Service at the time I bought my vehicle in February was great! Service since has sucked. It has been to their repair shop 3 or 4 times, and finally I brought it to my own repair man, only to have to fix what was "fixed" at their service shop. It is now on its 7th trip to the repair shop because it won't turn off, and the company does not stand behind their vehicle. It is not a high-mileage car, and should not be having these issues.

Tim R. Is the epitome of customer service. I first came in 6 months ago and just couldn't afford anything. My job wasn't good enough for me to allow for any car payments. I told Tim I would call him if anything changed. He checked in every couple of months, which really surprised me. And now, I finally got a new job with great pay and able to have a bit more stability. I know what my checks are gonna be and I can plan around it. I called Tim and told him. This is the worst place ever. Fast to take your money and slow to report to credit!! Since I got this car it has been one issue from another. And asking them to fix an issue that was on the car when you got it from them is hard. They fix one only to have another issue populate the minute you pick up the car. I've purchased a couple vehicles from here. The sales team is great. No issues there. Issues lie within the fact you're automatically upside down on the loans. As the vehicles are priced well over KBB and NADA. I currently sit on a truck that I'm paying 10k+ it's actual value. My van was 4k over. Also, their service team and techs are a joke. They don't fix anything and tell you it is fine. I had a 2006 Ford Freestar where the brakes were grinding bad. Took it to them (because they wanted all repairs done at their shop, even though they tell you, you can take it anywhere and will honor the warranty). Told me the pads were fine and the calipers were great... not even a week later they seized up. I now sit fighting with their warranty guy because I took my vehicle to a reputable and reliable shop. I should give a higher rating if their service team was worth a damn. They're a joke.

But they have been great with helping us getting the repairs needed done to our vehicle and working with payments to fix the car when we live over an hour and half away.
