Waiting over four hours for them to figure out if i have a bad battery or a bad sensor and they still have no answer but at least they offer me a coupon for sonic right? Very horrible. Im hoping they arent taking long because they dont know what they are doing. Maybe they have a lunch date or maybe they need lots of water or restroom breaks or maybe my car is being stubborn and the hood refuses to open because it hates diagnostics or maybe they just dont care because it is not their personal vehicle. Avoid this place if you can!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever. I am a disable veteran who needs to get to the doctor, my husband works 70 plus hours a week, and we have kids. Our car has been there for a week now just to get a key programmed. None of our calls are returned. We have to call them. I will not recommend this place to anyone or ever go back for service.

We researched what we wanted in advance. We then called ahead and made sure it was on the lot, with the price and features we wanted. Zachary met us at the door. He didn't try to "sell" us anything; he just showed us what we asked to see. He was knowledgeable and polite, not to mention patient. We purchased the car we came for, and when Zachary found out it was for our daughter he made the drive away special. He also took the time to explain all of the safety features to her. Larry helped with the paperwork, and he was equally patient, as she had to write out her first big check. While Larry promoted products available, he did not try to pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. All in all, it was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership, and the the most painless. -Thank you... We will be buying our next car from them as well.

I wouldn’t recommend going to Chevy dealer in Portland Texas. First of all I usually go to the Chevy dealer in corpus never get charged a diagnostic test. They charged $140 and I told them I never get charged the answer they gave me was it must be a different owner. Then the part that my truck needed was $39 I looked online. They wanted $650 lol they said for labor and parts. They overcharge!!!! It’s way too much. I will recommend driving the extra 20 miles to go to CC.

On Monday 4/21/2014 ,i took my 2011 Silverado pick up to the service dept. @ Al Willeford Chevrolet. The drivers side door handle was loose. I met with Mr. Bill Harrison and talked to him about my problem. Mr. Harrison showed me the warranty information on my truck and the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty was expired. Mr. Harrison still agreed to fix the problem with the door and another issue i had with the A/C temp. control. I was so impressed with the service dept. repairing my vehicle at no cost to me. On Tuesday 4/22/2014 i went and traded the truck in for a 2014 Silverado pick up truck. This is the 2nd vehicle i have bought from Danny Garza, and i will continue doing business with this dealership because they take pride in their dealership, and know how to take care of their customers.

It was the easiest deal I have ever done. I was mailed an invitation from the Branch General Manager and they honored every benefit that was offered. I went into the shop to meet with sales manager, Mr. White to sign my credit application then returned after work to sign the closing paperwork and drive off with my brand new Chevy Equinox with only 2 miles. Thank you for the very special service.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle. We've purchased 2 vehicles here. They're very layed back and low pressure. Both times we walked in, told thez salesman how much we would pay and gave them one chance to counter with their best offer. Both times they came back with great prices. Each time that I schedule to have my vehicle serviced I'm waiting for at LEAST 2 hours. I can understand being busy etc, but no communication. I'm just sitting here, patiently since 9:30a, I finally decide to go ask ETA of my vehicle and I'm told sometime around noon. OMG!!!!!! Why not follow up and say that, mind you with an appointment exact same results. Communication is the most effective tool in customer service, may I suggest utilizing that tool.

I took my corvette in three weeks ago (4/23/18) and Raymond kept telling me "Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, next Monday". I call to check up on my vette and they don't get to my vette until Wednesday 5/2/18. They tell me it's due to them only having two techs who specialize in vettes, which I can understand that, but why it takes that long to get my car seen isn't. Raymond has poor communication, and the only time he has any real communication to update me about my car was to tell me that they needed one more part, which would run me an extra $300. It's now 5/9/18, my vette has been sitting in their garage and doesn't seem to be getting any work done on it. When Celeste has been my rep for work done to my vette, she gets it taken care of in a timely matter with great communication all around, but Raymond is the complete opposite. I went by the Al Williford Dealership today around 2:20 pm and as soon as I walked in, Raymond immediately told me "Tomorrow". It's obvious my car is being overlooked. I've seen a lot of vehicles that arrived later than me get serviced, but mine will sit there. I'm a content creator and I use my vette for that, and one of the companies that I work with are now asking me why I haven't been pushing out any new content for the past three weeks. I told them the whole situation and they're on standby to issue a subpoena to this dealership if my vette isn't ready tomorrow.

Never again. Service sucked and they didn't care. Took a day and a half to change the serpentine belt. Talked to the service manager and he was very sorry, but no solution. Called the next morning and they would get back with me in 5 min. that was an hour ago. I'm stuck with no way to get around.

I am an out of state customer: Raymond told me over the phone that I could pay for a vehicle inspection over the phone with a credit card. Even though they never completed the inspection, I was charged for it and when I went to pay for it, the cashier Pam told me that it was company policy that they do not accept credit cards over the phone. This is one of the many lies that I was fed from this dealership. We have been a GM exclusive family for over 20 years, and we only have our vehicle serviced at GM dealerships... Very disappointed in the conduct of this dealership. Completely unacceptable.

Worst service after the sale I have ever seen. A friend of mine bought a new truck and took it back after experiencing problems with the four wheel drive. An appointment was made to bring the truck into the service department. A rental car was promised while the truck was getting fixed. We waited 45 minutes to get a car to drive. After asking 2 different times, we finally had to go back to the salesman to ask why we hadn't gotten the rental. Then we were told that they would call us with the results of our check. After waiting in town for most of the day (we live an hour and fifteen minutes away) we finally called to find out what was going on. They told us that a part would need to be ordered. ( A CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE)

Well to begin with....my AC was NEVER COLD in the back...i have brought it n 3x total before it even had been fixed (& the 1st time I never left the shop and told one of the service desk guys it was not blowing cold and his response was it takes a minute to get cold)! Well, a few days later I came back of course! ...the 3rd time in I was called and said gm would not warranty the parts I had already paid for unless i put in some filter in my line by Brian & he also said the filter was $500+ then tax. He said nothing of labor. Every other time I was called I was told how much the part was and labor. ...I go to pick it up and filter is only $100+ and labor $340-$380. I asked Brian why he said nothing of labor and he said because I included it in with the part. Why was I not told I was responsible for labor when our phone call stated that GM would not warranty my parts unless I had this filter put in on a "supposedly" brand new "complete" ac system I had paid over $2400 to have installed?! Why was I led to believe GM would not warranty my stuff without paying for this particular part? Why was Brian Harrison not up front about the labor ONLY stating the part cost this much...and I asked him this filter is $500 and something dollars by itself? His response was Yes ma'am but let me explain GM will not warranty your stuff if you do not get this filter. He was on speaker phone with witnesses because that is bow I take all my calls! ...I was charged labor as well. Now why was I charged labor for something you guys did not fix completely the first time and I paid over $2400 for. What i was told a complete new ac unit and had to bring it back 2 more times after the fact!!!. ... I also have been calling every day to speak with Brian Willeford whom has not yet to return ANY of my calls and seems to NEVER be in his office EVERY time I call no matter what time or day it is (I call several times each day). Wondering if GM will give me the SAME Treatment trying to call them! ...I am So Sick of being told if you leave Brian Willeford a message on his voicemail he will calll you back today...because Frankly that is Also NOT TRUE!

My loyalty and patronage will no longer happen at Al Willeford Chevrolet in Portland Texas. I have yet to receive my $95 reimbursement for a tow that should have been covered under warranty, after being promised numerous times by Brian Harrison that the check was cut, sent out. Also replaced a tire which I paid for less than a month later had a split sidewall...again should have been covered but wasn't. Paid again. The replacement air pump with sealant was never replaced in my vehicle after numerous claims it would be. Al Willeford has lost my business and anyone who asks me will be directed to other dealerships. Please stop sending future emails to me from Al Willeford. Customer service is friendly and polite but once your vehicle enters the shop you might as well have not gone at all. Had a new engine installed and it started making noise within three months. Showed the tech he agreed it was the engine but it had to get worse before they could fix it. Same with a rattle coming from a front axel. Was told they couldn't duplicate it. Magically as soon as I ride out of the parking lot it starts rattling again. I got the engine from there so I might be stuck with them for that.

First time customer for the service department, was met by service representative Raymond Castillo immediately, a busy Monday morning and I had no appointment, minor service issue under warranty, my vehicle was accepted, I was given a courtesy shuttle ride home within minutes, called a few hours later, picked up at my home and delivered to my repaired vehicle. Maybe it was just good timing on my part. Regardless, the service from start to finish was over the top. I have never taken the time to write a review for any type of service until now. These guys deserve a pat on the back. Great Job! Highly recommended.

Do not trust this company. My wife is receiving text messages from this dealership despite the fact that we live in Colorado. We've never been to this dealership and don't own a Chevy. When I tried to call and find out how they got her cell phone number, the three different people dodged the question and transferred me to someone else. The worst part is that each time I would request a Manager, but not one would pick up. It's sad that honesty is now a thing of the past.

Well let’s see buy a camaro from them less than 8 months goes by and boom car starts missfiring horrible after I start it one morning gets towed to the delarship tell me they will call me when they find out what’s wrong 2 days go by I go to the delarship to get my house key off of key ring service guy”Raymond” tells me cylinder 7 has no compression ok it’s probably a broken valve spring holding a valve open kinda common in camaros ask for the approval to remove the head to take a look I say yes 24 hours later I still haven’t got a call for a job that should only take about 2 hours my car has been there for four days don’t take your car in for service here and I definitely will not buy another vehicle from this establishment

The tread separated from my driver side front tire while my wife and month old daughter were in the truck, driving 75 miles per hour. It nearly caused them to hit the median concrete barrier. The dealership refuses to pay for the damages. They continuously implemented fallacies into the story of what happened. They claimed my wife had to have hit something to cause the damage. She didn’t. The truck had 3,200 miles on it at the time of the accident. The damages were $1,295 just to get the truck driveable. There another estimated $4,500 worth of body damages that we’re stuck having to pay for because they refuse to pay for a manufacturer’s defect.

So while visiting family over the 4th of July holiday, my 2015 Cruze developed a MAJOR coolant leak. Took it to Al Willeford dealership on Thursday as they we the closest location for warranty work. Told them that time was of the essence as I needed to be back home in San Antonio by Friday for work. Dropped the car of at 10am and was called and told it was ready at 3pm. Many thanks to Brian and Celeste (who were super friendly and helpful) and the rest of the service crew for getting me back on the road the same day.

If the goal is to screw customers and make as much possible in the process they nail it. Salesman are clowns at best, I went to look at getting a truck. 3 hours later, nothing. Then finally a ridiculous price and payment, which suddenly changed 3 times as I said no and began to walk out. Went to their "competion" and was helped in less than 30 minutes, got a equivalent truck for 8000 less, and wasn't treated like a commission. These guys suck and the reviews prove it.

I have used them for years - as have my parents - always buy vehicles from them. Sometimes it takes a while to get our vehicles worked on but they are just really busy. They always call to let you know what's going on and you can always call them and they are really good about answering all your questions. Celeste is awesome!!

Had my vehicle serviced here and when I got it back there were multiple issues afterwards. The check engine light was on that wasn’t on before, the oil pressure gauge was acting erratically, and my hood would not close properly. I brought it back to have them correct the issues. The service writer was less than helpful and gave the attitude that I was inconveniencing him and making seem like he really didn’t have time to make things right. My truck sat there from Friday until Monday at 5pm unlooked at. My truck has 6500 miles and they are the only ones to ever do service to it. I would not recommend for anyone to bring their vehicles here unless they like having their vehicles returned in worse shape than they brought it.

We went looking to see what was available on the lot and found a Chevy Spark. Excellent little car, drives well, smooth running. It handled 3 adults, AC was blowing cold air and no problems getting on the highway. Danny Garza is is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The finance personnel are also great in getting the best deal. I traded in my Silverado 1500 for an excellent price. Overall rating for my experience is 5 stars, for the dealership, its personnel and the smoothness of the transaction. No problems highly recommending Al Willeford Chevrolet

Well, It’s been 2 months since I bought my vehicle at Al Willeford and would recommend anyone in the market for a new/pre-owned car to stop by. The actual service of replacing my bearings on the left front seems adequate so far. What I was not happy about was the fact that one of the technicians spilled coffee in my vehicle. When I climbed in to my work vehicle for work the weekend after service, there was an odd smell, sort of like old hazelnut. Upon further inspection, I found coffee stains and splatter in my drink holders, on my hand sanitizer can in the holder, console area, around the plastic base of shifter, on receipts, inhaler and wipe packets in gap under dvd player. (I have pictures) I don't drink hazelnut coffee...so I know it wasn't me. I returned to dealer and to her credit, Celeste helped clean the mess, otherwise my 3 star rating would be much lower. PLEASE...STOP DRINKING IN CLIENT VEHICLES!!!! Usually this dealership treats me and my property better. I was sorely disappointed at the lack of professionalism and lack of consideration for me and my property. I don't know if I will return.
