I was pleasantly surprised how my business with Carswap was so easy. Over the phone I spoke with John and Josh. They were very informative and financed me quickly. They stayed open late on a Saturday to wait for me to test drive the car I was interested in. I showed up almost two and a half hours after their closing time to get a test drive. John was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Two days later I bought a Subaru. They filled up my tank before I drove it out. They were absolutely amazing. I spent hours upon hours at other dealers trying to get a vehicle (I’m talking upwards of 15 hours total at other places). It was super stressful and when I went to CarSwap I was about to just give up. BUT Krysten was fantastic. I was super picky about what I wanted, and wouldn’t settle for anything else. He found the car he wanted .Spent a whole day providing information to this dealership along with information from a cosigner. We were told he had the car and he could pick it up in the morning only to receive a call a short time late stating that someone had cash and they were giving them until closing of today's business day and THEY could buy the car??!!! I visited many dealerships in Sioux Falls looking for a GMC Sierra SLT. I had found a few in town and went to CarSwap to test drive and see what they had to offer. The price was right and they were very friendly and honest. My trade was a 2015 Fusion but did have some minor blemishes and needed some touch-up, which I understand. They offered me 6500. I asked them if they could bump that to 7000 and we would have a deal. The Manager said he will up it to 6750 and we could flip a coin. If I won it would be 7 if I lost it would be 6750. I thought this was pretty cool.... and won the coin flip. The financing went very smooth and they were helpful from start to finish. They got me a great rate and did everything that I asked of them...within their power. The truck was very nicely detained, brand new tires, and a full tank of gas. They knew I was coming to town and had it parked right in front waiting for me to get there. I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend these guys to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. The also discounted the truck 200.00 for me serving in the military. Don't waste your time at the "big" dealership in town. Go straight to CarSwap, you won't be disappointed.

I was in the market to trade in my car and when I got here, salesman Brian worked his best to find a car within our (rather small) price range. He found us a 2006 Toyota Corolla for $5995, and after test driving and everything, we sat down with Randy to work out the financials. Randy did everything he could to get me into the new car- when I said I couldn’t afford the monthly payments he wiggled around a couple numbers enough to finally bring it down to an affordable payment- a hard feat when you’re dealing with a full time student working a minimum wage job. Unfortunately, less than a week after getting the car, the airbag and check engine lights came on. My mom and i got ahold of randy, who helped us set up an appointment with a mechanic to get everything fixed. Despite not being covered under the warranty we bought with the car, randy still picked up the ~$700-900 bill, which is a life saver. I never would’ve been able to afford that on my own and he stepped in, no if’s ands or but’s. Carswap is full of people who will work their hardest to get you into a nice, clean vehicle, and will do their part to keep you in it. If I end up getting another car before going off to college, carswap is 100% my first choice. Between Brian’s helpful scouring for an affordable car to Randy’s wrestling with the numbers to get me a cheap way to school, their dedication to giving you a good experience shines through.
