He actually asked me what exactly am I looking for in a truck, what price range , etc..! I knew then that this was definitely the right place to purchase a truck from! Great dealer and great experience. I spoke with Ariel on the phone Saturday morning and we worked out a great deal on a vehicle and trade in. My family and I drove over 1.5 hours to the dealership based solely on a phone conversation and verbal agreement. Ariel checked out my trade in to verify it what as I had described as I test drove my new-to-me truck. She stuck with her offer and agreed upon pricing/financing and I was putting my belongings in the truck within an hour of my arrival. Anthony was my final salesman, since Ariel is the sales manager, and he was professional and courteous as well during the process. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
I recently took the plunge and purchased a new F-150. The process and the people were terrific. We started with an email enquiry at about 9AM after selecting the truck online. I was helped to get pre-approved within 30 minutes. I called to verify things and about lunch time I arrived at the dealership. They got some information did the paper work and I was driving away by 2PM. Everyone was nice and customer centric, they explained all the options without any pressure and did what I wanted and showed me things I never even thought about. All my questions were answered and they made sure I was ready to go. So my new truck is great, the people at Vic Bailey are great, my experience was great.

Just recently bought a used Toyota Sequoia and Samantha was great to work with! She got us a great deal and was super helpful through the entire process! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!!! The only negative I have to say is that once I had closed the deal, they were to wash my new vehicle. However, when it came back from detail and the wash, you could 100% tell that they hadnt even touched the vehicle. It was late and the crew wanted to go home, totally understandable, but when you have a job to do, do it. Especially so, when a customer just spent good $$ on a new ride. They should feel confident in how it looks driving it off the lot.
I worked with Will in commercial sales, and the new truck purchase process was flawless and very quick....less than one hour. They offered me a great deal on the new F250 Diesel, and I love the truck! They also purchased my wife's used Expedition, which we had been trying to sell online.....they gave us a great price on that as well. I would like to follow up with you regarding yesterday's interactions regarding the 2009 Honda Civic. During our first conversation in the morning I was very specific in my questions regarding the vehicle. Your answers seemed to be equally transparent. Unfortunately this did not turn out to be the case. After several additional calls involving even more detailed questions and answers including your sending a walk around video of the car (the quality being almost useless) you assured me that on a scale of one to ten the exterior was an eight and the interior was a nine. After your assurances, I than arranged for a ride from Asheville to Spartanburg. There is really no need to go into any further detail about what was discovered. I simply want to let you know that I find your approach to your job to be dishonest. Please know that there is a better way to conduct oneself in business.

CHECK BEHIND MECHANICS! My car only has about 31k on it. Ive brought it in for The Works package every time, every 3-5000 miles. I was told included topping off fluids. I dont even think they changed the oil filter my last oil change, and my coolant, brake fluid, are well below the fill line. What the hell did I pay $40-$50 for!?

64 years old, and have never had a brand new car...still haven't. Bought used from Vic Bailey. Expected the usual BS that is associated with dealerships, especially with used cars, and was VERY pleasantly surprised. The contact person was polite, and texted me details. When I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with Ashley, who introduced me to Dylan, who ended up being the salesperson. He was friendly, cordial, respectful, and answered all my questions. At no time was I pressured, coerced, pushed, or otherwise intimidated. I was given a great deal on a car that fit my needs perfectly. My trade was not running, and they towed it from my house! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a new or used car. NOT the usual run around, but great customer service.
This facility is listed online as a Toyo tire dealership. I visited the parts and service desk and they told me “nope. No can do. Not even gonna try. “ I got ahold of Toyo, got them on the phone, and the dealership refused to even talk to them. This place is a joke.

They use a Telecheck system to verify a personal check from customer which is a very poor service. You can verify checks directly to each bank 24/7 especially Wells Fargo. Other than that service was good with Jim Skriba being my point of contact, he does a very nice job for them.
Should have went here first instead of wasting over a week of internet shopping and visiting 6 different Ford dealerships. The first initial quote I received from Ashley / internet sales was literally the best deal from the get go. Nobody else could match them, saved over $900 from a dealership that explained it wasn't possible to go lower than their price without taking a loss. From start to finish stress / haggle free. Every aspect of our new vehicle purchase was full explained. If you hate car shopping come to this dealer, they make it as pain free as it gets.
I had an appointment for a warranty repair on my air conditioning in my mustang, I also asked them about a common problem on the year of mustang I have. The emergency brake lever is loose and the slightest movement makes a warning light and chime go off and according to most everyone I've talked to has had a dealership fix it by tightening a bolt on the emergency brake cable. The service associate told me that ford doesn't warranty any brake parts after a year and that I could pay around $58 to get it adjusted. I told him I would adjust it myself. After sitting there about an hour they called me to the service area and told me that the problem with my car was the evap core and they could have the part in tomorrow. I then asked if a loaner vehicle or rental would be provided. He told me that there wasnt one available and that there wouldn't be for a while, so I said well when will there be one? And he said well I know there's a list of people waiting for them and it's going to be a long time. It seemed to me like he didn't appreciate me asking about a car I could drive during my warranty repair. I told him I would let him know if I could find someone that could help me drop my car off, but I really just wanted to leave because I didn't want to get more upset. I decided to try to find a dealership service center that wants my business!
These guys are awesome! Especially Mr. Wayne in Service he did everything he could to get a sensor for my 16 F150 Lariat. We ended up having the part ordered but it came in next day and was installed that day as well. My wife and kid were on our way up to the mountains and were left stranded by a failed temperature sensor but Mr. Wayne made it right!!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in my 52 years of buying new vehicles. I bought a new 2016 F350 from Paramount Ford in North Carolina along with extended warranty that carries the vehicle to 120 months or 120,000 miles of protection, I paid $2800 for the extended warranty at the dealership bringing the total purchase to $60,200. I live in South Carolina and at 44,000 miles the vehicle developed a steering problem and the nearest Ford dealership is Vic Bailey Ford. So I took the vehicle to Vic Bailey Ford and was told it would be a week before they could get me in, so I made an appointment. I took the vehicle in at the scheduled appointment date and time along with my extended warranty paperwork and was immediately turned away and told that they do not honor extended warranties offered by third party companies! I explained that the Ford dealership sold me the extended warranty and as far as I know it was a Ford warranty. They continue telling me that the reason they will not honor the warranty is because they have been “burnt” before and didn’t get paid for repairs! So at this point I’m absolutely floored that I purchased a warranty at a Ford dealership on a brand new vehicle and am being turned away for repairs. I called the warranty company while at Vic Bailey and they told me there was no reason that they should not honor the warranty and that they actually pay the dealership over the phone with a credit card immediately upon the repair quote. I also called the dealership that I originally bought the vehicle from and again was told there was no reason they should not honor the warranty and that this is the first they have ever heard of a dealership denying a customers warranty. So needless to say I had to take the vehicle to a non dealer repair shop for repairs, with no problem whatsoever with them honoring the warranty. I also called Ford corporate to explain my dissatisfaction with this dealership. I have bought many new Ford vehicles in my lifetime and will continue to but I would NEVER do any kind of business with Vic Bailey Ford. They are very unprofessional, rude and completely complacent as to their relationship as a Ford dealer and customer satisfaction.

Well if this is the service im getting now I may just stay with Firestone.

I was very pleased with my visit to Vic Bailey. The staff in both the quick lane and the service department went above and beyond to fix the transfer case on my truck. I went in for an oil change and mentioned an issue I had recently. The wonderful young lady in the quick lane called the service manager who came over and check the problem out real quick. It turned out that I had a major issue. They scheduled a service appointment and then handled the problem as quickly as possible. I am very happy with the service I received from all of them!

Otherwise i would put negative stars. All the people here i read your reviews, try paying $9000.00 to fix your vehicle and have it still in a shop broke down because they did not fix it, then see how satisfied you are.
I am currently Active Duty Army and was here on leave when I purchased my 2018 F1-50 Lariat from Vic Bailey Ford. I completed all the paperwork on the truck under the promise it would be at the dealership ready for pick-up with a bed liner installed by Wednesday afternoon since I needed to leave town that Thursday. They didn't have the truck ready until 7 p.m. on that Wednesday, so I thought, for me to pick it up. I showed up to get it, got all my stuff and carseats out, and waited around an extra 20 minutes just to find out they hadn't installed the bed liner. After all of this I ended up having to change my plans for leave and stay an extra day. They couldn't even get me a Ford hat for the inconvenience.

Overall a very good first car buying experience I worked with Wyatt and I feel like I got a very good deal. I showed up only planning on test driving a car and left with a car completely different from what I thought I wanted.
I drove 2 hours and the person I had been dealing with was gone when I got there. I had to walk around the showroom and ask someone to help me. I understand it was late, but I didn't come to shop I came to buy. I made an offer and the guy said he couldn't budge off the asking price and he let me leave. I've been in the car business 20 years, that's not how you treat customers.

Vic Bailey is the worst! I had the side panel window on my mustang broken and they gave me a time frame that the work would be finished and then it took several days extra. They told me it was going to be done on a Thursday and then told me Friday and then I had to wait until Monday. I had no choice but to use a rental car for those extra days and they did not compensate me or even apologize. After the work was done I noticed there was still a chip on the glass and they were supposed to replace it but they "didn't have the part in stock" and told me they would call me when it arrived. THEY NEVER CALLED! I even went to the shop twice and they told me the part hadn't arrived yet (this was over a month later). AVOID THIS PLACE and take your business elsewhere.

I bought a Jeep from them and my husband actually came along just to give me a ride.I paid for the Jeep in full on the day that I bought it and the registration and all the paperwork came back in his name, which he signed nothing and had nothing to do with this purchase. The registration is currently being sent back for correction. I am not happy with this confusion at all. I don't see how this could have happened when he did not sign one single thing when I made this purchase. What a mess. so now I have to currently wait again in order to get my registration and my tag. UPDATE....today a FedEx truck pulled into my driveway and brought me my corrected registration and new tag! Thank you Vic Bailey Ford! I am so thankful this situation has been resolved. The new registration is correcting in my name! Very happy now!

The first visit I had with Lincoln was great but Recently like two weeks ago I deal with one of the employees Wayne he was very rude and nasty to me telling me that I would have to pay more out of my pocket then what I was sopose to do I asked him to give the insurance company a called back he told me no he had already did that it would be not point so I told him I would come pick up my car . So I went down to the shop he cleared everything up and called the company bk when I came up there with a man that knows what’s going on at the end I end up paying my ductable .the same day I got my car bk it was low on oil and they had did an oil change so the survey lady called me ask me how was my car doing I told her so I just took it bk up there to the same man he told me my insurance may not cover what’s going on with my car so I may come out of my pocket the moral to the story I fill like he did that out of spike to get me to come back .
Horrible experiance. Found a car I wanted online. Told them that I was an hour away and would do the online application and get approved. I explained once I was approved I would leave work to come sign everything. Hours later they finally said I was approved , 500 down and come sign. I get there to be told that the car was being bought my someone else. These people are just another car dealership. They are here to run your credit 10 times and sell a car no matter what they have to do. Your just another number. I'll go buy my car elsewhere and I'd suggest you all do the same . Edit: they respond and say its policy. Then they need to tell that to me. I have all the text from the sales person. She said your good to go, come down, bring 500 dollars and sign. Says nothing about the other signer having the be there at that point. Says nothing about someone else coming to buy it at 4 says "I'm good to go, come sign and bring 500 dollars", knows that I'm at work and that I'm not with the co signer. excuses excuses.

I took my car here to the Kwik Lube for an oil change. The staff was real nice and friendly. Their service was quick and reasonable. I have another problem with my car but they couldn't seem to recognize it. Now I have to take it somewhere else.

Terrible Experience Here- I would not recommend this dealership. If you need to buy a Ford, go elsewhere. It took them two weeks to replace my brake pads, rotor, and wheel under warranty. I purchased a brand new 2018 F150 from Vic Bailey. After 3,000 miles, it came to my attention that only one bolt was holding my rear brake caliper on (this is bad, there should be two). The caliper was twisted up, grinding a groove into the inside of the wheel. I had my truck towed up to Vic Bailey and described the problem in detail to the service department. They said, "we'll take a look at it". This was on a Thursday. After a week, they called and said "we replaced your brake pads and the missing bolt". I said OK, what about everything else that was damaged? (the wheel, rotor, and caliper). They said "Oh, we would have to get approval from Ford to replace those things". Obviously, I want any damaged parts to be replaced. These are the brakes- those are kind of important. It then took an additional week because they ordered and replaced the wheel, then after that was completed, they ordered and replaced the rotor. They didn't even replace the caliper, which was chewed up from rubbing on the wheel. Why didn't they order all the necessary parts for the repair when the truck first arrived? The entire job could have been done in under a week. Either they are very bad at managing how to get parts in for repairs, or they were intentionally dragging it out so they could bill more repair labor hours to Ford under warranty. When I asked the service manager why it took two weeks for the repair, he was very rude to me. I did not expect that kind of treatment after spending $40k on a brand new truck at their lot. (A truck they sold to me with faulty brakes.) I won't be going back.

The service department here is a joke. First oil change on my 2018 F3 50 flatbed $499.32 . Two months later my second oil change $190.74. Due to DEF fluid holding 13.22 gallons. The captivity is 13.7 gallons when it is dead empty. I have pictures before I took the truck in with the DEF indicator on my dashboard, and after I pick my truck up maybe 1.5 gallons was at it before I dropped . Friendly and honest people will call you before all mechanic repairs
Went to the quick lane without an appointment and was told by the manager it would be an hour that they do "first come first serve." I didnt like that he never looked at me and kept his eyes glued to the computer. To me that is rude and poor customer service. After the hour i went back and the desk clerk was back and she was very nice.. Management needs work but everyone else is nice, does quality work, and assesments.

I scheduled an appointment for recalled air bags on my 2005 Ford Ranger. I told them I had to go out of town within a few weeks. Vic Baily Service returned my call within several hours and put me on the schedule that day. I also requested an oil change and multipoint inspection. The next morning my truck was completed and I picked it up that afternoon. The folks at Vic Baily (Jim in Service and Katrina the scheduler) were very courteous and attentive to my needs. I would return in a heartbeat.

I stopped in the area to visit a friend. On a Saturday i had battery issues and purchased a new battery at a parts store. When I tried to remove the positive cable (2015 Ford Taurus) the whole plate broke apart due to corrosion. Now it was noon and I called over to Vic Bailey and talked to parts and they had the replacement in stock. Talked to service and they couldn't send anyone out but he did provide a local tow company that was excellent also. The service manager was able to get my car in right away and i was done and out in 45 minutes. I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you all again

Came in for an oil change on a fleet truck using the Quickchange system. After waiting a 1.5 hours I asked what was the problem. I was told that there was an issue with the billing. Come to find out that the reason there was an issue was because they were trying to tack on a set of tires even though they had already been replaced 3 months ago. What's more, I wasn't even told about this charge until I contacted our fleet service ice a out why the charge Avoid this place at all cost! Quick update. A month later, I took vehicle to another dealership for a state inspection. Tires passed!

After 3 months of troubleshooting my rear left turn signal and multiple trips to the local auto parts store, I realized I needed a wire harness. Went today to pick it up! Super excited! Got everything hooked up in the parking lot and it was blinking but still blinking really fast. So I go back in! It was obvious I needed a knowledgeable male’s assistance with this!!! Enter stage left PETE FROM SERVICE/PARTS!!!! He came out and helped me figure out that I also needed a new bulb. I go purchase the bulb, while I’m paying he’s out there putting my bulb in and getting everything else back in order!!! I jumped and screamed with happiness!!!! My experience so far has been terrific. My salesman Kevin Moore was great, no high pressure, he took his time with me and answered all my questions. Ariel in the finance office was also very kind and helpful. I'm just hoping the service department is just as good because that is what determines whether I buy another vehicle there or not.
I went in with a extremely hard situation to get financing for a car. My sales team was able to get me financed for a new car at 0% interest. I walked in with the expectation of getting turned down but they did not let happen. So if you want to buy a ford this is the place I would recommend to go to first.
I've really liked their service department overall. Tom has been good to work with. I didn't care much for the Quick Lane. Didn't have the friendly feel of previous visits to this dealership. Also tried to sell two non scheduled "maintenance" items which always ticks me off. The manufacturers give specific maintenance schedules and paying local dealers for items outside of these lists just feels wrong. I'll go back but will always schedule through the service coordinator rather than be a drive up customers to their version of Jiffy Lube.

Saw a used car online that was on sale (low side of KBB) so I went to see it. It was the price advertised. Cassidy, our sales person, was great. She had me drive it and another car I had been thinking about for comparison and encouraged me to take it to my mechanic for a check. All the paperwork went smoothly and my license plate arrived today.
I'm a captain in the military home for the holidays looking for the perfect Christmas gift for my wife. Like anyone when buying a vehicle I am looking for the best deal. By far this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. At one point during the negotiation we couldn't make a deal, so I started to walk out. One of the managers named Frenchy reassured me that due to the situation he would make me the offer that I was looking for. All of a sudden while we were doing the paperwork he negated the offer stating that he never made it even though a salesman witnessed everything and agreed with me.
They got the work done but there was very poor communication between the service rep and the customer. Practically impossible to call the dealership and actually get someone on the phone in the service department. I have had my vehicle serviced here numerous times in the past and have never encountered this before. Will make me think long and hard before using Vic Bailey Ford service again
I give them 1 star because zero isn't an option. My wife's vehicle has a recall on a part so we took it up there to get it changed out. When we got the vehicle back they messed up the pressure regulator so we took it back for then to fix it. They fixed it and gave it back. My wife goes up to fill up her vehicle and it won't take gas because they kinked the line. So once again my wife goes up there to get it fixed since it wasn't like that before. Well this time they say they didn't do that and it will have to cost us money to fix what they broke. Even our mechanic said it was their fault. So now my wife has wasted 4 days getting her vehicle back to working order because they wanted to take advantage of a women who doesn't know vehicles. I will never own a Ford vehicle again thanks to this dealership and their mechanics.

My husbands truck broke down on the way to the beach. We had it towed to Vic Bailey. They were the nicest people to work with. The wheel barren went out and seized the hub and it was going to be around a 1,000.00 initially however the mechanic worked alot to fix it without added costs. Saved me 300.00. Great shop and friendly people!!
First truck ever purchased in 44 years of driving but had been looking for some time for one. First purchase at Vic Bailey Ford. First Ford. Very helpful staff and management. No pressure sale. It was the best price after checking out several trucks and dealerships. I love my truck! Helpful after the purchase. Would recommend this dealership.
The main problem was fixed, however now there are other things wrong that wasn't there before. My Key settings have been tampered with and I can't fix it, a popping noise (CV Joint maybe) when making a turn and tires are now making a droning noise that is very loud.
Should make it easier to get a key programed to your ford vehicle,140$if your car needs to be towed to them thats added separate out of your pocket,ford just charges for there services
I called this location to negotiate a deal on a used Genesis and the General Manager Frenchy was rude to me from the start of the process to the end. When asked what's the lowest he'd take, he said the price is "As Is". So, I called back to get a buyer's order and drove from Charlotte to pick up the car. Upon checking online again, the price had reduced by $200 and he didn't even say he reduced the price until I mentioned I had saw it. I then told him that I had asked his best price and he said as is just to hang up and mark the price lower! Thanks to Kevin for helping me..he was easy-going. Frenchy...Stop treating customers like our business doesn't matter. Will never buy a car from here again as long as he works here. Vic Bailey..Frenchy needs anger management and customer service classes. My response to the owner: Regardless of if he was in charge of the numbers or not, the way he treated me was wrong. Business is business. You can't change the fact that he was rude to me. But, I'm happy with my purchase and maybe the guy was having a bad day ...who knows.
Sold me a dud car. I had the car for one hour and it broke down on the side of the road.

Very helpful service dept. After having a few issues with my truck they have gone above and beyond to ensure i was taken care of. I would purchase a new or used car from them without hesitation.

Way over priced. A normal oil change and tire rotation at Gaffney's Ford dealership is around $41.00; at Vic Bailey the same service was $49.76. The oil change and tire rotation in Gaffney's Ford takes around 30 min. at Vic Bailey it took an hour with no other customers being worked on at that time. They also over charged for an air filter replacement. Total bill at Vic Bailey for oil change and air filter was $86.31. Will not be coming back to their service department any time soon. Gaffney's Ford is the place to go for service!!!

Not good, took f150 there for service before trip.Battery warning light came on a hour into my trip. Just before Columbia on 26. Truck loaded, dog, food, headed for beach. Called Quik Lane at MB, they told me to call Ford. $50.00 to change the oil and filter, then ck fluids. I expected a more professional response than I got. Obviously they didn't check the fluids.
Worst experience ever!!!!! Then they made sure they sent message to make sure I was fully insulted. Avoid this dealership at all cost. I will be never go back.

This is my first time dealing with Vic Bailey Ford since I purchased my car. Jim was excellent. He kept me informed and explained everything and didn't even mind that I got there to pick up my car just a few minutes before closing. This is customer service the way it should be!
THEIR EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES NEEDS work
My husband and I were searching for a truck for over a month and found that Vic Bailey has the prices! We came here and Nathaniel was our great salesman. My husband was trying to decide between a tacoma and F150. I asked Nathaniel about the pros and cons for both trucks. Being a salesman, I figured he would upsell the more expensive truck but he actually provided great pros and cons for each vehicle, which we really appreciated the honesty. We purchased the f150 and by this time the detail shop was closed. I came back the next day to get the truck detailed and have an alignment done, because it was really pulling to the left. I left the truck at vic bailey for 4 hours. When I came back almost at closing, Nathaniel told me someone test drove it for the alignment and said it did not need one. First off, he should have put it on the alignment rack and checked that way. Also, I pointed out to Nathaniel that the truck was never detailed and he said it looked detailed to him. Obviously it wasn't. I called Ariel, the general manager, to inform her of the situation. She told me to come back when I can to get the detailing and alignment done. I came back a couple of days later and dropped the truck off. I picked it up and finally the alignment was done and it was detailed. However, I checked in the center consol, which was very dirty when we purchased it, and it was STILL dirty. I picked the truck up this time at closing so I couldn't ask them to clean the console ...plus, I can just do it myself. I called Ariel to let her know of the situation and she apologized and said she will let the detailing crew know to always check center consoles. I am very happy with my truck service, just not much at the customer service.

I've never once written a review about a business before, but I had such an amazing experience that I had to. I walked into the dealership, and I immediately felt like family. My dealer, Sean, showed me all of the available cars that were in my price range and helped me discern what would be the best suited car for me. I am a college student, so my budget was quite low, and they worked with me for four hours so I could agree on a car that is perfect for me. I seriously got the deal of a lifetime there. I will be recommending this dealership to literally everyone that I know.

My fiance's Ford Taurus needed several things done that would be considered warranty work. So I called up Tom McAlister after the other dealerships said they didn't wanna work on it and he told me that was crazy and to bring it in next week! He got EVERYTHING fixed on the car and only kept it a day over just to make sure it was completely fixed. AWESOME SERVICE!
