Auddie Brown was the only dealership to provide us with what every other dealership should strive for! We shopped around for about a month and every time a dealer would tell us they would find what we were looking for and never follow through. Nick Davis at Auddie Brown found our dream car (within 12 hours) and then proceeded to treat us with the up most reapect! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be a repeat customer!

If I could give zero stars I would, not only was I mistreated by two of the salesman, they made me feel like the conversation they were having was way more important than trying to help me find the truck I wanted. I pulled up and got out and saw the men standing by the building and they never asked if they could help me so I approached them. I heard just a little bit of their conversation about how mad they were about not making money, so I asked if they could help me. One guy looked at me and said Hello and the other looked at me like I just stole his candy. I told them I was there because I saw a truck on the website and wanted to look at it. He said okay and proceeded to carry on his conversation with the other salesperson. Some of the salespeople are just pure lazy and I can honestly say this about the two I encountered but I was in no way about to enter the building and find out if the rest were the same way. I have heard from a few people that this place was bad news but I thought maybe mine would be different but NO!!! If the people there don’t want to work why do you have them? This place is going nowhere but a for sale sign in the front of the dealership

Some people are very nice here. I had been wanting to be part of the Auddie Brown Family for years. Met Mr.Brown the day I was interviewed for a job. Loved and respected him. However the 2nd Sat.that I worked a salesman came in late and he and a Head man from the Financial department got into a HUGE ARGUMENT.Aparently the same salesman and a Sales mgr had argued twice earlier the same wk. But anyway,this argument was in the main hall way in front of the Financial Mgr.office and Her husband is the head salesman and a Supposed Pastor. Well the argument Continued on into the main showroom.The Filthiest language.Using Gods name and saying the F word. Just Unreal. Then later the same morning the same Financial department man stood near my Receptionist desk and the door the the Tower room using the F word and talking about a ball game. Well I walked out later after realizing that Mr.Brown Nor anyone else was going to reprimand these employees.So disrespectful to himself his employees me and the other lady.Mr Brown felt it best not to hire me back. I guess since I stood for God n Respect for him and his company I wasn't as important at his rednecks and very unprofessional others. God Bless them all.
Terrible, horrible business practices. The salesman was great, once it was time to talk to the manager it was all down hill from there. The manager, Wayne, wouldn't talk prices with me without pulling my credit. Although skeptical, I let him check it because I really liked the vehicle. After waiting about an hour for them to "get me a price" they came out with a price that was $4000 over what they had the car listed for online, not to mention double the advertised mileage. They tried to say someone made a mistake and it was supposed be to the higher price, after reading other reviews I see this is just a sales tactic apparently. Anyways the moral of the story is that we left angry and will NEVER come back.

They give you the run around. They are not what they claim to be. My son saw a truck for 11,000 on the Internet and the guy tried to sale it to him for 18,000. I told the man I will look somewhere else he act as I'd he didn't really care about helping me. They are so Un organize. They only for helping who they want to help.
They love you until they have your $$$, then they don't have time for you. The pressure here by the sales staff is overwhelming. I actually got up and walked out twice because the pricing was ridiculous. I finally purchased a new 2015 Equinox here and still continued to receive sales calls from their "internet sales specialist" who said she noticed i am in the market for a new car. This went on for months. Also, don't get me started on how difficult it is to book your scheduled services here. They hound you about the service based on your OnStar app and when you call to book an appointment you can never get in. The Jeep dealership where I bought my last vehicle had weekend and evening appointments. Auddie Brown seems to keep banker's hours and then when I asked about early appointments or weekends, the person at the service desk actually made a joke about it. They seem to be totally lacking in any sort of work ethic here.
The parts department are GREAT and GREGG is right on top of things.Everyone there treats you real nice very friendly staff.Wish you could give some customer service tips to some of the other Chevrolet dealers staff.I will always trade here I took my corvette to 2 Chevrolet dealers before someone could find the problem the last one Auddie Brown Chevrolet found the problem.I will never forget them they are GREAT.Thank you for all you did for me. VERY PLEASED

This is a bad business with a bunch of people that really don't know what they're doing. When I got there I spoke with a guy named Keith who seems to be a pretty nice fella while they were appraising my truck. After about 20 minutes or so the owner offered to pay off my truck and write me a check for the payoff difference and I accepted. So after I signed all the paperwork and they cut me to check I get a text message and voicemail from them the next day saying that they won't be able to purchase my truck anymore because of non-disclosure.They also told me that I had a branded title which again was yet another lie on their behalf. Answered every question they ask me accurately and they looked my truck up and down before making me an offer and evidently ran the Carfax after completing the deal with me and writing the check. The DMV and my finance company both confirm that there is no braned title on the vehicle that that was a lie. The lady at the DMV told me that sometimes Carfax does make mistakes and that she could not find what the car has been totaled. She ran it through the national DMV database and it came back where there was no branded title and no salvage title. The car had been in an accident but did not have a branded title and they changed their mind after they had already completed the deal and wrote me a check for the pay off remainder. The words they described me were non-transparent and dishonest because they failed to do their job and run the Carfax before they made an offer on a vehicle like most dealerships too. I've spoke to a lot of people about this and there's one thing that I seem to have in common with most everybody I'll talk to in town and that's the fact that auddie brown operates their business in a very sneaky, manipulating, and crooked type of way. If everybody says the same thing then that must have a little truth to it as far as I'm concerned. All I own is Chevrolet vehicles and all my parents and family own are Chevrolet vehicles so I will definitely not let this be a reflection on Chevrolet but Auddie Brown is a disgrace to the name Chevrolet. Chevrolet cares about the customers and they do everything they can to try to resolve a problems instead try to cover things up with the mistakes they made
I took my car in to be serviced and the staff was great! I will not go anywhere else now. They fixed my car and saved me money!

Horribly rude people. Say they are running a business but wont give you any information unless you come to them. Well I am an hour from them and just wanted an estimate on my vehicle. Instead Lorie Brown was very rude and basically said I was wasting her time. Good luck if you go here would not recommend it.

My experience was great!! They helped me out a lot and got me a car! I wasn't expecting anything to happen when I got there but they exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful and nice especially Ronnie who helped me purchased a vehicle.
On my way to Kershaw, SC from outside of Philadelphia, PA my 2001 Tahoe's fuel pumped finally decided no more at ~8pm. It was towed to Auddie Brown that night and they were able to replace the fuel pump and filter by about 4pm the next day. Kept me informed with phone calls throughout the entire process. Big thank you for accommodating me and the rapid turnaround.

I called Audi Brown about a truck. I was pre approved over the phone. I drove over an hour and when I got there they did not have the vehicle they promised me. They tried to put me in something I did not want. They lied to me to get me up there they lie to me when I got there. I will never go back. I will never recommend.
My husband and I had a great experience last week at Patriot Chevrolet. We bought a 2018 Impala and everyone we met was professional, friendly and helpful. We love our "new" car and we will be back. Thank you, Roy (both of you) and Amelia!

Hey I have nothing but great things to say about this place. My salesman was Shawn and he did a great job in helping me get into a brand new vehicle. The manger Mr. Hal will look out for you and truthfully I went to several car dealerships but they was the only ones willing to work with me thanks you guys if you looking for a car I highly recommend this place!!!!
They lied to my 80 yr old mom. Told her that her payment would be $200. We drove 70 miles to get that deal on a certain car they worked up. After spending 4 hours there, they came up with $300 payment on an older car! Lies lies. Don't listen to them.
The prices quoted for repairs were outrageously expensive.

If I could rate a zero, I would! The service was horrible! They are extremely rude! I couldn't believe how my parents were treated after handing them a check for $38,000! I would never recommend anyone go there. They don't deserve the business. However, Johnny was a saint. I would however avoid the overweight African American male. He was more concerned with his personal phone call than his customer. Never again!
