Called for an oil change and was told to come in first thing in the morning to drop my vehicle off with the express lube. Arrived at 735 and was told I couldn't get in. Odd since I was told it was no appointment and it's first come first serve. Since there were no vehicles waiting for an oil change it makes me wonder. I bought my car new from them and have not had a good experience with them since. I have bought several vehicles from other dealers and have never been treated so poorly. I guess I know who to buy from next time.

I always enjoy the service personnel. They are friendly and efficient. I was in on time and got to enjoy a walk around your lot with my dog. We took several laps and then he was treated to a biscuit which he enjoyed immensely. Our tire was fixed in about 35 minutes and we were back on the road. As always a very pleasant experience. Visiting in Pierre from Sioux Falls. My coolant light went on. I called them 1st thing Saturday morning and they got me in. Gave me a loaner to use for I was in town for the 4H Rodeo finals. It ended up they have to order a part and it will take a week. They sent me home in the loaner. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful service I got there. Lavonn Peters was great on the phone and at the shop. She got me in and out fast and with great attention to details. She took good care of me. I appreciate that because I was away from home. Took my 2016 GMC truck in due to radio/backup camera screen going black. Tech blamed my performance tuner on it and wouldn't fix. Went to Wegner and the diagnosed it as a bad module, ordered one and fixed it. Had nothing to do with aftermarket tuner. A+ to Wegner Auto!!! No your assessment was not correct as it was fixed under warranty at Wegners. You can't update a radio when the screen is black!! It was just a simple module replacement. I have the ticket showing work completed

Visiting the area and had trouble with our SRX in Highmore on Tuesday, August 6th. I called service and they said they could make arrangements to tow it that day but could not get the car in until Wednesday, August 14. I explained we were visiting and could not stay past Friday. The service department would not budge to help us. We took our car to Sioux Falls. They, too had a full schedule but worked us in and had us on the road the same day. Sorry.....but, your excuse is not acceptable. Eight days...would you be happy with eight days? I am sorry but you had Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning to help us. Your service department chose not to help us. Kindness is part of customer service.

I gave Beck motors this rating for a few reasons: I first purchased a 2005 ford escape and started having problems right after my first payment the alternator when out. After my second payment all kinds of problems happened with it. To many to list. Well needless to say I was upset. The repair service person Mike broke the bad news to me he understood that I was upset and did not take anything personal when the occasional cuss word came out, (not the most lady like I know). I did try very hard not to take it out on him because it wasn't his fault. I spoke with Jessica about a week later after I had calmed down and she said she would call me back after I explained what was going on. A few hours later I got a call from Bryan the sales person that sold me the vehicle and said they where figuring things out. Bryan called me the next day and asked if I could come in. When I came in Bryan explained to me that they where going to buy the escape back from the bank and where going to do all the necessary fixes that needed to be done and they where going to try to get me into a different vehicle. Bryan remembered what I wanted (SUV) and tried. He let me test drive a 2013 equinox. When Jessica tried to be me financed for the equinox it didn't go through, But Bryan came back to me and explained that I could not get into that SUV he did have a guaranteed financing on a little car (a Chevy Sonic). I stopped him in the middle of his pitch and asked "is it a sure thing" he said "yes" I said "ok lets go for a test drive" When we got back to the dealer ship the car was whispering to me. (yes the car talks to me) Well she came home with me (her name is "Lula", what can I say its a girlly car!!!!) Even though its not my SUV, I couldn't be happier with my little "Lula". The people at Beck Motors are all upstanding and honest. Bryan didn't try to give me the run a round and told it like it was. if he didn't know something about a vehicle he didn't pretend that he did. He went and found out. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan for a recommendation for anyone that was looking for a vehicle or even Mike for servicing your vehicle.

I had to get some parts replaced do to a recall on my car. I had to wait a little while for the parts to come in, but I was kept up to date with the progress. The service department called to make an appointment to take my car in, asked if I needed transportation. I took my car in, and in a matter of hours, it was all done. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the service department. An outstanding group of people. I would highly recommend Beck motors service department. I will continue to use them.

Ross, Greg and Lavonne are awesome. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and they NEVER treat me like some "dumb woman". They get you in and out timely and I appreciate that they bring me back to work and come get me once it is done. They have my family and my dad as customers for life. My dad drives 110 miles one way to have them do everything on his 3rd truck that he has purchased from them.

I was told didn't have a car for me to use while they were changing the oil in my car. So we had to set and wait for it to get done. My first oil change on my 2018 car they did not tighten the oil filter and it leaked for quit a while before we new it was lose, so I told them to make sure its tight this time.

This was a safety recall on Equinox windshield wiper system. I was told to expect about a 90 minute session, so I brought a good book. In 35 minutes they were done. Never got to finish the mystery until bedtime.... hahahaha Seriously, the team at Beck Motors is a top notch group of professionals.

I went home and studied each one and decided to go with the same ones Ross has. They installed them today. What a noticable difference in the ride. I purchased a used Ford Fusion six months ago, and loved it, but I always felt bad that I didn't at least explore the purchase of the truck. After making six months worth of payments, I went back and asked them if I could trade it in for something a bit newer. Last week I drove home a 2014 Silverado with payments not much more than the used car. Everyone at Beck is friendly and makes it a point to address you by name, even after only a few (or even one) meetings. I recommend this company to everyone. I will buy my automobiles from Beck Chevrolet from now.

I bought a 2018 Chevy Equinox last year from Beck Motors. First of all it started leaking oil about a month ago. Get it in for an oil change and to get it checked out today. Apparently had an oil gasket leak, per the tech, which gets changed during the oil change, which I had done at Becks last time too. So they apparently didn’t do their job right last time. Then while my car is there I get a follow up call from someone in sales wondering how I like my car and if I would be willing to sell it? I said I’m not really looking for a new car but if you want to tell me what you’d give me for it, it’s in your garage right now getting the oil changed. So he said he will check it out and wonders if I were to trade it in, would I get another equinox? I said I like my equinox, would maybe be interested in a traverse. A couple hours later I get a text from a different sales associate asking if I am putting cash down on the traverse. I said I’m not even sure I want a new car. She proceeds to text and tell me what my payments would be, what they would give me for my car and what my payoff is on my car. So I ask how she knows my payoff information. If she pulled my Credit Report? She lies to me not once, but twice and says ‘finance has access to that information’ that’s false. I called my bank and the finance officer had emailed for the info stating I was trading my car for a traverse and she needed my payoff. My bank gave her my information without an authorization for release, which is also not ok with me. Moral of the story, they called me and asked if I would sell my car and proceed to collect financial information they were not authorized to obtain. I get if I walked in there ready to trade my car, they would need to know what I owed on it, but I didn’t. They called me out of the blue. Seems like a pretty sneaky cycle and I’m sure I’m not the first customer they’ve done this to. #shouldawenttoFineLine

Saturday. On our way to Montana from Wisconsin. Presho for gas and when we were ready to leave, click. Van wouldn't start. Look up "stuck" in the dictionary. That was us. We called around and decided that Pierre was our best bet. We called Beck and Steve Parker picked up the phone. I can't express how well he and the team at Beck took care of us. Got us the number for a tow company. Made arrangements at a hotel. Called to make sure the tow was there and that everything was alright. Lined up a loaner car. When we rolled in with the tow truck they even had water ready for our dog. Steve made sure that the service department was queued up for Monday first thing and he even gave us restaurant, store, and church directions on the map. I called Monday and Ross Anderson was on the job. Diagnosed and parts ordered Monday, Repaired and we were down the road by Tuesday noon. That was a few days in Pierre that we didn't plan for but the excellent service that Beck offered made a tough situation much easier to work through. They handled it like pros and didn't miss a step.

i was in need of a different vehicle and owed a little on the one i was driving and my credit isn't the greatest, i went to a few dealers like rapid chevy, mckie ford and others and no of them really wanted to work with me. until i called amy at beck! i told her what i was wanting and she showed few pickups and i picked the one that would fit me, then stevie took it from there and pulled a rabbit out of a hat(so to speak) and got me finance with no money down, i was shocked, because every other dealer turned me down. Now because of amy and stevie at beck i have a nicer newer pickup that me and my daughter will enjoy. if the owners from beck read this amy and stevie are top notch and you should give them both a bonus. I WILL be back to beck when comes time to get a different pickup. now i got to go the ol river is a calling

Went here in Pierre SD to get my oil changed which they did just fine. They are on the pricey side but that's to be expected at a franchise dealership. I had some concerns due to an especially high estimate and some subsequent miscommunication but was promptly contacted by a sales consultant and the issue was resolved. Very friendly and polite workers, though the service staff don't always fully express that some of their assessments are for future preemptive care and not actually required repair work.
