My appointment was at 9. I was out in a reasonable amount of time and to top it off my oil change was free wasn't expecting that. I was told it came with the purchase of my vehicle which was over a year ago. Not sure if anyone told me that when I bought my car because I do not remember being told. So glad it did.

Everyone was super sweet and helpful. However we were at the dealership for seven hours, with a toddler keep in mind. Not saying we wouldn’t buy a car from y’all again because y’all were so nice and helpful but timing is something to definitely work on.

Enjoyable experience! Car shopping is not typically fun and enjoyable but the team made me feel at home and the sales rep Sean was a blast to hang out with while waiting for finance to come through. At the end of the day I was unable to get the deal that I wanted but Sean steered me in the right direction and assured me he’d find exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted- he got right to it searching for my perfect car early the next morning! Needless to say, if all of their staff is as attentive and kind as Sean then you’re in good hands.

There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. The salesman and supervisor were cordial and pleasant to work with. They were sincerely interested in trying to find a vehicle that met our need. I purchased a vehicle with cash on 4/20/2019 and just got my title, plates, and registration today, Sept 13. Nearly 5 months and dozens of phone calls to get them. The staff was always courteous and kind through the entire process. I think that my file must have just fallen behind someones desk or something.

Yes, the waiting process was a bit time consuming but he made sure to keep updating us and worked very hard to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall my experience was great, my agent Franklin who assisted me, made sure the whole process was seamless. Would give 5 stars for this location, however the finance manager was a bit tough to work with. They will treat you different, if you do not finance through AutoNation. However the sales representative was very helpful through out the whole process.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Aside from the customer service and the services, I happen to notice out of the total three times I’ve been at this establishment that the staff and management are completely evil. There are two young men that have been bullied in front of me by many of the staff workers and teased for minor mistakes or even mistakes that probably don’t even count as mistakes really. I’ve witnessed two people that seem to be managers or supervisors scream and yell or even show forms of verbal abuse to the same two men. I have been very happy with every service done by these two young men and it’s a shame that they would have to work in an environment like this one surrounded by a terrible work team. For those two men that may be struggling with this job, look for a lawyer, because you do not have to tolerate abuse or unfairness from this company.

Very bad experience. I wanted to look at a 2015 Toyota Camry. Made an appointment and came on time. Sales person who was supposed to be there wasn't. After some confusion they got some other guy to get the car, which was filthy. Needless to say, I did not get the car at that place, as I had no trust in them! Ridiculous service.

So this will be my second experience with autonation but my first experience with Autonation USA! AND I must say this second go around was extremely different and a pleasure to be a customer. The sales consultant Bruno Moreno was patient, listed to what i wanted and made it a better experience for me. The vehicle came a 90 warranty so they claimed. after 42 days had an issue with the A/C. Took it to Auro nation for repairs they claimed the part that was bad wasn't covered under the 90 warranty that comes with ALL auto nation vehicles. they stated it maybe covered under your extended warranty all you would have to pay is your $200 deductible. I stated why would I allow you to charge my extended warranty for a service your 90 warranty want cover for a vehicle I just purchased from you. Then I will have to pay $200 deductible. I stated no thanks I will go to the dealer please give me my keys. check this out they told me in that case I will owe $115 for diagnostic to get the car. I raised hell got my vehicle took it to the dealer and wasn't charged a penny I was still covered in the ORIGINAL 5year/60k miles warranty. Autonation USA proves Ripp off nation USA. Watch yourself they go for slick!!!@

I was helping my friend buy a car. She had an appointment, pre-approval for a loan, and knew exactly which car she wanted. We got here at 3pm on a Saturday. We were here until 7pm. We were able to test drive it right away (finished around 3:45pm) but after that, every step of the process took ages. Also, the “no-haggle” price didn’t include a mandatory $495 “lifetime tint” fee. Apparently, they add window tint to vehicles that don’t have it, which is fine. What is *not* fine is not just putting that into the price. A $495 surprise is not what most car buyers are looking for right out of the gate. I’d advise them to work on their customer service skills, as when we went to pick up the vehicle today, for example, we stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes before anyone even said hello. Once again, it wasn’t busy. In addition, there were numerous employees walking about or chatting. Even just a “Hi, we’ll be right with you” would’ve sufficed.

It was my first time trying AutoNation because I received a very attractive coupon in the mail which was supposed to be an Oil Change & Tire rotation. I thought it might be too good to be true but I decided to give it a shot with one of my cars. After getting the service done, I am charged double the price originally quoted (I confirmed upfront that I would be taking the 5qt conventional oil included), the reason being that they needed to charge me labor (additional to the tax & shop fees, which I'm okay with) - Why would I get a price for an oil change that does not include the labor of actually changing the oil? That's unreasonable. To make matters worse, I checked my wheels after going home and there was no tire rotation done either, and the car was not washed as advertised "included with every paid service". So in summary, the price of the oil change was not honored, and the services advertised were not completed. I did have a pleasant experience with the lady handling the front desk paperwork who tried to call the manager to no avail, and the facilities were nice - so those two factors avoided a rating of zero.

It was a week long process but well worth the wait. I never felt pressured and did things in my own time. I'm super appreciative of the salesman (Mohamed) and finance person (Reece sp?). They were very down to earth and seemed genuinely nice. Mo's sense humor helped at times because I was so nervous. He talks very softly which is weird for a car salesman so it was a struggle to hear him sometimes. Still a nice guy though. Although they were nice people, I'm disappointed with the discrepancy of the actual mileage that was listed on my paperwork versus what was on the odometer. I mentioned it to Reece but he said that it was correct when it indeed was not. I told Mo and he took a picture of the odometer to have it corrected but I haven’t heard anything else about it. Not a huge deal since the mileage is low but it’s not right and should be corrected. I would recommend people to come here but I would make sure they use super eagle eyes before purchasing. I noticed the bumper had been repainted after I got it home and it wasn't disclosed to me that the car was in any accidents or anything that would call for repainting. The paint has some drips and overspray and the touch ups they did to the scratches are a little off putting. They psint they used doesn’t match the actual car paint. Minor issue...Overall I love the car (Honda Crosstour is my favorite) and will live the imperfections because of it. I would also recommend people for the financing help I experienced as well. I was so grateful for getting financed even though I had some credit challenges. This car was a start to rebuilding in that area and a happy start indeed! Thanks again!

So according to salesman:Bruno if you have bad credit they cant help you goodbye yet that is not what they advertise very disappointed because they told me over the phone that i was approved for the vehicle i wanted which i can understand but to just be turn away is what piss me off most dealerships offer cheaper alternative that will allow to build credit in the process but apparently not autonation zero stars!!!!!!

Donot buy a car from them. The cars look good but they are trash. They claim to give warranty but when u bring it in to get fixed under warranty they play games with you and say oh no this and that is not covered. They offer free oil changes, but when my free oil changes expired i had to pay. So when i asked what kind of oil did they use, come to find out they were using the wrong oil in my car the entire time. I complained, but of course they gave 101 excuses to justify their wrongs. Please don't get a car from them. You will have constant issues with them and your car.

I thought I was dealing with a great company! But soon I found out that I was mistaken! Had vehicle for about a year now at most and up to 10 thousand in repairs since having it! Flashforward to now went in for oil change that is complimentary only for vehicle to be messed up and them calling me to tell me how much I was to pay for the repairs! Is this an ok thing to do? I am a customer my truck was messed up under your care and I have to pay? This lemon of a vehicle has given me nothing but problems since day one starting with a 3k bill thank god it was covered but was only the first of many! I understand used vehicles are what they are and there is no guarantee but seriously do no one check the inventory before they sell anything and to think we was gonna look at them for another vehicle for our family never again! A very unsatisfying experience so far!

Sales manager is horrible and is not helpful. There where 2 cars I looked at with issues which were 2013 BMW 328i with a front axle popping every time you turn the wheel and a 2013 Mercedes-Benz E350 with is not a diesel engine but sounds like a dieael engine Dodge Ram pick up truck. After test driving the Mercedes there was a smell of a burning pulley belt under the hood. When addressing the issues with 2 managers that came out to greet me one stated it was engine cleaning chemicals under the hood and the other claimed the car was just serviced by technicians. I ask if they can double check the issues he then basically told me with a non caring attitude that it was not going to be today. The way it was said shows that customers are not a priority neither being proactive in handling issues with thier cars. Went to a different none franchise dealer to purchase my BMW.

Saw a car online and reached out to them to come and see it. Confirmed apt the day before and was assured that the car is still for sale. Called the morning of the apt to confirm that the car was still here and received confirmation. Drove an hour to come see the car, and when we arrived we were told that the car had JUST been sold 5 minutes before... perfect timing, but they just so happen to have another car of the same make and model that was 7k more than the car we were looking for. Honestly it's just incredibly disappointing.

I’m in the middle of closing a deal and I must say I’m not impressed with their integrity or customer service. They have not been forthcoming with certain issues regarding the vehicle, luckily it was brought to my attention after getting an independent diagnostic performed ($137.00) Also, there is 3 different style of tire on the car. I’ll be spending the majority of my Friday at the dealership again. Thankfully I’m still under the 5 day 250 return policy. **Update** (6-6-19) Dropped my vehicle off yesterday so they can address the issues found, these clowns give me a Toyota Corolla for a loaner car until mine is ready. I’m 6’5” with a bad knee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You’ll have better luck at a circus.

I cannot judge the other salesmen, but my experience with Mo (Mohammad) was so unprofessional. I had been working with Mo for two days on looking for a vehicle. I finally found the vehicle I wanted, but needed to pick up my brother from school at 3:30p, so I told Mo I would be back to fill out the paperwork after I picked him up. Mo called me 3x, emailed me 1x and texted me 2x all within 10 minutes around 4p and left me a voicemail telling me how disrespectful I was for not answering his calls or telling him where I was. I do not use my cellphone when I am at my brothers school as children are walking home, the car line is continuously moving and it’s a school zone. Leaving me a voicemail telling me how disrespectful I was is completely unprofessional. I do not appreciate being timed nor someone I don’t even know asking about my whereabouts. Mind you all, he also had attitude when I told him no to vehicles he showed me, but I brushed it off. It’s our money and we all deserve to buy what we want, not get rushed into a vehicle we don’t. But after that voicemail incident, he can forget about getting any commission off of me. Impatient, unprofessional and attitude! Work with anyone else if you want a pleasant car buying experience.

We were called and an offer to buy our 4Runner suggested by Eric. He greeted my wife and I and was replaced by another salesman. Eric had no explanation and the young salesman didn't offer an explanation for the change. After a while we were made an offer and it was $200 below what I expected but we took the offer. Then it was a long wait for the check. When the check arrived my wife pointed out it was for $500 more than the offer and the salesman needed to check if it was a typo on the check. It was not a typo I am not a fan of making an appointment with some one and having a replacement provided without explanation. I was suspicious and got the impression that the replacement was a law enforcement or a vigilante . You lost a star for the replacement salesman without an explanation, when my wife ask how much longer it would be a counter person joked "eight hours" and the wait time.

I purchased a vehicle from this location in May of 2018. It hasn’t been a full year yet and the transmission has burned out due to a fault from the previous owner. Since it wasn’t detected in Autonation’s Inspections. They’re claiming they aren’t responsible. I keep seeing more and more people are sharing the same sentiments as me. This location is shady and are money hungry. They have zero concerns for the customer.

I didn't purchase from this location, but chose to take it here for service. A Tech didn't screw the bolts tight on my wheels and two of them came off. I also lost the middle cap on my rim after a wheel rotation. I suggest going here during the week when it's slower. I do like that you can see your car being worked on & this location is very clean and nice.

I received EXCELLENT and thorough service. An amazing young lady by the name of Holly assisted me. She kept me informed regarding the progress of my vehicle the whole time I waited (which wasn't long). She ensured I was comfortable and gave me water. Then upon completion, she gave me a packet of information regarding my vehicle inspection and explained everything to me. She then gave me room to voice any questions and/or concerns I had. As a woman, this was the best service I've ever had while doing anything pertaining to my vehicle. Thanks Holly! You ROCK!
