5 weeks ago I brought my Cadillac in. I needed 2 new rims(the only place you can get them from is a dealership). The service manager told me he would look for availability and price. A week later I didn't hear back, so I called him. He told me how much and where he could find them. He also said I would have to pay for them in advance. I said fine. He said he would call me back with an invoice amount. That was 4 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back.i don't think I am going to trust them to service any of my 3 GM vehicles.
