change while having to make up for the lack of workers. He was very nice and a very hard worker. The 3rd and final visit took 3 hours!!! I found out why its becouse they keep fireing their best employees like Rick The man who did my oil change last time was gone. This dealership is going down hill fast.

Took the truck in for oil change/44K checkup, state inspection, and replacing the tires. The checkup went ok but after they installed the new tires they realized that the parts person ordered the wrong tires. They told me to go ahead and go (as I had other commitments) and when the correct tires came in I could drop by and they'd quickly swap them out. Well, what I thought would be a quick in/out turned into a multi-hour sit. Finally, I observed odd/unexpected activity around the truck as though they were doing other things. Sure enough, they were repeating the oil change and servicing again. Don't misunderstand, I like Mike Brown Ford and the people seem courteous enough but there definitely could've been better communications on this visit(s).

For the last decade plus I have bought my last 3 cars from them. When my lease ended on my last vehicle I went to turn it in and they really didn't want to take it as the dealership was liable till ford picked it up (seriously). So when I decided buy a new F150 magicly they were willing to work with me. I called for days and emailed my previous sales guy to make contact. No repsonse at all. So I showed up on the lot and was passed to the new guy (very nice but didn't know much about anything not on the sticker). I test drove several trucks and gave very specific list of what we wanted. But said I wanted to think about it for a day. The called me for days try to get me back (over the weekend). When I went back they conveniently didn't mention that they had already sold the truck. I understanding them selling it but I was expecting to close the deal that night no look for a new one. Could have told me and offered to find me a new one. So I picked another one out and again but they didn't tell me it was a demo or that it was 5L v8 not an Ecoboost. After we looked at the tag and saw the extras added (as example $160 for nitrogen in the tires, advertising, dealer fees, and delivery which is already paid) I said I wasn't paying for those. They tried to "insist" they had to charge for that. Also after noticing the 5k miles on the odometer even though they where trying to sell it as new we had to re do the terms again. After hours of back and forth we did agree on a cost. I had already had approval from ford credit and terms so all I should of need was to sign and go. But of course they had to try and sell me the extras in finance. But boy did they try to sell me other banks, higher interest rates, and longer terms. I understand this is where the dealership makes most of their profits but geez... The last straw was both my wife and I are professionals with heavy math and finance backgrounds so we kept asking questions as the offers made absolutely no sense. When my wife asked too many questions the finance guy sort of joked that he was going to ask her to leave. I said we are done here and walked out. The sales guys tired to contact me to fix the deal. I wrote a multi page text explaining my dissatisfaction and our frustrations with this whole experience. I also explained the exact bank they offered me was my personal bank and when I contacted them my personal banker offered me a loan at less than half of the interest rate for a year less. When I explained what happened in the finance office the sales guy did appoligise and said he wasn't aware. The sales manager did call and to try and fix this. The finance guys also called and said he was sorry but "that he never said what we both heard him say." It's sad that my 10 plus years of loyalty to both this dealership and Ford had to end this way.

I have never, ever dealt with a more shady car dealership than Mike Brown Ford...there was no scenario by which I could get them to sell their Ford Expedition at the very price they were advertising it for. When I confronted them on their deceptive trade practices, their response was, “Well we’re not killing anybody, just trying to sell cars”. So it’s ok to cheat people as long as you’re not trying to kill them?!

Great experience! I don't ever post reviews but I was wowed by Mike Browns staff. Found a great deal online called in in to confirmed availability as the deal was unbelievable. Drove an hour to check it out and the truck had more features than shown online and at the same price. No games no gimmicks. It's the first time I have had an experience where the dealer realy cares about laying out your options so you can make a decision you are happy with and not pushing you into options where they will make higher commissions. Cant say enough good about my salesmen Charles, very professional and personable. Manager Doyle Maynard was terrific as was my finance guy Joe. Mike Brown's crew gave me an experience that puts any dealer in DFW to shame. Well worth the drive out. Old school approache to sales that your rarely see these days. Brandon in Ford parts was FANTASTIC!!! I was an out of state customer looking to buy a Ford part that was on factory back order with no ETA. Mike Brown Ford did not have the part. Brandon researched dealers in my State and found 5 of them who showed they had the part in stock. Brandon said, "if it turns out they don't have the part, call me back, I have a list of about 50 other dealers across the US who show stock. I will even call some of them and help you track it down".
