This is the fifth Porsche that I have purchased, but the first since moving to South Carolina, thus it was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Porsche of Hilton Head. I was driving about 4 hours to Hilton Head for vacation, when the air conditioning in my 2017 Cayman S started acting up. I swung by the dealer first thing the next morning to see if it was (hopefully) a quick fix. Within 30 minutes, they had checked me in, confirmed that they could get the repair done that day, offered to take care of a recall while they had the car, and sent me on my way in a loaner Macan. A few hours later, they called me to let me know the car was ready for pick-up. I returned to find a freshly washed car, waiting in the shadow of the building for me. Frankly, I think the only way the experience could have been any better is if the loaner Macan had ventilated seats, like my Cayman does. It was a 95 degree day, after all. First world problems, right? The experience I had at Porsche of Hilton Head almost makes me want to schedule my annual service there, and drive down for a short trip each year. It was that good! Kudos to Shannon and Mike, specifically, as they're the two who helped me throughout the process!

Audrey Woodman was very responsive and did the best that she could do with the support given to her. The same comments are made about Kevin Jones. We had to request 2x to speak with the manager (we got up to walk out after the first request was denied) and he didn't appear to be very informed about the car or what was possible about maintenance in Columbia (we live over 3 hours away). We visited other Porsche dealers who were quite the opposite. These managers requested to meet us before we left and all parts of said visits went very smoothly. No delays were experienced as it was with your dealership. We bought the car from you only because it had the preferred color and options wanted. Again, Audrey and Kevin did all they could and we have no complaints with either, but the Hilton Head dealership overall is not at the level of your Porsche peers with expected efficiency and professionalism.

Porsche is a best in class brand. However this is the worst service experience i have had to date with any vehicle owned. Service manager did not articulate the expectations well and when I tried to convey my concerns, he was only interested in hearing himself speak. In the past I have purchased 5 cars, including two Porsches from this dealer. My most recent experience with this dealer was terrible. The sales rep I worked with, Gregor, was rude and failed to communicate. If your in the market for a Porsche, I would advise going to Jacksonville or Atlanta. Even with my love for the Porsche brand, I ended up purchasing a '16 Ford Mustang GT from JC Lewis in Savannah. They were extremely friendly, and offered my company a very competitive APR.

Me and my girlfriend took a trip to Hilton Head Island, SC on my 2017 Cayman S. We drove from charlotte, NC. A beautiful sunny summer 2019 day with temp on low 90’s. On our last hour before arrival the AC quit working. Tried open windows but not better. We arrived sock and wet. Next morning I call Porsche on HH. Michael Lane ambassador services manager took my call. He listened attentively and offered to check car same day. I got there and Michael greet me at the door. He was very professional and showed empathy to my problem. He quickly set up things to get my car fixed. We took sip of coffee while waiting. It was completely resolved within one hour.
