Es una lastima que buenos carros caigan en tan malas manos. Acadia 2010 hermoso s.u.v la conducimos mi esposa y yo por 6 dias de los 15 dias que la tubimos los restantes pasaron estacionada unos dias con ellos. Hablar de estas personas seria de mas. Regresamos el s.u.v antes de hacer el primer pago estubieron dispuestos ayudarnos claro conforme a sus intereses amigos opciones ay por de mas busquenlas. Aqui las encontraran pero no las mejores!!

Wanted to wait a little while before writing a review...about 5-6 weeks ago I bought a 2012 Tundra from here. The minute i stepped on the lot I was treated with respect. I test drove the truck and fell in love. I told them i would let my bank know 1st thing in the morning and we could get things rolling. Banks being banks, mine took thier sweet time approving my loan, with no word to me or to the lot. After not hearing from me or my bank Yasur called me to find out if i was still biying. I explained my surprise that he hadn't heard anything. He understood and offered to hold the truck for 2 days, for no $$, bc he said he knew i really wanted this truck. Eventually, my bank got the ball rolling that day and i got my truck. So far there has been no issue whatsoever out of it. We will be looking for another car for my wife very soon and we will DEFINATELY be going here fist. Thank you Dallas Car R Us! UPDATE!!! It's been 1 year and my truck is still running and driving great! I put nearly 20k miles on it this first year with absolutely no problems. Haven't been able to get in to get a 2nd vehicle yet, but we will be back there this summer. 1st place I'm checking out!

We bought an X5 from here over a month ago. We have had the car less than a week. It has spent more time in the shop and is still in the shop. We have repeatedly asked where our tags are to either be told they are in the mail or to be completely ignored. They are now ignoring any communication. Absolutely horrible experience.

I went to Dallas Cars are us on Saturday and was underwhelmed by my experience. Within days the General Manager contacted me and asked that I give him a call. I was impressed with the quick response and ended up buying a car! Thank you Alan for turning the experience all the way around. I was looking for a car for my wife in October of 2016. The absolute best deal in town was here on a Volks Touareg and it was just perfect for my wife. We're not really the type to buy from a 'buy here pay here' type of place, but they had many cars that seemed like a really good deal. They were very nice and helpful and willing to negotiate (we were paying all cash though). They let us go for a long test drive and even let us take it to a mechanic shop to let them check it over. We went ahead and made the purchase and I waited a whole year before leaving a review. I can now say, one year later, that the car has been great. Right after we bought it, it need about $500 in work, but since then we haven't had any maintenance on it besides oil changes and tires. Very happy with them and when it's time to look for another car (for me next time) I'll be checking them out first. Thanks!

We purchased an SUV from them last week and we absolutely love our Pilot and the experience. Anthony & Jesse were so helpful and honest. We had a horrible experience the previous day with a dealer ship on Reeder Rd, so Anthony and Jesse took care of us. They had us out and in our new pilot in less then 3 hrs. Bought an acadia from them last year around feb it hasnt been a year and by july i had to replace transmission and put in more work to it. Please do not make the same mistake and go else where yea you come in and the treat you with respect and really nice but they sell you JUNK!!!

If I could give thes guys 0 stars, I would! This is the most unprofessional set of scam artist I’ve ever ran across in my life!! We purchased a used Ford Edge for my daughter, and after 27 miles the Engine failed! It’s been in the shop needing major motor work and potentially a damaged radiator. Dallascarrus are not willing to cover the repairs, and are unwilling to take responsibility. Anthony (sales guy) assured me the car was sent through a thorough inspection and was in great condition, which is BS since the repair shop stated damage is preexisting. I believe I was lied to, misinformed, and based on Anthony, and Allahs attitude they both where well aware of the damage. I do not recommend Dallascarrus to anyone looking for a vehicle STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!!! Lawsuit Pending!

I am very impressed with Dallas Car R Us!!! I looked online and found them around 530pm filled out my info about 5 minutes later Anthony calls me he was amazing asked me fill out the online app and so i did not even 20 mins later allin in finance calls me and they are ready for me to go. He was amazing also I have been searching for a vehicle for weeks and after being lied too and asked to take cars i didnt want its refreshing to know their are still good people out their at these dealerships. DEFINITELY DO RECOMMEND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SEE THEM will update tomorrow after i sign the papers for my dream car!!!

After reading a few good and bad reviews about Dallas car r us I decided to take a chance because they had a good deal on a 2007 GMC ACADIA So I scheduled my appointment with the receptionist and arrived about 15 minutes early and as soon as I stepped up to the lot I was greeted and assisted by Yeser . He was very helpful throughout the process and the environment was very professional and the entire staff was polite. I ended up getting my car there and I am happy with my purchase and the service I received at this dealership.

I never wrote a review but, I was so pleased with the experience I had too. I’m from Missouri and found my dream truck in Texas. Not knowing anything about this dealership I went out on a limb to take a chance. I can truly say it was a wonderful experience , they went out their way to make the sale as smoothly as possible . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This experience was much like what you would have expected from a used car dealer/crook back in the 70's. Anthony OFFERED my friend detailing to get scratches out of the body and to repair the leather seat and console. He offered this with the purchase of the car when we pointed out these items, we did not initially ask for it. My friend put money down for him to hold the car, but when she went to pick it up he had nothing but excuses, he didn't even wash the car much less detail it and the seat and console were not repaired as promised. He had told my friend that her down payment to hold the car was non-refundable. I'm assuming that's why he didn't do the work he promised because he knew she wouldn't want to lose her money. We should have gotten it in writing when we were first there. I feel responsible because I found her the car. What a rip-off!

Very difficult to shop for a pre owned vehicle especially online. I've been looking for a certain HIGHLINE and very picky. I found exactly what I was looking for at a price below my budget. When I got to the Dealership Anthony the Manager assisted me to the Mercedes and pointed out many things and was very informative. I noticed several minor things that considering the price thought was no big deal. I purchased the vehicle and very happy with my choice. Jesse the Finance Manager recommended a place to get the 2 things I wanted to get taken care of at incredible prices. Thank you so much Dallas Car R Us.
