What I'm about Post doesn't do Justice for The AWESOME experience we had and the AMAZING people that helped us get into our new vehicle at Overdrive! First of all we were not planning on buying a new car..We were looking kind of just to look. Then we met Anna and Kyle! After talking with Anna and Kyle they went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle that we wanted. And that's exactly what they did! Not only did they get us into our new SUV , we got a extended warranty at no extra charge long story short we cant thank Anna,Kyle Amanda,Susie enough and all the staff for their help and kindness .

Recently purchased a cpo RAV4 from Overdrive. Prior to buying, I test drove multiple cars at other used car & new car dealerships in Cookeville and Crossville. The most pleasant experience I had was at Overdrive while working with Aned Ramirez. As a result I returned to Overdrive and they were more than able to accommodate my request to test drive a car in a trim level they did not have on their lots. In other words they arranged to bring in a vehicle just so I could test drive it and make my final decision. I've never seen any dealership do that at even the luxury level. I ended up purchasing from Overdrive and the rest of the experience from negotiating a price to closing out the paperwork was so low stress and hassle free. I plan to return later this year when my mom needs a new vehicle. Thanks Aned and Kyle and Overdrive for what was one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made.

The people there are wonderful. I purchased a 2015 prius from Christy Herd back in December and last Sunday was involved in an accident where it was totalled. Monday afternoon they put me in a beautiful 2018 Camry as a loaner and are delivering my new 2016 prius on Friday all the way to Conyers Georgia. In less than 7 days , I total my car, they estimate it and give me a rental and deliver me a new car. Can't get much better than that.
