Love Killian Road Honda I have been here several times and my husband and I enjoy the arcade area more while waiting for the van to get service but many seem to enjoy the theater area. Everyone is always helpful and professional at this location. This review is based on my recent visit where service advisor Galen and the technician Jesse were very helpful. I only needed the lock removed from the wheel, because I could not find my key and when I called to ask about the process the female service advisor told me by phone I would have to schedule appt wait a few hours and again this is only to remove a lock from the tire so when I arrived at the service area I was sure to avoid her line and luckily I got Galen who appreciated me as a customer helped me right in the service area and I did not get out the car. Select Galen as your advisor!!!

Arrived around 2:00PM and waited until 3:47 to be told that my vehicle can't be diagnosed or looked at while other customers aren't being sent away. Is it that difficult to just look at the specific issue? Why would I have to wait an hour and forty seven minutes to be told that they not only can't fix the issue but don't have time to even assist me? There's over an hour left and no one can at least try to service or look at my vehicle. I'm a loyal got his vehicle from here and had most of my major repairs performed here. This is a first but I'm majorly disappointed. Also, my technician had the nerve to mention during the discussion that he would be able to go home for mother's day but he would recommend that I avoid the interstate. Midlands, what has happened to the customer service standard you once had? Update Time to give credit where and when it's due. After expressing my disappointment and concern with Craig Skinner, he looked under the hood (not a full diagnostic) and was able to get me a temporary fix to me issue. Craig, I appreciate your commitment to service and thank you for at least looking under the hood!

Never dealing them again the car salesman damien keep running my credit after I left without my permission. Even after several attempts to get me fiananced. I told him I did want a lot of hard inquiries although I know it come off it the point of respect! Days later he continued after me calling and speaking to the managers 27 inquiries he gave me try to get a sale and didn’t care about the customer I went down the street to JT KIA and told them what I was looking for and with one time I had a new car with half the down payment. Please do yourself a favor and buy your car somewhere else. Very deceitful people in the company. Bought a new Honda Odyssey last Wednesday and traded in a 2015 Yukon Denali. Not only did the salesman fill out and submit the emailed survey for me to make sure that all 10's were given, after pretending to show me how to complete the survey ( which was not asked or prompted) but we were not informed that the company had 10 days to send over payment to our loan company for the Yukon so we unexpectedly paid 3000 dollars last week for a down payment then 805 dollars for a car this week that we do not own anymore. My calls went unanswered and voicemails were not returned so I marched myself in there yesterday to get answers. The finance guy informed me that it was an under sight on his part to not inform us of this, but that they are not obligated to do so. You cannot expect someone to eat 805 dollars for a car payment that they do not have after spending money on a down payment the week prior and think that it is not a consumer's right to know this practice so that they can plan accordingly. Terrible business practice. Yes, customer service did call me later on that day when I flew out of there like a wild animal, but nothing could be done since they had overnighted my payment to Chase Bank after I left. Would have been nice for my car to be paid off the night that I left with a brand new vehicle in my driveway as opposed to a week later. Buyer beware..DO NOT do business with this establishment. Let my stress and heartache save you from yours.

Left this place after the salesman couldn’t get the car I wanted to test drive started. He let me driver a different car wit the same make and model. Told me the battery was dead on the other one but he couldn’t jump it. I sat around for 20 minutes waiting for him. Overall pretty disappointed with the service I received here. This is inconsistent, however, with my experience here in 2015 and I am hoping I just got unlucky.

Nobody greets or directs you when attempting to utilize the service center. You get trapped in a line with other cars behind you and no human interaction until you finally get to the front. If you didn’t need to be in that car line (I.e. if they are unable to get to your oil change that day with a full schedule) then you just wasted 45 min of your life. Either book (you’ll still probably wait), or find some other auto center that can give you customer service in a reasonable amount of time.

Friendly, helpful, and funny...we had some good laughs while we waited (4.5 hours, even without financing, because they were "short staffed") to finalized everything. The wait was absolutely ridiculous and we contemplated leaving but for our salesman, we would give 5 stars! The rest of our experience was just average. The Pre-owned department, although friendly, was very unorganized but with improvements, they would be much better to deal with. We also dealt with the service department afterwards and they seemed organized and professional.

Sometimes your heart is as big as the world. This particular case there is no measurement for this worker. About a week ago I was at the Dealership with a friend. This lady came in with someone in the wheelchair. I saw this sales lady came out to the car and helped this customer out of the car in her wheelchair pushed this customer inside. The receptionist came from behind the desk and held open the door while other salesman was just standing around talking. This sales lady name was Joyce. She not only treated this customer as important but treated her like family. She helped place the lady back in the car and placed the wheelchair back in the car. This customer hugged her. Kudos to Craig and your service department! Monday night, after 6 PM, my daughter got in her CRV to head back to Clemson but it would hardly start. After a jump start, we called your service department and I explained my situation to Craig. Now I was prepared to be told “it was too late to come in tonight and to come in tomorrow” but without hesitation Craig said “we had to get her back to school and to bring the car in.” He must have heard the anxiety in my voice and he reassured me they would be there for us. Thank you for understanding, for being there in a pinch and for not making me feel rushed. We were in and out in about an hour and she is back at school!

My husband and I purchased our 2017 Honda Accord last week. Originally came in to test drive a CR-V that was "conveniently" sold within the hour and a half it took us to drive from Aiken after being called and told to come test drive. I wanted to walk off the lot but my husband decided to look at their crooked deals. He eventually came to love the Accord because of the mileage and thought it was a good deal. It was a leased vehicle so of course a few issues. I noticed some paint chips and scrapes on the hood and trunk area that the manager agreed to polish up and paint. I made an appointment and sat here for 2 hours today with my 5 year old only to notice not one thing done to the car when given back. These salesmen and managers at Midlands Honda of Columbia are liars. Do not trust them even when they sign their names to a document stating they owe you. Get it done before releasing a check to them!!!

Reading a story posted by a customer on how well a disabled customer was treated warmed my heart. I'm a disabled Veteran and I was in the Dealership several weeks ago. My wife and I came in the dealership. I have one leg and my wife and I passed several gentlemen sitting outside. I held the door open for my wife and preceded in without being acknowledge. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. We conducted our business and preceded to leave as we was exiting the building this young lady got up from sitting by the door and held it open and escorted us outside. She had a wonderful smile and my wife and I thanked her and said she didn't half to do tha . This young lady commented I know I didn't half to do it but I wanted to. I brought my vehicle here to have the front passenger side door power window regulator replaced. When I picked my vehicle up the passenger window was filthy with greasy fingerprints. I took my vehicle home to clean it and found that the door that was worked on would not open with the power lock controls or manually. I drove back to the dealer and alerted them to this. Mechanic tried to open door manually and with controls in front of me with no success. He them took it in the back & according to him unjammed it...For $462.72 to service a power window one would at least expect some type of decent quality control & better customer service....should have taken to Firestone Care care for this quality of service for a fraction of the price.
