The salesman was nice enough, but the financing and title department is terrible. I went in, signed the paperwork, got a good rate, put down $2500 and was told my 1st payment would be due in 30 days. They mixed up my employers, my address, and haven't been able to give me any information so I can make a payment prior to it being late. I even contacted the bank directly, after finding the correct number, and they have no record of an application. The number the dealership listed on my bill of sale for the bank is to a "free cruise hotline". I went into a local branch and again was advised no record of me at all. My first payment is due in 2 business days and I can't make a payment because no one knows what's going on. Hands down the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Very unorganized, and unhelpful. The finance dept simply replied to my concerns with "what do you want me to do about it". Save yourself the headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We needed a car for my daughter to take to college. The advertised one she thought was perfect was sold by the time we got there, but they found a couple of others that were comparable. They worked with us on price and she got a car better than what she had originally planned for. The staff that we dealt with was great, very helpful and good to sit and talk to. We will definitely be back.

Great, as usual. Had my 2018 Chevy Cruz in for a recall fix. They had it done in an hour. Then they washed my car. Great service department. I highly recommend Four Stars Auto Ranch for your next new car or if you just need service.

They are getting 1 star because they answered the phone and that was about all they did. Now where to begin? Called the service department up and scheduled some work on my vehicle. At this time I asked if any loaner vehicles were available as I was dropping of my daily. I was informed that if I scheduled out 7 days, there WILL be one available. Great! Thank you. Called 3 days later to confirm service and car, "You are good to go, we'll see you soon" I'm told. Call the evening prior to drop off, "I'm sorry but we don't have any record of your appointment, and we don't have any available loaners". So now I'm not even in the system for service? Ended up getting my vehicle put back in the system for service on the following day. "We'll call you if anything changes" I'm told. Call the next morning, was hung up on on the first attempt. Second attempt was put on hold for 10 minutes, then the same person answers, put on hold for another 7 minutes, then same person answers again! I tell them not to put me on hold again and if they can verify that anyone is even in the service department. "they are in a different building and I don't know" they tell me. Why am I upset? One, they offered me a service (loaner) that was then not provided. If they didn't have one in the beginning they should have told me, I could have got a rental. Easy fix. Two, we "scheduled" the work in advance to prevent delays and allow them time to get their loaner and parts in order. That obviously didn't make a difference because they didn't actually schedule my work. Third, nobody knows what is going on between the departments and it's obvious nobody communicates over there. This caused confusion and a lack of confidence from me, your customer. And lastly, you still have not contacted me, again your customer, as to what is going on (4 days after the "appointment"). I have had this same BS "service" from other dealerships in this area and was told by others that Four Star was not like the other dealerships. Guess those individuals didn't have to deal with the same service department I did, because their customer service is absolutely terrible. Didn't even make it in to do the work because they couldn't get their stuff together! I will NEVER do business with Four Star and will NOT recommend them to ANYONE. I may only be one person, but if Four Star doesn't get their stuff together, they will lose ever customer they need to keep their doors open.

Marsha and I just purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram with Tom Brillhart at Four Stars in Henrietta. Absolutely, without a doubt, this was so refreshing to deal with these guys. Honest, straight forward and relaxed. No pressure. Tom immediately had us feeling like family. The finance manager, Adam Case, went out of his way to get the rate and payment we wanted. I recently tried getting a new car with Four Stars. I didnt have very good credit so I was told I wouldnt be able to get into anything. About a week later i got a call saying they were able to get me approved and into a brand new 2019 vehicle. I am amazed that even though I wasn't able to get into something, they still worked on my application a week after the fact. I am excited to be given another chance and to start rebuilding my credit. I would definitely recommend Four Stars to anyone! Bethany was awesome keeping me updated on everything!

From the very start,our first conversation with Bill Reed on the phone, it was clear to me that Bill and all the fine folks at Four Stars where going to do everything they could to get us in the car we wanted. When we arrived Bill had the vehicle we had picked out ready and waiting. He was very knowledgeable about all the features and when it came time to make the purchase, he worked with finance to get the payments in our price range and never told us it could not be done. Andy Valentine helped with the finances and was amazing and did not try to force any additional expenses on the loan but gave us great suggestions for added protection that we accepted. Hands down the best car buying experience ever. All of the staff was so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, truely just a great place to purchase a vehicle and going forward is the only place I will buy a vehicle.
