Staff is not friendly, Owner is all about making money doesn't care about customer. My mom had her 2014 Nissan Pathfinder for a year and the body of the car is falling apart all they can do is to fix it and send up a repair account, after my mom had spent about a thousand dollars to fix the parts that were falling apart at the Nissan dealership. Our family bought 4 cars from the Arlington location and had no problem. We're sad that the Arlington location is closed and now we have to deal with the Irving location and the one owner that's left. I know my family won't be buying any more cars from AUTO USA IRVING. Beware cars may look new on the lot but you won't know all the problems that comes with it till you buy it... I will not recommend this car lot to anyone.

I walked in and was greeted by a friendly man named Gerald. Good Fellow, But here is where it went sour. I wanted to get into a truck. I informed Mr. Gerald i was willing to put down for it. and take care of the interest for his Banker so that the owner will not worry about paying back the bank as i will only be paying the car price and no interest. The interest was about 6-7 thousand no biggie. But when I asked if they report to the credit agencies. The manager or owner or w/e he a big fella white man said no. And with that i walked out with my Bag of Dollars. I felt bad for Mr.Gerald as he foresaw a huge commission. Sorry guy's you almost had me fooled. hehe good try tho. I would love my wasted time back.

By far this is the best in-house finance dealer I have ever dealt with. The approval process was fast. Reasonable down payment for a 2017 Santa Fe with w low mileage still under manufacturer warranty . I couldn’t make up my mind on what vehicle to choose from because the inventory is full of newer low mileage cars I was told by a dealership I would not b able to find anything new with low miles and If I did, my downpayment would be high. I would highly recommend you check this place out and ask for Gina.She was very pleasant to work with and very professional and I would recommend this place Hands-down over any other in house financing company.
