My experience here was great! I had been looking at this car for about a year. Staff was very courteous... The customer service was is what won me over. I had already decided i wanted this car last year. I got off work at 6pm, and i believed they closed at 7. I was not rushed, and they actually stayed past 7(without a guilt trip) to assist me. While my salesman was a pleasant experience, I'm afraid that the service dept was not. I had a free oil change and a free inspection, that includes fluids, such as: coolant, brake, etc. I took my car to another service dept (to have my recalls fixed, one that my mom has used for several years) just to find out my radiator was bone dry. Um...how did y'all miss that, Allen's service dept!?

The general manager was condescending and has yet to fulfill his promise of having the car buffed and polished. He rarely returns phone calls. Would not recommend this dealership, or plan to return.

Drove with my daughter and son in law to Jackson to look at a 2018 Outlander that this dealership has listed on the internet at $22988, got there and the finance guy was rude to my daughter. and the car would not start (dead battery) ran numbers and they came in with the price of the car $24,847 instead of the $22,988 as advertised. They offered my daughter $9000 trade allowance on her can at first, until my son in law said that is not the price of the car, them they came back with the trade allowance at $8000, needless to say we did not buy from this dealership, and will not and I can not ever remember feeling like this at a car I definitely do not recommend anyone going to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

When i dropped my car off the guy was on his cell phone talking and as i was checking it in i couldn't tell if he was talking to me or his personal conversation.. then they tried to charge me for a diagnostics fee when my car is still under warranty.. luckily the guy that sent me to them from honda called to let them know i didnt, and wasnt going to pay. They also said nothings wrong with my car even though the mechanic at honda felt it jerking, as well as me and my sister, yet nobody at this dealership could feel or find anything wrong with it...worst service ever. Sales staff might be great but the service sucks. Pulled up with a three year old RAM truck, had to go in to find a service writer. Ask for them to put it on a analysis machine to find out why the service engine light came on and was told it would cost$110.00 just to tell me what was wrong and that would not be applied towards repairs. Went to Collierville Dodge. They did it for free without me having to get out of the truck. If you want quality service, Alan Vines Dodge is not the place.

They had no knowledge of what cars were on the lot. I test drove one car and they ended up keeping me there for about 3 hours!! Don't get me wrong he was a nice guy and all, but I did not like the fact that he got up to shoot the breeze wiith a co-worker. After, I told him I did not want my credit ran because I don't have any credit. But, I had cash that I was willing to put down. But, anyways you do not get up and leave to talk nonsense with a co-worker when u have a customer present and a day or 2 later he called me asking if i took the keys to the car that me and him test drove, when he had a spare key but he just wanted to make sure i did not grab the keys by mistake. Why would I grab the keys to a car that i did not get? When he was the one that grabbed the keys out the car after we got out I am not saying he accused me of stealing or nothing but it's just pretty stupid to call a person about something like that knowing it is going to cause problems.

Simply put my email address in for a inquiry on the jeep and the next morning Karen had already contacted me with information on the vehicle. I drove down to the lot around 700 before opening and JD, a salesman was on the lot an hour before work and was happy to show me the jeep and go for a ride. 2 hours later and I was the owner of a new vehicle. Purchased used Dodge charger last week sales was ok price was ok. Low balled me so bad on my trade in well below blue book trade in value.But $800 dollar document fees not told about till last thing. After i told them i had my own finance they applied for credit with several companies that then knocked my credit down by 40 points And had my own financing in place already so 15 minutes of doing paperwork costs $800 . Just too much left bad taste in my mouth. Whole experience felt like they were doing me a favor taking my money. Called that night with a question left message But never got a call back.would not describe my experience as friendly at all.Five times I've called now with a question no calls returned. No calls too follow.up to see if I'm happy with my purchase. They got the money that's all that matters too them. Well they lost a sale today my boss purchased a new Ram truck and because of my experience she shopped elsewhere. So you made your money off me but lost it from her. And everyone else in my family that drive Dodge products....not too smart..They will not have any repeat business from me either. Don't buy from here. They just don't care.Its just about the money...no integrity.update....even called the general manager and was assured he would call me back...surprise surprise never did.Love the response below if you were truly concerned about customer satisfaction you would reach out too them. Not expect them to reach out too you.........They just don't care. Spend your money somwhere else I know I will from now on.p.s. love all the responses to one star reviews it's always the same " we are sorry too hear your experience was less than stella........but we don't care".

The experience we had here was by far the best experience we've had with any dealership. We had the worst luck of being 6 hrs away from home and hitting something that damaged several things on our truck. Needed the cover under drivers seat to be replaced they ordered it told it would b there in a few days. Said he'd call us when it would come in we called them a number of days later n yes its been there waiting for us.... not happy but it was put in and we were done half hr to 45 min wait not bad.

This is the worst dealership to do business with. My husband and I drove 300 miles to pick up a vehicle that was misrepresented. We negotiated a price over the phone and the description online along with the images were a lie. When we got there and saw the vehicle, the tires didn't have any tread, there was a huge crack in the dashboard from the drivers side to passengers and the front ferrying was bent. At that point we had all the financing and price in place and put down a $500 deposit. We were clearly upset and wanted our $500 deposit back. When my husband called back a few days later about the deposit, the general manager wanted to argue. My husband stated he may have to hire a lawyer and the general manager threatened physical violence and that he was an athlete and a former army ranger. We still haven’t received our money back. This place is a JOKE!

Everyone be warned this is not the place to go purchase a new vehicle and trade in your existing vehicle .We went trying to get a lower payment by trading ,we seen a salesman he took all of our information got our vehicle keys we we're trading and never seen anyone else but the salesman,too make a long story short they never told us what they would give us for the trade ,we have very good credit and we told them to only hit our credit one time the salesman came out with our scores which we knew what they were ,we still never seen anyone but him still didn't tell us what they would give us for our trade and then all of a sudden our phones were ringing it was lifelock they had hit our credit 5 times and not even the Dodge credit the man never came out of the office that was supposed to be working on a deal to talk to us .This dealership has no communication skills and does not do what the customer ask .So people be warned if you want to do business there because I will never go back we didn't even know what rhet we're going to give us on our trade until after we got the call from lifelock because if they would had cared to share that information we would have walked then !!!!
