I just purchased a 2009 Nissan Cube at a very fair price. Dirk and I were able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement and Ryan was extremely helpful in getting the purchase done within 30 minutes. They offer a 3 month/3000 mile guarantee plus 1yr free roadside assistance. So far so good and I look forward to doing business with them again when I'm ready to upgrade.

I bought a car from B&B. They said the tire sensors were bad and were causing the car to show they were low pressure. Not even a month later I had to change all the tires because some issue. One year later they are doing the same thing. Two years. $800 of tires purchased. Do not go through B&B.

Made a reservation and nobody was around to give me a car. I missed my flight and this has completely disrupted my travel plans. Both time and cost have been completely outrageous and inconvenient! How can a business operate like this!?

Sold us a vehicle that had a hole in a hose but paperwork said “all hoses were inspected and completed”. This is something they should’ve known about and told us about prior to selling or replaced it. Power steering fluid was gone in 2 days so clearly it had been leaking for awhile. Were not informed when we took it back that we would be responsible for part of the repair.

Bought 5 different vehicles from them in last 10 years. I trade often out of bordem. Great experience always! Service after the sale speaks volumes here! You can buy from others and be forgotten about, or buy B&B and make it personal. Give them a chance, and you decide.

Very good to work with. Someone forgot we were driving from out of town to see / purchase a Jeep. When we arrived we were informed it was taken apart because of a leak in the roof. They came in to put it back together. Do not use their in house Westlake Financial for financing. We make the mistake of quickly using them for financing. Westlake is very invasive, very hard to get any information out of, and give out higher interest rates.
