I want to post about my experience with Foothills Auto Sales (FAS) a few months ago. I’d been in the market for a used truck for several months and contacted my old friend Bill Crowe who works FAS. I described to Bill the type of truck I was looking for and asked him to see if he might come across one. After a few weeks Bill called me to tell me that he had a truck that I might like. I did and I bought the truck at a fair price. Bill and his General Manager, Jeff Jones, treated me extremely well. Their customer service went way beyond the call of duty. After I’d purchased the truck, several weeks later, there was an issue with it, and Jeff Jones (& FAS) were under no obligation to take care of it…BUT HE & THEY DID. When Jeff took the truck in for the repair, I left a personal item of value in the truck and Jeff made the extra trip back to the repair shop to retrieve it for me. And, he didn’t have to. It’s been several months, and I’m really pleased with my truck. Bill Crowe and Jeff Jones went out of their way, well beyond what was necessary, to please this customer. Fair price & great service. If you’re in the market for an automobile, I’d highly recommend that you give Foothills Auto Sales, Bill Crowe & Jeff Jones a shot at selling you one. And, then ring the bell!

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry SE from Foothills Auto Sales in April. I had looked at many cars before and saw the ad for this vehicle on CarGurus. I called and spoke with Greg, who was very friendly and enthusiastic about showing me this car. He invited me to drive the 40 miles from my location to check out the car and when I arrived he had the car pulled around and clean. Through my inspection and test drive of this vehicle the description given on the site and what he told me about it over the phone proved to be 100% truthful. Greg was patient, honest and accommodating during the financing process. He worked with me to find a reputable credit union to finance it and secure a more than affordable monthly payment. I was in a rental car at the time and was unable to drive it home; Greg was so kind as to personally drop the vehicle off at my residence at the end of the day. Greg worked with me to make sure the car was serviced, and all needed repairs were taken care of. I am grateful to Greg and Foothills Auto Sales for making the experience of purchasing a used car fun, honest and convenient. I purchased a 2006 Suburban from Josh and his staff last week. They gave me a great deal on the vehicle and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but that's nothing compared to their honesty and integrity. When I got the vehicle home the transmission went out in the suburban. I emailed Josh and without hesitation he told me that even though I declined the warranty, they would fix my truck without cost to me. On Tuesday morning, my truck was picked up and towed back to Maryville, two hours North of my home and was fixed. I just got the email from Josh that he had personally driven my truck back to my house and parked it in the driveway. I know of no other dealership that would do this and I will definitely purchase from them again and will recommend them to all my friends. Thanks Josh!

How can this place be in business!! We did an application online for the black 99 lifted dodge. They even called next day for more information. Said they call back after seeing what they can do. After all they claim guaranteed APPROVAL right?? They never called back and even though we tried calling. They would give us the runaround. Then i see a week later they had sold it!! Right under us who was in application process to purchase.. not very ethical if you ask anyone.. but that's a dealer for you. You can never trust them. None.. dealers are the most crooked people in the world.. never shop with them.....my wife did app around last week of March or first week in April..

We are so happy with our purchase! We initially found our car from a google search and lucky for us, it was the only traverse we could find within a couple hundred miles! Bill was great, I explained to him my husband didnt get off until 5 and we couldn't be there until 6, he was happy to wait on us even though they closed at 6. He never rushed us or pulled any sales tricks. It was a very upfront interaction and test drive. He was very nice and even though the price was a good one, came down even more to work with us to help fit into our financing. We weren't able to close until the following day, so it was the manager Jeff, that helped us. He was also great! He kept in touch with me all day with the craziness that was explaining warranty options to me, to my lien holder, getting the paperwork ready on both ends, and basically playing phone tag all day. He was nothing but courteous and helpful. He also stayed late to help us get our vehicle. He explained all of our terms to us all while being very personable and was even friendly with our rambunctious kids. The vehicle itself is a great deal and is in great shape. It's exactly what we wanted. They provided a free carfax, which was awesome. They also deal with all the tag stuff so all we have to do is come get it when it's ready. We are new to Tennessee, so that's more helpful than we can say. After we closed the deal, Jeff let us know if we needed anything else, that I already had his phone number and to give him a call and hed be happy to do anything he can for us. This was a buying experience with a dealership that helped take the anxiety out of buying a used car. Thank you Foothills Auto Sales!
