A joke of a dealership. I came in to purchase a 2019 non certified used Jeep and they hiked the price up by 1k for a “refurb fee” and the car had damage on the hood. They refused to remove the 1K from the deal and let me walk away. Old School “highway robbery” salesmen. The next day, I went to Newton Nissan and received the best service ever from a dealership. I ended up purchasing a new 2019 Nissan Rogue and I am in love with it.

Asked questions about issues with my suv after oil change n could not get a direct answer. Was told to go get it checked out. Service center employee who took my keys did not come back to tell me my car was finished i had to go up n check n my car had been sitting there for 10-20 minutes while she was doing something else. They had every variation of the Kicks I could imagine. We had a great test drive with a detailed review of the features. Wes knew the features in and out. He was able to answer all my questions and embraced my autonomy. I felt very comfortable with my decisions as I worked along with the sales manger and business manager, as well. I was in a situation where I needed a car because my cars transmission was going bad. I went to other dealerships but they weren’t willing to have my car towed in for appraisal, they wanted me to have it towed in. Nissan not only had my car towed but appraised it without actually seeing the car. Will Garner is AMAZING!! He was patient and hospitable. He even kept my 11 year old grandson occupied by playing a card game with him, while I was trying to get insurance on the car. He made the buying process less stressful. Elite was just as AMAZING, I was having some doubts right at the end, and he answered EVERY question I had with ease and gratefulness.
