Worst car dealership ever! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else or across the street at the Honda dealership. I spent over 2+hours trying to work out a deal on a car i wanted to buy. After i though i was getting a good deal on car i agreed to the price. They showed me a different car-fax from a different car that looked the same. When I was at to sign the papers they charged me $4,000. thinking i wouldn't see it. This place needs to be shut down. The manager Jerry is fraud and there's a another gay guy tht wears leather jacket that works there and he spikes his hair.

The sale process was fast. I bought my car for a little more than it booked for but the paint was flawless and I had wanted this model for a while. Everything seemed fine but after a few weeks I put my convertible top down to enjoy a cruise with my wife. When I went to put my top back up the convertible top window nearly fell out. Come to find out the window was just siliconed to the top. I was pretty upset so I drove to the dealership. I told the salesman what my problem was and his reply was "I thought we had it siliconed." I asked if there was a way to solve the problem. His reply this time "You'll probably have to get it fixed at an upholstery shop." So I called three different upholstery shops and all three told me the same price, 1500$ to get it fixed. Irritates me that I was told it had undergone a quality inspection. Not to mention the water damage from rain before I even knew the top was bad.

They paid me and my husband $25.00 dollars to write a good review, but a month later after buying a BMW for $24,000 white smoke started coming from the muffler. They looked at it and said that nothing was wrong with it. We are taking it to a specialist on 3/19/18, and they may have to take the engine apart to get to the valves. We also took it in to have the spark plugs replaced and had an oil changed and that cost us $879.20 so you can only imagine how much the engine is going to cost us. I'm calling an attorney's office on Monday and even if I don't have a case at least I can put copies of the court paperwork online so everyone can see how bad this company is. ******Update!!! On 03/18/2018 my husband and I went to Northwest Motorsport and they said they would pay $20,000 for the BMW, but we had to buy a car that was over $24,000 and a warranty. So we bought a 2012 Dodge Charger with 60,000 mileage and a warranty with Dodge dealership. So we had $3,300 that was just added to the new car and that's all we were screwed out of.

I filled out the credit application online beforehand so I was pre-approved before driving in and didn't have to spend very long at the dealership at all before driving away in my sweet little Hyundai commuter.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a car from here and I traded in my car and I thought it was a fair trade-in price until I realized later that all they did was add $1000 to the price of my new car. The price of the car online was $1000 dollars cheaper. After I bought the car they only gave me one key. To get another key would cost $300 from the dealer. A few rainy days later, I realized how bad my tires were. As I was buying new tires I found out the car was missing all 4 tire pressure sensors. The only way they would replace the tires is to buy the sensors $80 each plus the cost of each tire. On top of all this, my car didn't have a license place. The dealership sent me my tabs 3 weeks after purchase. I called they said wait 5 weeks. After 5 weeks I called again and it turns out that they ordered my tabs, but forgot to order my license plate. At that point I didn't have 3 more weeks to wait for a license plate to come in.

Not gonna lie so i came to this lot thinking i was in good hands ,my friend referred me to this place, the first person to show up to help me out was tony, and well the vehicle he had helped me get. started having issues not even a month later,i am definently new to the car buying .so you would think i was in good hands but windshield wipers started to not work,both front blinker lights stopped working, check engine light turned on, i honestly didn't realize my rims had issues either.another month passes and the vehicle starts hitting the ground whenever i have more than 1 person in the vehicle. Apparently they have a system ,when you refer a friend and the deal goes through, the person who does the referring gets paid a certain amount. There was another time when i was called by tony to pick up someone and bring them to the lot , this was around the time we were on good terms ,immediately after bringing them to the lot they ran away, and that was around time my car hadn't fallen apart just yet.just want to say ,this is a place i would not recommend to anyone.

If I could rate negative stars I would. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! If you do you better get your own trusted mechanic to look at it before you buy it. Don't rely on the warranty that they suggest to save you either, it's for accidental damage. They won't cover pre existing problems, and when you buy the car it's as is, so if your engines blows a week later your just screwed.

I give no stars, this place ruined my credit. I bought a 2011 Chevy impala around the last week of July 2018. Put $1500 down, I only had $1000 but they lied to the bank making me obligated to give then another $500 out of my next check. I was not aloud to choose a car, they pulled the impala up and said that's all I qualified for. There was a loud rattle coming from the engine, when asked the saleman said it was the air conditioner. 5 weeks later it broke down in Harding Montana with a blown rod with estimated repair cost of $5,600 diagnosed from a certified chevy mechanic. Myself and 3 kids were stuck in a hotel for 2 nights had to purchase a used vehicle to get home. When I called cars r us from Montana to rectify the issue I was given the run around, no calls returned. So after driving about 15 hours to get home I immediately stopped at cars r us and was stopped in the lot by the same man who sold me the car, he stated that he was the only one there, denied he ever sold me the car, refused to take my paper work with the esimate for repair, stated Tony was responsible and wasn't in yet for the day (It's 3:30 pm, mind you) refused to give me his name, with in 2 weeks the bank marked it as a repossession, I never even made the first car payment, and still no one has returned my calls, my credit has dropped 70 points. I'm being held responsible to the bank for almost $10,000, all while Tony got his money, but the bank is out and I'm out

Financed a 2015 Jetta, ran great during the test drive but then it had trouble starting. They worked with us on getting it fixed and when they were unable to determine the cause of the problem they took the Jetta back and let us pick out a different vehicle wich turned out to be an upgrade with less miles for the same price because of of the inconvenience. These guys took care of us where most dealerships would have just said sorry not sorry. Highly recommended and will be buying from them again!

This dealership is one of the few that will try and keep things straight with you if there are any problems on a car! Vehicle has a "clean" carfax but upon really looking at it it's obviously been wrecked (actually found a piece of the grill stuck under the airbox... This place is full of lies and snakes Remember Sunset Cars of Renton? These guys are their twins Update: Denali is still over heating taking it in to the GMC dealer... I baught a 2003 ford expedition that's only booked for 4gs and I paid in full the first month 6,300$, and I drove it 45 miles to deadwood and the coil packs went out, took it back they fixed it and then I moved to Oklahoma and I had to put a head gasket breaks, and it's been in the shop for 2 weeks, I wouldn't recommend buying a car from them

Horrible experience for a first time buyer. I purchased a 2004 Volvo XC90, I paid way over market value. When I actually tried to take into another car lot as a possible trade in they informed me that I had gotten taken advantage of. The car starting having little issues within days and I took serious note. There were bolts missing in the engine compartment! I went back to the lot and was assured the car was perfect, they barley looked at it. Within 30 days I started having MAJOR mechanical issues, again I took it back to the lot and was met with a tough luck attitude. A major bracket had snapped cleaned off, I took the car back to the lot again. They told me if that the car was in need maintenance and that that was on me. I bought this car to improve my life, not hinder my family. Not even 6 months since I bought this car and the transmission is shot. I took it to the Volvo dealership and found out there was over $4000 worth of repairs, not including the transmission. These people have no real care for their customers, only the money they can get. I thought Bobby; the manager was so super helpful, but the reality is he's a slick talking dirt bag. I'm a single mom, in college, with a full time job. They took advantage of the fact that I had cash and they sold me a lemon. Cars R us is a nightmare of a dealership.

Bought a 2009 Pontaic G6 from them. Worst nightmare ever. Being a first time buyer I had a credit score of 720(which now I know is good)...they said I wouldn't get approved at the big dealerships. I work for the military as a civilian with a decent paycheck and this car has been the worst thing to ever happen to me. The engine shutdown on I5 4 days after I got it. I had to call work to have a co-worker pick me up. I called the dealership and asked them to fix it or buy it back and the manager refused. After taking it to Chrysler and footing a $2,800 bill for a lemon When I showed up to tell them I was going to report it the manager threatened to call the police to get me off the property. ALL SERVICE MEMBERS SHOULD STAY AWAY. Long Story short my credit is now destroyed they hit it so many times and I dumped so much into a car that was sold on lies. Please Heed warning with all of the Real Reviews listed. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Hold onto your wallets and run for the hills-Chris Brunner will sell you a lemon and then not do anything to make it right. I had a family member burned for over $3000 and he would not do anything to correct the situation. The car started to make a bad noise within 30 minutes after purchasing it. We took the car to different repair shops and the estimates were in the thousands to repair it. Cars R Us would not do anything for us. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

Over the years I have purchased 2 vehicles from Chris and Heath and sold them 3. Upfront and integral in all transactions. My greatest experience of them was when I referred my good friend to them who purchased an SUV from Heath. Shortly after he purchased it there was an issue with the vehicle. By no means was Cars R Us obligated to help (when you buy used car its as is) but Heath stepped up to help him pay for a large chunk of the repair to get him back on the road. I can not say enough good things about these guys and the company they run. I am a life time customer.

Never buy a car from this place. All four tires on our car (1996 Subaru Forester) had to be replaced due to holes that weren't sounding off till the next day and spent 2,500 in repairs on this oh so "perfect" car. Still dealing with some issues with the car. We will never buy from here again!

My husband and I did not want to buy a car we had to due to our family expanding from 5 to 6. First, I will say that the woman working in finance was awesome. She got me a good deal on financing with a much better APR than my bank offered. The vehicle itself was as expected, with the exception of the non-functioning power ports & lack of a spare tire (which I was not informed of and only found out when I blew a tire driving over the pass in the middle of winter), which would have been nice to at least be told about beforehand. The experience though...Couldn’t trade in my vehicle because we still owed a bit too much on it. I would have backed out of the sale, but the salesman (Eric) said he’d help me sell my current vehicle (making it seem like the dealership would be consigning it). I come to realize, only after signing all of the paperwork to buy my van, that he meant he was going to try to sell it under the table (can we say shady?). Too late to do anything else, and now stuck with another car payment, I decided to let him try to sell it. After about 3 months of nothing but excuses & weird/shady behavior, I finally just had him bring me my truck back. He didn’t even bother running a vacuum over it or anything, so I doubt he was even trying to sell it. He just got to use my truck for free for 3 months, returned it with new front bumper damage, and screwed me over 1000%. Seriously, worst buying experience of my life.

We let ourselves be guided by these people, I won’t go into details, but the car we financed wasn’t in good condition of selling in the first place. Really pushy salesperson (Eric I think). Went there to look at a 4runner. Told him I wanted to test drive and he said not unless I'm buying today, and when I said I wanted to get it inspected he said they already did and insisted it's fine. If it's fine then you shouldn't mind me getting it checked out! I'm not gonna buy anything without driving it and getting it inspected buddy. The car was actually not bad, the sales guy is the main reason why I went elsewhere. I got in my car and was talking to my wife before leaving, he came back out and tried again to pressure me into buying. He even made a joke about slashing my tires so I couldn't leave. Let the cars speak for themselves! Don't threaten customers!

I liked the salesman Tony Oushan. He promised me a new battery for the truck he sold me the next day and I couldn't get the truck started at my place in Spanaway so he drove from cars r us and jumped me so I could make it to there. He had the new battery installed very quickly and I was on my way again. I'm a very cautious buyer being a mechanic I gave this truck a pretty thorough inspection and thought that maybe I was getting ripped off like it had an electrical short but after owning the truck a few days Tony was right about the battery issue. So overall it was a good buying experience and if I could do it over again I probably would.

This honestly the worst place to get a car.!!!! So my mom’s friend purchased a car here. So the whole story was we walked in I don’t know the guy’s name who helped us but whatever they were all acting so nice and friendly because of course we were going to buy a car from them.So my mom’s friend chose a Nissan Murano and they told her that she did qualified for it and we signed all the paperwork and she traded her van for the Nissan. She had the Nissan for 2 weeks and then they told her No you don’t qualify for the Nissan but you do qualify for this Toyota. Which first of all that’s their mistake second the car that they showed her was so ugly and damaged. Basically when someone is buying a car your going to upgrade not downgrade. My moms friends just decided like you know this is a waste of our time I want my van back and the money that I gave for the Nissan and so she did get her money back and her van and now she’s going to another place to get a car and also I can’t believe they waited 2 whole weeks to tell her that she didn’t qualify anymore ? and when she got everything back they looked mad

It is fraudulent place, especially when I have tried leaving it to get it fixed, they returned it back to me a week later with worse issues. THEY never fixed the issues. It was a 2002 Volvo, the over flow tank & sensor, cv joints, power steering all went out all in 1 week from buying this car. I promised the old man Tony & the indian Internet manager that I would tell the public that this place totally rips off innocent people. All the so called pleasant, yelps & reviews are rigged by their salesman. Money & my time wasted. This place sucks!!!!

This dealer did a great job of pressuring us into buying with alot of promises and going back and forth. We were there to purchase two vehicles, bought the first one with a promise of great deal on second one, they knew we were desperate. The deal they gave us was their internet price, not to mention that the blue book they showed me didn't match what I found on my own. Both vehicles had problems. The first vehicle they promised to fix the check engine light, they did twice because it went on again before I even got home. The second vehicle the blower motor goes on and off, common problem that they fixed with duct tape. Didn't bother fixing or informing us about. Then the oil pump goes out within 2 months and when go to fix it find that most of the engine is a disaster. Thank god for a great mechanic because he fixed it for $1700 even though the parts cost almost $1000 and the labor was over 12 hours. Should have been a $2700 bill. Do not purchase here, the check engine light will come on, not a matter of if just when.

I’m not going to tell anyone not to buy a car but please be advised on how these poeple function. Here are some tips. 1. If you haggle with them get it in writing otherwise that price will disappear at the end of the deal. 2. Check your paperwork thoroughly. I’m glad I checked mine. They bumped the price of the vehicle I already haggled to 150% of its sticker price. They tried to tell me it was a mistake but I don’t know how you mistake a 1 for a 7. 3. Don’t authorize anything while you are away. They tried to get me to authorize my down payment without even laying eyes on paperwork. 4. Check out anything noise or damage these vehicles have. If any of these vehicles break down then you will have a long fight ahead of you getting money from the dealership. Just take them to court and they will settle it before you even file. 5. Don’t rush, if you see a car you like on the lot, compare it to other prices with other dealers. It’s also best to test drive both. You don’t want to buy bs. Hopefully you guys read my advice. I hope you car buying experience goes well.

the owner of this company is rude talks to you crazy because he sales lemons and when you call him out on it he flips on you. Bought a car that was extremely unsafe let the car lot know and they didn’t want to fix it . The owner talked to me like I was a child and told me straight out he doesn’t care.. if you come on this lot my only advice is to run they want your money and nothing else no matter if the rig is safe or will harm you. Car had axle barring and tie rod issues . Initially sold with out the seat belt working they fixed that but was not willing to fix the front end that they sold me already messed up. All I can say is the one star reviews are accurate. Beware of this lot, now it is clear to me why they have to BEG for reviews...... buy at your own risk. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this car lot...
