My wife and I had been checking out a number of different dealerships so that we could purchase our first vehicle. We live in Humble, TX so we thought we'd start at the Kia and Hyundai dealerships there. We had to asked to be helped and suffice it to say "help" is a very generous term for what they offered. Someone had referred Friendly Ford to us so we checked them out and we were blown away by how hard-working, honest, and helpful everyone was. Our salesman, Danny Nathan, went above and beyond to find us the best possible deal and was there to answer every question I had. No gimmicks. No tactics. Just openness. Friendly Ford made our car buying experience incredibly quick and easy and we got a GREAT deal!

Bought a nice used truck for a fair price, however, the salesman (initials I.R.) was unprofessional and misleading at best. IR used the oldest, dirtiest tricks in the book including but not limited to: under valuing a trade-in by thousands (which I did not accept but rather sold it to a third party for hundreds more), keeping the keys to my old truck while we negotiated on the new truck to gain leverage, did not provide nor disclose the master key was not included in the sale but rather a "my key" which was programmed to govern the speed and radio, promised to fill up the vehicle and did not, sad story, sad story sad story, etc, etc, etc. If you go, ask for the salesperson's name and make sure the initials are not I.R. Horrible experience because of him. One a bright side, which is why I am giving two stars and not zero, was the finance/business person. Process took 10 minutes, maybe. That part was awesome. Finance was all business and professional. Wish all the staff acted in a professional and honest manner. Treat people like you want to be treated. Be fair and honest and folks will appreciate you.

Car was advertised for a $14,423 with an additional discount of $3,000 which was labeled customer cash. We called and specifically asked if there were any stipulations to get that price and they said no, come on in and we will have you out of here in an hour. We drove all the way from Houston and said where do we sign and guess what.... “Oh you don’t own a Ford? That discount is for Ford owners only, but we will try to get close to that price.” They tried to add $1,400 to the price of the car. The ad says nothing About Ford Loyalty Discount and we called to verify prior to driving out! Needless to say we were livid and walked out. Wasted our time driving to this hilariously outdated dealership stuck in the 80’s with their bait and switch BS stereotypical dishonest car salesman tactics. All the cheesy car sales lines were in place including: “What can I do to earn your business today?” I don’t know, how about honor the price you are advertising? “Initial here saying that if I can get my manager to approve this number, you’ll agree to buy the car today.” Avoid this place at all costs unless you seriously want a laugh or want to show your kids how people used to sell cars in the dark ages. Look on Yelp. They have a much lower rating than on google but that is what shows up when you do a search. All they had to do was honor the price (which they are still advertising by the way) and I would have bought the car.

I tried to go in this morning for a works package. They tried to tell me the works package is now 55 dollars and a tire rotation would be an extra 25. The quicklane website says the works package is always 49.99 or less and includes a tire rotation. I have frequented this service department in the past, but will never bring any of my vehicles here again. Completely wrong to charge a different price than the quicklane website.

Claiming a coupon expired yesterday. So today the price is more. They will use any low down dirty car salesman tricks they can to steal your money.

I bought my 2019 Ram Laramie from Friendly on Tuesday (7.30). The buying experience was pretty standard and my sales rep was easy to work with, but the customer services has been terrible since I signed the contract. I bought the vehicle late and the dealership was closed by the time were were done, so I was told to come back the next day to have the truck cleaned and the gas tank filled. I went back the next morning from downtown Houston and the dealership cleaned the truck and 'filled' the tank. When I got in the truck to leave, I noticed the gas had not been filled and the rep told me that they only put $20 in the tank for used vehicles. Considering this was over an hour drive round trip, I am not sure I netted any additional gas. Why not just fill the tank and go the extra, small step, to leave your customer with a good feeling about purchasing from your dealership? The next, and more significant, issue is that I noticed two small dents on the back bumper today (Thursday) that I did not see at the time of purchase. These dents were never mentioned by the dealership and I simply overlooked them. To ensure the dents did not happen after I bought the truck, I looked back at the pictures I took Wednesday morning before I left for work and noticed the dents in the picture. I reached out to my rep today and asked that they fix these dents as I know it would take very little time, and I was told that management said "if it was addressed at the time of purchase we would of MAYBE considered it". Bottom line is I would have brought it up if I saw them at the time of purchase, and would not have bought the truck if they did not fix it. To the dealership Management/Ownership; Customer Services should be at the core of your company practices and it clearly is not. You have lost a future customer and any referrals I would have sent your way.

Patton my salesman worked with us and all our demands and Friendly was able to get me into a 2019 f150 for less than I was paying per month on my 2014.
