I received a sweepstakes card with a scratch off saying I one one of 4 prizes a $25000, a gift card worth $2500, a gift card worth $1000 or smart watch worth $300. Drove down to the dealership to claim my prize and was given an unbranded smart watch from futureworld that list online for as low as $25.00. Needless to say the watch would not power on even when attached to a charger. I asked the guy at the dealership about it. He said he didn't know anything about the watch and that you had to charge it over night before it would work. This is a scam I will be reporting this to the texas attorney general's office as they refused to compensate me for the prize and falsified the value of the prize. See you in small claims court Benny Boyd.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location. Drove 4 hours to finalize the sale and pick up a truck after several days negotiating this deal and when I arrive I'm told the truck I'm purchasing is in Andrews, which is 5 hours away. I spoke with the sales rep an hour before arriving and nothing was said. My family has used this dealership in the past and recommended I go there, but either not all locations are not equal or things have changed since they purchased in 2013.

I got a grand caravan from them a couple years back and the first week I got it, completely just shut off on me. We bring it in and "they fixed it" , guess what happens the very next day. Completely horrible experience. I'd rather walk then get a car here. They set you a date on your car to come in so that your warrenty is gone. Just so they know. I've bought 3 more vehicles from(Drive Time) in which are amazing. Loyalty and customer service in a small town goes a long way. Something Benny Boyd knows nothing about. Made them pick the van up due to not staying running and went on my way. I will not be treated in a disrespectful way as if I did something wrong and it's your vehicle that was a( Lemon ).

oh where do i start....how about never ever buy anything from Benny Boyd did i say NEVER they gave us the worst price on a POS an said it was the only thing we could get an my husband was so eager to get a car we fell for it thinking because it was is family friend HAHA ok not this car was broke down in a week in the shop for 2 weeks got it back shaking an our sales girl Diana said oh just drive it an call back in a couple days if it does not stop even though i had a baby with me....well low an behold it didn't...who could have guessed the motor mounts where broke car had been flooded before an the transmission went out an this is just a couple of things for the 2-3 months we had the car we drove it maybe 1-2 weeks i was finally fed up with the run around an the service so i gave them a couple of options to fix this problem none of them involved me taking the car back so when i told them this she contacted her friends an wanted me to sign the title over to them !!!!!! So I'm assuming nothing is confidential there an they just give your information out to anyone not surprised well long annoying story short i parked the vehicle at Benny Boyd gave them the key an told the manager he could keep the piece of you know what. NEVER BUY FROM BENNY BOYD

She went over what they had in stock and the prices an within minutes we were seeing if I qualified. While they did the paper work I went for a test drive. Very professional and realistic people. I worked with Dee and Rock to get a new car when mine started stalling out because I rely on my car for work. I walked in about 1 PM and walked out at 6 PM with a car. I told them what kind of car I was looking for and what kind of payments I could afford, and they broke it down as to what I needed to put as a downpayment to make that happen. The downpayment was a bit higher than I wanted it to be, but with my credit score, I knew either the payments or the downpayment was going be a little higher than I wanted. Having never bought a car before myself, they walked me through the process of getting into a great car which, after several weeks of driving it, I still love, and they made it to where it is in just my name. They really listened and made sure they showed me a car that met all my criteria. I actually really liked the first car they showed me, and it was the one I ended up buying. It is exactly what I wanted and the payments are affordable for me. Thank you for making the experience of purchasing a car for myself for the first time such a delightful experience!

DO NOT BUY FROM BENNY BOYD!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY! I bought a used truck. Upon agreement to repair the power seat that did not work and several other small issue I signed and bought the truck. Two weeks later I picked up the truck and nothing was fixed. Plus, they stole the custom rear floor board mats out of the truck. when I drove the truck the windshield wiper pump worked fine... when I got it home after picking it up the pump would not squirt the fluid. when I looked under the hood you could clearly see where it had been changed out with a broken one!!!!! Also, I did not receive my tags and plates for 12 weeks. even after repeated calls day in and day out. the paper tags had expired and I could not even drive the truck without taken a chance of getting pulled over by a cop. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Chris was my salesman in this deal and he took the time to break everything down on how the loan from the bank works and how they have principles. Helped me out a lot. Jerry was more than invested in getting me my truck and jumped through hoop after hoop (literally) and got my truck finalized through the bank even with poor credit. I honestly still cant beleive it. Would give negative stars if I could. Tried to get me into a car I couldn’t afford, they couldn’t even maintenance it or air up the tires before trying to sell it to me, harassed me for months after I didn’t buy from them, destroyed my credit by making 6 hard inquiries I didn’t need and then finally when I realized I wasn’t going to buy from them, they sent me a letter saying how after they knocked my credit score down about 100 points with all the unnecessary inquiries that they couldn’t finance me. What a joke. I bought a vehicle somewhere else the day after they showed me an 18+ thousand dollar car with maintenance lights on and a flat tire when I told them my budget was 10k. Oh and they led me to believe my credit score was worse than it actually was to offer me a super high interest rate. Skip this one unless your desperate to get into something and willing to pay for it with shotty vehicles and high interest.

My husband and I went to Marble Falls on vacation and decided to look around for a new Dodge 3500 truck. I went to one website in another town and was talking to them about their inventory. We also went to a couple of dealerships in Marble Falls. Benny Boyd dealership said they had one at another location like we were looking for and they could get us in it at the monthly payment we were wanting. They had it delivered to Marble Falls and we decided to take it. All paperwork was done on a Wednesday but it would be Friday evening before we could pick the truck up. They were going to have it detailed really nice for us they said. We went to pick the truck up Friday and it was not detailed and after driving off & getting back to our camp, they called us and told us they had noticed oil in the same spot it was parked at the dealership. We had to turn around, take the truck back, and after looking underneath the vehicle, noticed it was dripping oil extremely bad. When we first saw the vehicle, I noticed oil splatters on the tailgate and pointed that out to them but they blew it off and made light of it. Unfortunately, because it was such a new truck and extremely low mileage, we did not check underneath the vehicle. After we had to return it and saw how bad it was leaking oil, I told them to cancel the deal and just give us our old truck back. They said they could not do that because it had already been funded. Remember, this was Friday. We were scheduled to leave the next day to go home. They had also promised us a $500 check to pay for a small section of peeling paint we had pointed out to them on the vehicle. After returning the truck to the dealership, they assured us they would get the oil leak fixed & they thought it was something very simple. They said they would deliver it to our house the following week after it was fixed AND detailed, according to our sales person, Dakota! Early Monday morning, I called the bank where the truck was financed through and they told me it had NOT been funded and in fact, could take up to 10 days to fund! The two "managers" at Benny Boyd's had lied to me!!! I would have gotten my old truck back had I known it had not really funded! The truck was delivered and the oil leak had been fixed, but we have yet to see the $500 check they promised us, it was NOT detailed as promised, nor do we have an extra key to the vehicle as of yet! That also was supposed to be sent to us! I feel like this is one of the most dishonest vehicle dealerships I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with!!! I do not tolerate people who lie and I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them!!! BBB even rates them with a D-. Unfortunately, I did not see that until today!
