Less than exciting. I went to look for a new vehicle today, spent about 20 minutes on the lot with no one in sight. I have NEVER gone to a dealership and not had at least 3-5 salesman check in on me. It was only when we were backing out to leave that a salesperson came outside. I don't typically post negative feedback but this just seems so out of the ordinary.

Stopped by and asked how much on a truck and they said $42k. Ask if they had any wiggle room on the price he said no . 3 weeks later it's at the parent dealership for $38k . Now that's just crooked . My wife tried to by a car a couple of yrs ago from them and found out their getting kick backs on interest rates. She went straight to the same bank and got a point lower on interest rate lol. Crooks. BE careful

Decided to go look at a car that I saw on their website (via capital one auto financing) and Carl took care of me there. Super nice guy, no hard sell, let me take the car for a test drive and pointed out some of the best features. I decided quickly that I wanted that particular car and subsequently went through the financing stuff there, with Josh. They were very helpful and understanding, and very easy to work with. Honestly things could not have been smoother. I'm very impressed with the process, and the price I got. I even thought at one point it was all too easy! That's just testament to the team there though. Highly recommend!

I have never had a car salesman be so diligent in finding exactly what I wanted, with all the features I was asking for, in the price range I was looking at. The sales rep did not know the information on the car we were looking at. He told us he would pull up the car fax. He could not locate the vehicle on his computer. We had to leave so we left our information and he promised to let us know and email us the copy of the car fax. We never received the information or his business cars we asked him for. We were really disappointed because we had heard good things about this dealership.

I went to Mac Haik on Saturday will little faith that I was going to be able to find a car. I had recently had a very bad experience at Round Rock Honda and had a lot of anxiety about going to another car dealership. I worked with Don Washek and after telling him roughly what I was looking for and what terrible experiences I had prior to this one, he was able to find me the perfect car for me and at a great price. He was very kind and understanding and made this car buying experience a great one. During the closing part I worked with Josh and he could tell I was having a lot of anxiety about it and reassured me that I was making a good decision, and overall made me feel very comfortable. don't waste your time with the mail in prize winner offers. i wasted my time going out there and they gave me a 300$ debit looking card and everything but you're only allowed to shop on some cheap website. they you're forced to pay shipping out of pocket. i can't believe a reputable dealer would allow in store scams.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I went into the store this past Saturday and dealt with Monica. We test drove two vehicles because we couldn't get the prices on them until after we test drove because of the "liquidation" sale they were having. Three hours later we still have not received the prices on the one we picked. She comes in with an amount of $44,000.00 on a 3 year old Toyota 4 Runner with 77k miles. No way. I offer $25,000 cash for the vehicle. The manager comes in and tells us they paid 35k at auction for the vehicle and has a paper that said the current MSRP was 31k and the MSRP brand new was 42k. Monica was trying to sell me the car for 2k more than it was brand new 3 years and 77k miles ago. These people are crooks and are only out to try and find idiots they can take advantage of. I walked out of that place and won't go back. DO NOT shop here!!!

Wow !! We got a flyer in the mail that we won a 60 inch 4 K tv ( Really ) I was in the car bix for over 25 years and I know this a is a draw to get some one in the dealer ship (Fishing ) And I walked in and the sales person full greated me and see if I was a buyer today !! And I told NO Im not a buyer we are not looking to buy a car to day !! And she explained that we didn't really win a 60 inch tv but its like a a draying on the wall and most people win a (smarts watch ) Wow a $10.00 watch from a $800 tv lol I knew its watch a hook and my wife was vary dissapointed :( . We will never buy a car (CAH ) That is only way we buy car I did tell her how credit was over 800 and she said we can buy any this !! Well that is why the score is so high that we don't drive new cars We don't try to impress people that dont matter . And way people need to know what they are getting when you wake into this please its like walking into a firestone tire store they don't care about your needs but there pocket book

The customer service is top notch first and foremost. They are able to make it possible for first time buyers to have a selection of different types of vehicles to choose from. I was encouraged to take them home and try them out. I felt welcomed to speak freely about my questions and got honest straight answers. I was not pressured once. I did however end up falling in love with two cars and had a tough time making up my own mind. With my credit status, their payment options, and their ability to work with my financial abilities I was able to get a GREAT car and a more than fair DEAL. I have had the best experience at Mac Haik Hutto!! I highly recommend this used car dealership to everyone. David Carlson spent a lot of time on the phone with me and answered all of my questions plus more. I love the community spirit of the Hutto location. My friend and I were welcomed with a lot of information on the car that I was interested in buying, beef jerky, cookies and a Christmas tree. Drew Baker was also extremely helpful. I also appreciate that I was not pushed into buying a car quickly, or made to feel pushed in regard to making my decision. I will definitely tell all of my friends about the positive experience in regard to buying my car at Mac Haik Hutto.

I went here because I found an SUV that I really liked. I went and test drove it and loved it and brought it home. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership. About a week after having the car home, I realized it was smoking really bad. My plates came in and the dealership called me. I informed them that they sold me a vehicle with an oil leak and that the car was smoking really bad. (This is after I paid asking price for the vehicle. They were unwilling to negotiate at all on the asking price of the car.) The salesman that called me about the plates said he would let the manager know and I would get a call back. A month later and I still haven't received a call. I understand that used cars are bought as is. I don't have an issue with that, but to know that the car has an oil leak and they still are unwilling to negotiate the price is not right. Then, when I call them, the least they could do is call me back. Not too pleased with the service afterwards. They were very attentive until they got my money and then they don't give a care in the world. I won't get another vehicle from them ever again because of this.

I bought a car with them and have had it for two years. I recently had an issue with the car & headed that way to receive some help. Once I got there a young sales man greeted me and was very helpful but when he got his manager to help resolve the issue, the manager on the other hand was very rude. The manager didn’t even bother helping. I then called again later and was transferred to the same manager, and he hung up on me. I was very upset with the customer service! The manager didn’t even bother to help and was rude since the beginning. Customer service apparently isn’t important to the manager. I recommend not buying a car here.

This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a used car. Carl was amazing but everything else was horrible. We traded in a car for a used car. With in two days the check engine light came on. They sent if off to get fixed. In the mean time they gave us a loaner vehicle. That car had no heat on the passenger side either. When we got out car back guess what check engine light comes back on the next day. Another loaner car that was messed up. We get the car back again and yes you guessed it right the check engine light comes back on! The loaner car we get this time has issues locking. I have four kids so you can imagine my stress levels. Each time we are having to drive into Hutto which we do not live and deal with this issue. We have been told so many things that are not accurate. DO NOT TRUST THEM! We gave them four chances to fix the car and each time the check engine light came back on. On top of that when we go the car back the gas light came on before we even made it down the street. In 6 weeks we only had the car a few days. Keep in mind we are making payments on a car we do not have. I will not take this car back and they want to put me in something else that will give me $8500 dollar negative equity for something they messed up on. I could go into more detail however save your time/money and stress...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

After telling the manager NO serveral times I didn't want the suv he keep pressuring me..I didn't want it..134k miles price was at 13,000..he keep dropping the price after telling him no no no...price got down to 9,200...low monthly payments that's fine BUT I STILL DIDN'T WANT THE CAR...this was the first place i stopped at I keep telling him I wanted to see what my other options where he said I wasn't going to get approved anywhere else and wouldnt have a good deal like this!!! I'M A SINGLE MOM I needed something reliable.when i test drove the car tire pressure light was on it had to much air and they said drive it for 15 min and it will reset STILL HASN'T CLEARED.ALSO I WASN'T TOLD UNTILL I WAS SIGNING PAPER WORK THIS CAR HAS 3 RECALLS...I HAVE KIDS THIS IS MY FIRST TIME PURCHASING A CAR ON MY OWN AND THEY. TOOK ADVANCED AND SCREWED ME OVER I CALLED AND ASK IF I CAN RETURN THE SUV..HE SAID NO REALLY!!! I CAN'T TRAVEL LIKE I WANTED TO..5000 DOWN PAYMENT...MANAGER PRESSURED ME AND I WANTED TO JUST WALK OUT BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO BE RUDE...
