Very good will be back, 8-12-19 So I came back and with out a dout the Service department was the best!!!, but I was in the mood to update my car and not one salman ask me if I wanted to look at anything, so I ask if a salesman the I met the first time I was here and I guess he is not and that was the end of my conversation with the salesman. So I kept on walking up to cars and still not one ask me anything. So I was walking ny a Key that had been there the hole time that I was and manager look at me I look at him he said hi and grab the key so I wander if he thought I was going to take it...hmmm.that a lady and a man came and just about all of them was helping her, you missed I was ready but you did not give me the time of day...sale department gets 1 stars

The salesman was rude as heck to me in the showroom in front of another customer. I asked him about the used cars they had on the lot and asked if they had a BMW 330e on the lot, he indicated they didnt have anything on the lot in my price range (there were like 3) and no BMW 330e models (I expected this). I ended up coming back a little later that day and speaking with him again more in-depth about the car I was looking for. Once he noticed my interest and what I knew about the car I was looking for he just became passive aggressive. He brought over the used car manager and we had a good conversation. The used car manager was a polite professional. In the end, this salesman was totally unprofessional in his approach and manner. If this dealer knew who I've recommended them to and that they've actually spent a lot of money with them, I'm sure they would have treated me differently. But I'm sure they also treat BMW owners differently anyway, at least from what saw with the customer who was waiting on her car being serviced who had good things to say about the same salesman. Long story short, no dealer should be profiling customers especially when they don't know them or know what they're there for. I was shocked at how this man treated me. The salesman also said he would search for the car I was looking for and get back to me. It has been over a month since then. This is ridiculous, I was ready to trade my car in with them in October but that's not going to happen. If you are in the market for a true luxury experience and a vehicle to match, you may want to look elsewhere unless you've already been there and know some folks there. I'm sure if someone at this dealership is reading this, they would contact me so we can discuss this.

I am coming back to give this place a 5 star. Boy was I stuck.. Driving all the way from texas.. got drivetrain malfunction some 100 miles to Sioux falls. Come next morning I take my car to this place who were considerate enough to take me in on the same day .. as I had to drive back to Texas . Though they were super busy all week they understood my concerns and did a wonderful job in getting my car fixed on the same day. Thank you Gene if I got your name right !!

Sioux Falls was nicely mapped out by the community organizers and the cooperation of the dealers themselves. The Mercedes dealer was next door incase we had 2nd thoughts compared to other communities where they are about 10 minutes apart within the community. My old man wanted to look at BMW convertibles, and it was only about a couple of days earlier that we were floating around the Twin Cities of Minnesota that we were doing some browsing by some other outstanding dealers when we wanted to come out to Sioux Falls because the community was more comfortable to us and easier to get too without figuring out too many complicating exits from the interstate to get to the dealer. They were more then helpful in figuring out what the current look was that their factories were putting out. My old man wanted a brand new convertible, but when we were told that they were coming out with a new model in autumn and possibly Spring of next year; we decided we could wait. My father wanted something that he could take cross country that would handle the stress of the interstate highways without the remote possibility of breakdown and the added security. Not really a disappointment as it was helpful.

The customer service here is great. They're extremely friendly however I paid around $200 for an oil change on my M3 and they failed to tell me about my leaky power steering rack, nor did I get the usual visual inspection sheet I've gotten from BMW at every other dealership I've visited for service. Was left kind of disappointed on that occasion. Edit: The manager, Neil, called me today about this review and apologized for what happened. I hadn't taken my car back since but will consider it. Thank you.

I’ve always had my BMW serviced at the dealership. My recent experience at the Sioux Falls BMW dealership since moving consisted of an oil change. The dealership always vacuumed and washed my car in Denver. Not here. No communication on when the car was finished, I ended up calling them to find out if it was ready. I was disappointed in the service. Don’t expect that next level service here!

I can't tell you enough good things about this place. I don't work here so don't think that. This is the 5th BMW we have had. Let me tell the story. Three weeks ago I fell in love with a 328 xi, but the love didn't last. The car was not for me. We took it back and told the sales woman (Carol, great lady to work with) that we did not want it and wanted something else. I don't know what kind of pull she has, but we left in a new 430xi 1.5 interest rate, talk about nice. It was very nice. All I can say is thank you Carol from Mike and Harriet Yocum. I forgot, thank you BMW of Sioux Falls.

I purchased a new M5 recently. The sales staff engaged in some very unethical practices when it came to finalizing our deal. This was my second M5 purchased and 7th BMW overall, but I have never had such a negative experience as I did at BMW of Sioux Falls. I can not recommend them, nor will I do business with them again.
