If I could give this place a lesser rating I would. I’ve called for two weeks straight to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed and either no one answers or someone answers and directs to me to the service department then no one answers there. I’ve left my name and number four times and have yet to hear back from them. Would not recommend at all! First and last time I ever buy a car from this place.

I always take my business to Mexico and they usually have my automobile ready in a fue hours but here they take about a week even if you have an appointment so good luck if you don't have an extra car.

So I purchased a pickup truck more than 3 weeks ago and I am yet to receive it. I was told by our salesman that I would be receiving my truck within 3 business days. Its now past 19 days and still don't have my truck. The communication is terrible, everytime I call the dealership neither the GM or managers are available to speak to. I have gone to the dealership twice and I always get told that I will be getting answers in a few days, but when my call isn't answered I go back and get the same answer. They all keep blaming the manufacture or the lack of fleet. Oscar our salesman was great he is just doing his job but the problem are his supervisors. It is clear, if you don't have a vehicle in your inventory do not sell it. Luckily, my lawyer is aware of everything and if I dont receive my truck this week there is a possibility for legal action.

My friend has been having issues with this dealership for over two months. He purchased a vehicle in the beginning of January and is yet to receive it. He has been given the runaround every time he demands answers (keep in mind he is now obligated to make payments on a truck he doesn't even have). There is a reason why ANCIRA has been in Eagle Pass forever with no issues. I recommended a lawyer to my friend and hopefully this dealership takes the necessary steps to get this resolved. I also hope all the people involved in this mess are either reprimanded or properly trained so this doesn't happen again.

Salesman provided excellent service. Finance manager was horrible not once did he speak with me. He is lazy and he is not aggressive with financing. Otherwise you go to a Chevrolet dealer out of Eagle Pass and get approved! Do not even waste your time going there.

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. We purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra in great condition, but the car’s interior had not been cleaned from the previous owner. We were assured that it would be. A few days later, they delivered the car to us with no gas, a busted A/C and a filthy interior - food and trash in the door panels and in between the seats, dirt stains on the seats, sticky stuff in the cup holders - basically how the previous owner left the car...unacceptable. I called the dealership and spoke to Sal, who assured me that they would take care of the car if we took it back to them. We took the car back at 10am on a Saturday and waiting until 6pm. We got the car back and everything looked good at first, however, there was still food and trash in between the seats. I didn’t even bother calling back because I don’t have time to deal with unprofessionalism. Whatever you do, do not buy a used car here.

I saw a new truck online that I liked. It was marked $10k below sticker price so I sent the dealership an email stating I liked the truck. The dealer sent me an email back with the truck info and it included the marked down sticker price and the VIN to the exact truck I liked. I filled out a credit report online like the sales guy asked me to because I lived 2 hours away from the dealership. The next day I looked at the truck online again and the price was marked up $10k. When I spoke with the manager he stated “the truck I liked was not discounted because it had a lift and other options the standard truck didn’t.” I told him I saw the truck online and the dealership even sent me an email with the exact truck and vin number marked down. This manager lied to me over the phone and that speaks a lot about this place. If you want to buy a vehicle from honest people, don’t go to this dealership!

Watch out they will low ball you on Blue Book price! If you go to Kelly Blue book and fill all your vehicles info in it you will get a Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer now offer may be adjusted after the dealer inspection if it differs from your online assessment of your vehicle's condition. Check understand that but when they offer you $5K less then what the blue books says and worse $1,000 less then the lowest sell price says then ask for $4k+ more then the blue book says for there vehicle they are selling to me that is just being unfair! Now they can do this its there right to try to make money and how they run there company is up to them I have no problem with that! Just like I have a right to take my money to someone else! If you go see these guys make sure you print out the lowest price Blue book says you should take and they will not know what to say like they did with me!

Only thing that I don't like about the dealership is the paste of the service like oil changes it should have an Express oil and lube service, every time I schedule for oil change they'll have to schedule me in three or four days before getting serviced..... other than that I think everything else is good

Worst service ever, I got my Buick 2017 on August 2017 and my battery died in less than two years. Call to see if the warranty will cover it and it did but they did not have a loaner car and it was going to take more than two days. Really? How come they don’t have a car if i see the dealership full of cars?!! So, if you get a vehicle and you work or you depend on your vehicle, forget it don’t even do business with them.
