Extremely impressed with all aspects of doing business with Kopren Motors! I had been looking for about 6 months for a vehicle, and after going to many dealerships I can honestly say that they had the best service. I worked with Teegan, and would recommend him to anyone. Not only did I get the perfect vehicle for what I was needing... But they went out of their way to ensure that all of my requests were met (even down to the weather-tech floor mats!) I was able to get the vehicle at a very good price, better than I would have been able to get it anywhere else - that's for sure. They went out of their way to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with what we were buying and even went as far as to let us use a loaner vehicle while they fixed one thing that we requested... Which was done weeks sooner than I had originally anticipated. The vehicle is great, and I am happy that we are able to find it... But what was really exceptional was the service that we received. Every single individual inside that building has their customers best interest at the center of what they do, and the environment in there is the type of personable and "small-town/locally owned" feel that most places don't have anymore these days.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now. Chris was an awesome salesman and a genuinely nice guy. Our problem was with Carmen. My wife and I explained to her that we got approved for a 3% interest rate through our bank and she insisted that she could get us approved for a lower one. I asked if it would benefit them if they got us approved through a bank instead of us doing it ourselves and she told us it would. We decided to give it a try and see what she could do and since Chris was so good why not... She came back to the waiting room about 2hrs later and said “I’ve got good news... so you got approved for 10% through ____”. We both thought she was joking. She wasn’t. Not to mention we ended up staying a lot later than expected. A couple months later I get a notification from Credit Karma that my credit score dropped substantially. It showed 9 hard inquiries from local banks that are going to stay on there for 2 years. My only option was to write a letter to each bank and ask them to consolidate the inquiries. I was beyond upset. I hate to leave such a bad review but I honestly felt disrespected.

After a botched over priced repair job done in another state (while on a cross country road trip) our warranty sent us to Kopren Motors for Service.. and we are SO THANKFUL they did. Kopren Motors Service did an excellent job. Megan and Mark were both so attentive and caring to our situation, something we really needed after being screwed over at the last auto shop. Megan made sure all of our needs were met, and Mark properly fixed our radiator and other issues. They got the job done quickly and efficiently so that we could carry on with our ventures. You can tell they are passionate about their jobs and providing amazing service. We also left with new recommendations of places to go and see locally. So grateful!! We didn't engage with the sales people but did observe them and they seemed equally as genuine and skilled -- Would 100% recommend everyone to Kopren Motors!!

I finally have to say something because it's really been getting to me. I bought a 2005 Ford F150 King Ranch with 125000 miles from Kopren about 2 years ago from Tommy for $16000. Tommy was a nice enough guy and I went and cleared my bank to buy the truck outright. I drove it out of town the next day and it shut down on me out in the middle of nowhere. I bring it back and they said it was something that they took care of and cleared the code. It happened again a few weeks later and I brought it back but they said since the check engine code didn't come back on they couldn't figure it out. It really failed on me some months after that so took it in to a few other places to get the real answere. Long story short my truck has been sitting in the drive way for over a year now because I don't have the $2500+ to fix it. It really tears a person up to work that hard for something and have something like this happen.

By far the best used car buying experience I've ever had. The sales staff were attentive to my needs and not pushy in the least. At other dealerships I felt rushed and that the "sale" was the only thing on the mind of the staff. Not here at Kopren Motors. I was able to take my time looking over the vehicle and was able to make a good deal on some minor maintenance issues I wanted to be addressed. Used vehicles might be sold "as-is" but here at Kopren you can rest easy knowing they aren't trying to push junkers. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Kopren Motors. If I'm in the market for a used vehicle again this will be the first place I check.

I had an issue with the stereo a few days after I bought it and it was sending signals to the sensors that other stuff was wrong. They took it in, found the problem and ordered a Brand new alpine stereo and replaced it at no cost and it looks and sounds awesome, thankyou Megan and Arthur. It took a week to get the stereo as it had to be special ordered. Dave brought a car for me to drive to my work and took the jeep so I would have a vehicle with a stereo and so they could make sure everything else was working, that is awesome, thanks Dave. I loved that loaner by the way, I didn't want to give it back....I think you did that on purpose....just kidding. Again, thanks to everyone there, I hope I wasn't too much of a pain. I recently sold a 4-door sedan to Kopren Motors. The car's blue-book value was $2000 to $3000 depending upon condition. I figured I could get $1500. Due to circumstances of my own making I needed to make a quick sale and get to the airport. Perhaps they sensed my situation, I don't know. They told me they weren't interested, they couldn't sell it. I said you can sell it for $2000. After some talk (pleading on my part), they agreed to test drive it. On returning from the test drive they offered $300. I was shocked, but didn't show it, I don't think. Maybe they knew they could get it cheap by the fact I kept talking instead of walking. I asked for $1200, then $1000, then $750. Finally I was ready to walk but the car was going to have to sit somewhere, I was late for the airport. As I headed for the door he said I'll give you $500. I thanked him and said ok. If Kopren makes this kind of one-sided deal on a purchase I can't help but wonder how good a deal they make on a sale. Too be clear - I made the deal, and the circumstances were of my own making. Kopren did nothing wrong. But don't expect a blue-book offer if you're trying to sell your vehicle.

I don't usually write reviews on businesses.. But. I purchased a 2008 Chevy Malibu with only 80,000 miles on it from Kopren less than six months ago. I thought I was getting a great deal and was treated fair on the day of purchase, but I was very wrong. The very first week I had the car, it didn't start on three different occasions but the engine light wasn't on, but I took it in, and they couldn't find the issue. My car continued to not start week after week, I took it in every time and the repairmen there couldn't seem to find the issue. Time went by and after three trips to Kopren, they still couldn't find the problem. Now miraculously after my warranty was up, they find three problems with the car, and did not offer to help in any way. Throughout the time I have owned it (Not even 6 months) The car engine light has gone on so many times, has had electrical issues, and STILL does not start after Kopren assured they would take care of the issue if they ever "find what's wrong." The last time I was there they gave me a list of the problems with the car and gave me a $500 dollar quote for the issues, one of them including a Engine Check with a date on the scanner BEFORE I even purchased the vehicle, they at least could have offered to take care of that. Don't buy from this auto company. They have CHEAP cars for a reason- they're lemons, and auction cars. I can't say this enough- TAKE THE CAR YOU LOOK AT TO A THIRD PARTY REPAIR SHOP BEFORE BUYING! Get an honest opinion and thorough analysis on the condition, or else you will be stuck with vehicle that sucks, and to top it off, money-sucking problems from the moment you buy it.

I stopped in to Kopren Motors to test drive a Jeep they had sitting on their lot. Teegan was my sales consultant and he was pleasant to deal with. No pressure approach. Mixed review I had a good buying experience aside the feeling of being pressured. I didn't need to be I was set on buying the car. It ran very well they redid the center counsel. After 3 months of owning the car there were some problems. After bringing it to the Subaru dealership they found that the battery had been installed incorrectly and could have arched, started a fire or fried all the electronic aspects of the car. Pretty terrifying and I am very fortunate that none of these things happened. The car was fairly priced and that was the only issue. If you buy a car from them have it inspected by a certified technician from the manufacturer dealership before purchasing.

I will start by saying I did not buy a car from Kopren, so my review is may not be especially helpful to some people. What I will review is the customer service I received while looking at cars. I didn't feel rushed, the salesman (John) seemed more interested in finding out my questions and likes than he was in reciting a sales pitch or trying to get me inside to "look t the numbers." I test drove three cars, and he encouraged me to try more if I wanted. He'd point out some similar cars on the lot, which was helpful, but if I didn't express much interest, he didn't push it. The lot isn't huge, but they seemed to have quality, hand-picked stuff. Ultimately, I found a car I liked better somewhere else, but I would not hesitate to go back to Kopren in the future.

Several suspension and wheel bearing issues i brought up to them, they said everything was fine. Cost me north of a thousand to fix. Either dumb ir deceitful. Dont go there to find out for yourself.

I am not the conventional purchaser; single, working mother that needed a reliable vehicle to finish college. They understood my needs and were very courteous in all transactions. I bought my first van from them when they had a small dealership behind right behind K-mart. The older gentleman was so determined to get me into the van I wanted. They even brought my vehicle, halfway, to me the first time I purchased from them, which most dealerships wouldn't even consider doing in our area. The second time I needed a vehicle from them, they made sure the transaction went smoothly and accommodated all my requests for the vehicle. I have never had an issue with my vehicle until a year later. They were very helpful getting an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced right away. I live a far distance form them. They do have a great selection of cars at reasonable prices. However I was trading my car in and they gave me the lowest price out of any other dealership. When I expressed my concerns for there offer they blew up and started bashing the other car companies. The fact of the matter is the other company didn't inflate the vehicles price but they we're just willing to write with me to make a deal happen. Staff refused no for an answer and got quite rude when I said I'm not sure on this. Very disappointed because I fell in love with a car there. But unwilling to work with me.
