We spent the day looking for a diesel we shaw one here that we liked. Their banks capped us at a certain amount. Up until that service was good once we had a cap of what we had been approved for they got very pushy and didnt listen to the options and what we wanted. The next day we purchased from another dealership and a more expensive truck. Then on Monday we got a call from them and they had submitted it to 3 or more banks with out our approval. I specifically told them I DID NOT want our credit run to more then 2 or 3 banks. And they submitted it twice to the same bank. I total of 9 hard inquires on our credit. Very unhappy and will never recommend anyone to go there.

I purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator L from this dealer in April 2018, and was presented with a clean Carfax report. I just traded the same vehicle in, and the same Carfax was pulled by the dealer I purchased from based on VIN. It revealed an accident report from 12/26/2016. This not only was a surprise to me, but also negatively affected by trade in value. Stay away from these people!! They are scammers and liars.

Hey folks stay away from these guys Music City Autoplex They are bad from the sales people up to the “ Director of Retail Division”. The experience was an absolute nightmare and honestly a joke. Director of Retail Division and a video of the vehicle that was purchased..... Remember folks everyone has options just don’t choose this one. As your response to my original post is not factual how the events transpired. Obviously once again there has been some miscommunication from your employees how the event unfolded. Aren’t reviews here for a reason and I chose to give you an honest and factual review. No need to reply again and as you can see by my reply I have kept this on a professional level. So let’s stop the replies Update .....Same wrecked vehicle listed once again for exact price. Remember a clean Carfax means absolutely nothing! This vehicle is 100% been wrecked with major damage. Stay away from these guys Music City Autoplex is an absolute joke.

My car was a 2005 and many many miles. We needed a new car, but were concerned for price. I didn't expect to get anything much for trade in off the old because it was so old and beat-up. Music City Autoplex helped ease our worries over buying a car, worked with us on a good trade-in value, and got our payments within 50 bucks of where we wanted to be for monthly budget for a nice 2016 chevy with 25k miles! Bobby Ford was our guy, and despite all of our uneasiness he was patient and not pushy. He even got us icecream while we were waiting. He genuinely wanted to help us find what met our needs, and I love my car! I have had it 3 months now, and having all the new gadgets and such has been amazing! If you need a car I highly recommend letting them help you.

I’m in sales and this was by far the best car buying experience to date. There were a few minor detail errors in paperwork that was brought to the attention of management. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. After speaking with a salesman several times about their FRESH START PROGRAM for people in chapter 13 bankruptcy. I stated I had no down payment but that didn’t seem to be a problem for them. As they advertise so on their flyer they gave to attorneys office. I decided I’d give it a shot I was just waiting on the paperwork from the trustees office to proceed. The salesman called me several times during the process at which he states on our last conversation that it’s the end of the month and I can really make some wonderful deals happen I normally wouldn’t be able to do, I tell him I’ll do my best to be there. I then drive over an hour so I can see about theses end of the month wonderful deals he speaks of. I have all the proper paperwork requested from the salesman in hand. I arrive... I waited approximately 35min ignored most of that time. I then am greeted by the salesman I’ve been speaking with. I then give him all the paperwork he requested. He begins to make a deal which took what seemed like a lifetime. After about and hour of no communication he finally comes out we start test driving cars. None of which I liked or asked to see he starts using profanity acting as if I’m waisting his time. He then pulls up in a six speed never even asked if I knew how to drive one... which I don’t. I told him I didn’t and he became irritable. I kept asking about cars I was interested in, in the same price rang of what he was showing me but he claimed none of them would meet the banks criteria. He then asked me about a few more but would pull up in something completely different... turns out they didn’t even have the ones he was talking about on the lot. After deciding with a possible selection I was told I’d need a down payment after all, after I previously started ahead of time that I didn’t have and was told I wouldn’t need. This place is a joke and a waist of time I definitely will not be back in the future. I’ll also be letting my attorney that gave me the recommendation know about my experience, and how this company doesn’t hold true to their no down payment advertisements for people in chapter 13. What a joke.

CROOKS! If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. They told us that we would get our vehicle at $29,000 out the door with our trade in value plus $1,236 cash down payment and at a 60 month loan. Was there late and took a while for us to decide to go forward and signed papers in a hurry only the find out that the loan amount was settled at $32,000 instead of the $29,000 we agreed upon AND at a 84 month loan WITHOUT including the $1236 down payment cash. They wrote in the wrong mileage on the vehicle so the warranty mileage coverage was wrong and would be less than coverage agreed upon . Watch your back with these liars! Not only did they screw us up by adding $3500+ more than our agreed amount, but they lost my husband's original keys given with our trade in vehicle that had his work keys on them that my husband was left searching for his keys for over two hours with the security guard that they left him alone with after closing. RIDICULOUSLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have to say this place went above and beyond to get my husband in the exact truck he wanted. We traveled from the Alabama Tennessee state line to come look around town at different trucks. We called Music CityAutoplex interested in a Ram off Facebook. We spoke with Brad and asked about a specific truck. He got my phone number and name then actually went outside and took a new pic of the vehicle (in the rain) to send me to verify. That impressed us before we even arrived. Most places just punch the computer and make educated guesses. We arrived and Brad was very kind to us and showed us a couple vehicles. We saw a different Ram that caught our attention, but not sure about actually purchasing. We were going to keep looking some more. We werent exactly "sold" on anything there. Brad asks us to please wait and speak with a man named Kenny Eastman. We waited and were talking about the next place to go look and then Mr. Kenny came out and asked us what was holding us back from buying right then. And there was a small handful of little cosmetic scratches a tiny ding on the side. A couple small things. We have been looking for a truck for several WEEKS now. Sat down to do a deal and my husband walked us out 3+ times from folks not really taking our concerns seriously. Not Kenny. He adressed my husband's concerns as his own. He understood if we are spending $30,000 on a truck (albeit used) it isn't just chump change. He didn't have the 'take it or leave it' attitude we have seen numerous times. He had the 'how can I fix it for you' attitude. And that is what sold us. He had guys buff the scratches and fix an unbalanced tire (at a different shop as it was Saturday!) And truly went above and beyond to work for US. Staying very late getting our business. And we have decided if a man is willing to work that hard for us... and understands that our vehicle means that much to us and our money has real value to us....we will keep his card and the next vehicle we decide to buy we will be calling Kenny Eastman first.

We came in right around 6 on on a Thursday night to look at a vehicle we had called about. I talked with Joe Fyke over the phone beforehand. We came in right as he was supposed to be getting off work, but instead he stayed all the way through the purchase process until about 930pm. I was impressed with the casual but professional nature of the dealership. We had our two young boys with us and they were able to get as many snacks as they wanted and play in a kids room which made the process 2000% easier. I went in to look at a truck I had seen on line. Got Rick Johns as a sales rep and we looked the truck over and then did the test drive all went good. Then got with Zack to take care of the numbers game and on to financing. Over all not a bad experience took a long time to get with financing due to them being overly busy the day we bought from them. Now for the part where they excelled. This was a 2.5 - 3 hr drive to there dealership for me. Found out the next day that the 4x4 truck that I had purchased the 4x4 did not work. Contacted Rick and he put me in touch with Lana Mills there service person. She listened to what was going on and asked if I could bring it in so they could fix it for me. Do to the distance between us she said take it to the local dealership and get a quote for the repair. After they got the report she authorised the repair. So they took care of there customer with out the 6hr round trip drive back to them. It was a good experience and will look to them for the next vehicle.

I DO NOT plan on referring ANYONE to this dealership. First of all I talked to a gentleman named Kent on the phone and let him know after submitting my application that I was on my way. "Oh yeah, come on. I'll be here waiting on you." I get there, and the front desk tells me "Kent left sick." I should have known just to walk out then. After that I was set up with a salesman by the name of Cody. We started the paperwork on a Honda Accord there, which needed the front bumper painted due to it being scuffed up on both sides (driver and passenger). He also said they were going to put new tires on the vehicle, while telling me that they would drive the vehicle to my location due to me driving up there by myself. Everything was kosher until I signed the final piece of paperwork. I remind you that I asked Cody OVER AND OVER again about the maintenance of the vehicle being scheduled and all he kept saying is "Yeah man, I'll get it taken care of." All of that went out the window. They wanted to charge me for the maintenance on the vehicle while the financial guy also saying that they didn't figure all of the body work into the final price. Well, that's because they put a price on the vehicle WITHOUT even looking at the car to see what kind of condition it was in. If you plan on doing business with this dealership, BE CAUTIOUS!

Marine Corps Veteran here, I bought a 2012 F350 from music city. About 3 days after I bought the truck I get a call saying something with the loan was incorrect and they need a signature and to come down when I’m free to sign. I drove the hour back to the dealership get there and they tell me I can’t use this loan unless I register in TN. I am not a TN resident therefore I have no way to register there. They then proceed to pull up a loan from another bank which. Has 10% interest rate. My credit score is 719, no way I should be paying 10%. I refuse to sign this so they proceed to tell me they will have to cancel my purchase. I work away from my home and pull a fifth wheel camper state to state for work. They left me high and dry with no vehicle. I asked how I am supposed to get back to where I’m staying and an individual tells me there’s a car rental place up the road, I was not paying for my own ride back when they are the ones that messed up. Worst customer service i have ever experienced I my life. On top of all this. The day I bought the truck I drove out of the dealership with no fuel. Had to stop because the fuel light was on. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Our experience so far has been horrible lied to from the get go. All i can say is make sure you read they told me i was a co signer not a primary on the acct. so i thought ok cool they said you will sign less and i did and then next thing i know am primary on the acct and they added the taxes after they where suppose to be waived than when you call the pick up n hang up on you took a month n a half to get the paperwork we did sign after asking for it several times and then set up a bank account in my name how idk horrible experience.

I"ll start by saying I'm a real human being and not a bot. I was referred to this dealership by a co-worker so my expectations weren't very high at all. My fiancee and I arrived a little after 4pm and didn't leave the office until almost 8:30pm! But I never once needed to look at the clock anxiously. Once you enter the doors you will notice that it has a very modern look to it and no models inside the building like normal places. We got introduced to a nearby salesman with the name: Dennis Carter. Mr. Carter spent the next 4 and a half hours negotiating with the banks, checking and double checking credit reports, following up on references, the works. He was extremely thorough with every stage of the process and made it the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. They might be a big room with nice popcorn and drinks, but it's not just for show. The families that own this business definitely know how it's done. I never once felt pressured or ignored. Mr. Carter made sure to listen to everything I said and he never once talked over me or made me feel small. I love this place and I recommend everybody to buy a car here if you like having a no-stress experience.

The dealership is willing to help anyone. My only issue is that when a customer walks in stating I only have $X down and can afford $X payment. That the salesperson tries to pressure you into something that you can't afford. After 4 hours the sales person finally listened, I ended up with a car that I am extremely happy with that I can afford. I just wish that he would have listened so it would not have taking so much time.
