I absolutely hate dealing with this dealership. They claim to never have any open appointments when I need an oil change and the staff is not friendly or welcoming at all. As a matter of fact the only time they are friendly is when I'm paying at the end of the service then they conveniently remind me of the survey that I may receive via email or phone asking how they did...FOH!!
I was greeted immediately by Chaz Tran upon pulling on the lot. She was super informative about the vehicle I was looking at and took the time to discuss every feature and detail thoroughly. I never once felt pressured into buying anything or making any rushed decisions. I did not come with the intention of leaving in a new car, but Chaz and her team were great at finding a deal I was comfortable with. I recommend doing business with them. Ask for Chaz!
Worked there for 5 months was the best job & the worse job I ever had. Most of the people there are amazing people . Most of them don’t even really care as long as they are getting there money. They paid someone else for one of my deals and they never even tried to fix it so I could get paid for it. And when I left I had a deal that was done All they needed was a check. & because I left they took my last deal away from me & gave it to someone else. I never thought they would do me that way but that goes to show you just can’t trust everybody

I have been sold 2 vehicles from the location across the street. I would not buy a remote control toy from these crooks. The second car needed repairs for things that already existed when the vehicle was purchased, the crooksters at the service department did not want to fix what was already under warranty. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE SCAMMERS!

I'm giving this dealership 5 stars in hopes that our issue with our Ford escape gets resolved. We are first time purchasers and first time clients with this dealership. Come to find out that our Ford is on its second engine and the current engine had a head gasket leak into cylinders. Our engine is ruined and we are trying our best to get a new engine. Only to find out that the 2nd engines warranty has expired!. Meanwhile we are under agreement to pay for this car that we cant even drive. Like 16 grand worth of payments. I hope that there is a way that we can get this resolved as quickly as possible. My wife is stressed to the max about this. We are relying on the dealership, Ford ballentine, and the expertise of the staff there to get this issue resolved.

Service staff friendly but service stinks. Had to take jeep back 3 times . Lights are still on and they can’t seem to fix. Radio hasn’t worked since they fixed recal problems on air bags never had issues before .

Brought my Kia in for an oil change at 4:30; which the website states they are open until 6:00pm. The guy was very rude about me coming in "late" for an oil change. Said the techs leave at 5pm and he stays until 6pm. I had to call a manager, and even after him working me in he was rude. He forgot my keys, as I am walking up he is speaking with another employee about this "issue". If your techs leave at 5pm, then have that listed on your website! Even though my car is being taken care of as I write this review, I will go back to Augusta or elsewhere for my car needs!

Took my truck in for my 30,000 mile service and recall notice. It took a couple mo e of hours so my wife took me and brought me home. When it was ready, they came to my house picked me up, then I paid & was on my way home in no time.
I’ve been looking for a car for my son for months now. I went to Quality Chrysler and not only found the perfect car but I also met the most amazing salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. Chaz Tran is amazing! She went above and beyond her job description to make sure that I left with the car I wanted. they replaced my air conditioner, under the dash of the car since then my car has not worked right at all. the dome lights only come off and on when it's either extremely cold or extremely hot outside windshield wipers only work when they want to sometimes my horn won't work and also now my windows won't roll back up I'll never use them again think I'll go to Summerville to buy my new car.
I met with Chaz and she was the BEST sales person I’ve ever dealt with. She’s very personable and not your “typical pushy sales person “. She was very knowledgeable about the Nissan I bought and worked with me and the budget I had. Chaz and the finance lady were amazing at working with me on getting the car I really liked! They even stayed late so I can come see some cars, not knowing if I’d purchase one or not. This place was worth my drive to buy a car! Do not go here!!!! Took my truck up there because got something in the mail stating would get 17k-20k for trade in for a new car. The guy we spoke to was polite, however they came back offering 9k trade in which was to put it politely a slap in the face. After telling him I wouldn't be buying anything (and not due to not having the money, but rather the low ball trade in offer as well as jacked up used truck prices) we left. As soon as I got in my truck we heard a noise. After going down the road a bit and listening, which it was not hard at all to hear as could hear it with the windows up very clearly, we figured out it was my brakes scraping. My truck was NOT making this noise prior to showing up there. I called to speak with the guy we had talked to up there and he stated that they only take vehicles around the block and don't dog it. After telling him I know he had to have done something he said he would go talk to the guy again. Whenever he first told us the trade in offer he stated the guy said it was so low b/c there was something wrong with the transmission which had just been recently replaced by the way so wasn't an issue, and would need new tires. That was all that was said about what he found wrong with the truck. He also stated before he finally gave us the offer that the guy hadn't been able to drive it to give a good offer, which was also a lie. After he called back he stated that the guy said the brakes were making that noise as soon as he got in it and took it to Skip's automotive to get it checked (which btw in case you didn't notice was not stated before) because he thought it was the transmission. He said he had Skip drive it and Skip said the brakes were acting up. So I brought up the fact that he stated something was wrong with the transmission NOT the brakes when he told us the offer, the brakes hadn't been mentioned at all. He then was like well I was just telling you what was told to me. So I had my buddy call Skip's as it all sounded VERY fishy. He spoke with Skip who told us that the truck was taken there but for something completely different. He said that he drove it and it wasn't making a noise then, and told the guy that the brake calipers might be a little warped. So I then told the guy from Quality that and he said he would talk to the guy and call back. Never got a call back. Went up there to maybe give them business, not because I needed a new car because to be honest I love my truck only to leave with my truck's brakes making noises that it wasn't doing before hand. Then on top of that to be lied to because that guy knew he did something to it, from the story he told and all the going in circles that much is clear. I feel bad for the actual salesman I spoke to because honestly he couldn't have been nicer, but the company has some poor choice in employees for something like this to happen. I highly recommend that EVERYONE stay away from this place.

was told there was a recall on my truck by U Connect since 2013 and never was told about it also wanted to bring it in for the recall and said they didn't have any technicians until the following week to do so from looking at all the other comments this dealership is ridiculous

He even text me and called me to make sure I was happy with the car. He sent me a card and a photo to thank me for my business. We regret buying a 2009 Charger R/T from Quality, recommending them to friends, & will never buy another vehicle from them. We loved the Charger until we took it in for a recall repair. The car only has 40,000 miles on. This started Oct. 5th 2016. Car has not been on road 5 days since. They ruined the engine when they made repair, kept it for over 2 weeks for original repair, have had it again for over two weeks & admitted they did nothing to fix it.
I have had a great experience here recently. They went above and beyond my expectations of excellent customer service! I highly recommend Quality of Greenwood. For those that have had a not so good experience in the past, a new manager has been there for several months and you can clearly tell!!! The office staff even seems happier which trickles down to the customer. Kudos to the hard work being put in to restore the reputation and name of this business. I can definitely tell and the progress is evident!

My name is, Mary Ann, back in march of 2015 I had the pleasure of doing business with, Mr Jim Petty, as I was looking for a good- reliable, first ca,r for my 16 year old. I was very hesitant about going to a car lot because I've always heard its a haggle dealing with car salesman. Well after my experience that day, my assumptions and how I "profiled" car salesman was changed for ever. Jim Petty was a breath of fresh air... he was knowledgeable, understanding of my budget and REAL. That's what we all want is someone that is gonna shoot us straight when making a huge purchase such as this! He and Laci made the buying process so easy mainly because I didn't feel pressured or pushed! The buying experience was great! To top it all off, 6 months later my 16 year old had an accident(no fault of hers) and her car was totaled! I simply called Jim Petty and explained that we really loved that car and if possible would like to purchase another just like it! Well our wish was granted! Within days, we had the exact same car, even a year newer, and thanks to Jim and Laci's team work my payments were the same and everyone was happy! Also, after my experience, I would recommend everyone getting GAP insurance! I'm so thankful I took Laci's advice and bought GAP as I would have had to come up with ALOT of money if I hadn't so I will forever be grateful to lacy for advising me to purchase GAP! All-in all they treated me like family and I will never buy an automobile from anyone else!

***UPDATE - After only 7 months of owning my T&C I was in an accident that led me on the way to having to find a new car again! The FIRST place I contacted when I rcvd the news was Quality!! They turned around what was a nightmare and yet again found us a van that we love! Casey and the whole team at Quality have always looked out for us, and made sure we were happy first!! I am so thankful this experience was as smooth (and quick) as it was!! I have and will continue to recommended them to anyone looking for a vehicle. And I will continue to be their customer again when the time is right! I purchased a Chrysler Town & Country from Quality and love it. We worked with Casey, and he was wonderful! The van is in GREAT condition and we really feel that Casey and the team at Quality got us a good deal / good rates. I have been going here to get my car Serviced for years, the Service Manager, I think his name is James or Jamie is really helpful and knowledgeable but he has no help. He seems to be rushed trying to make sure everyone is taken care of. The people I have an issue with are behind that window, they treat you as if your incompetent or i will just use a word they understand stupid. I’m sure the one who waited on me barely made it through high school (long hair white lady with glasses-talks too much) she tried to speak to me like I’m a child or uneducated about a simple Coupon, Some people need customer service etiquette and she would need to sit at the front with her mouth closed and ear open. I asked her about the young girl that was working there around Christmas 2017/beginning of 2018 (black girl with glasses and didn’t mind waiting on you) she told me she was no longer there but she said it with such pride and racism. They need to keep a little color in that office to liven the place up, sometimes it can even the place out, wish I knew her name because I would help her get a petition together for discrimination. Don’t buy from Quality Chrysler (Racist) Quality Kia (Unprofessional) or Quality Nisan (Don’t want to help you) their a rip off and they talk about you while you’re there!! The best thing I can say if you do purchase from there talk to Wayne Calvert he is the best thing walking those floors (hope he still works there) that’s a good ol boy.
