Yesterday I spoke with Sean at Luxury Cars of Lexington. He was very helpful and courteous and we made an appointment for today. Upon arrival he met me at the door and then showed me the vehicle I had come from Newberry County to see. I test drove the vehicle, we discussed the price, negotiated a bit with the owner Mike and we were able to arrive at a satisfactory price. I wrote the check and proceeded to see Tony who took care of the paperwork. Sean, Mike Tony and the other gentleman who was also helpful were all exemplary in their assistance to me. I will most definitely recommend them and Sean in particular and I will be back for another vehicle in the future. Sean Outaoui was a phenomenal sales representative and they knew their inventory from top to bottom. Specs, features, the whole thing. They sell GREAT low mileage luxury cars that are well maintained and reliable. They do offer financing and we recently purchased a BMW 335i Convertible. I highly recommend this dealership. You will not get ripped off and they make everything very easy understand. If you are looking for a high end pre-owned car this is your place. The owner lied! Luxury Cars of Lexington sold me a 2011 Jeep that I have had to replace the transmission after a few hundred miles. They gave me a “warranty” but the warranty only paid for about 1/3 of the cost. The owner Mike refused to help with any cost of the transmission replacement. I would recommend that no one buys a car here. They give a lousy warranty and then you are responsible for the cost of any repairs needed. Luxury Cars of Lexington sells LEMONS!. Beware of buying a car at this location! After turning this rob shop into the BBB the owner Mike lied about the transaction. Avoid this place! Now the car needs motor mounts. The owner is dishonest.

We purchased a vehicle for my wife's 41st birthday on February 8th, 2019. We were very pleased with the price and vehicle we received however two days after purchasing the car we realized the front driver's side suspension was defective. We messaged a picture of the defect and we were told "give us a few days and we see what we can do to repair the issue for you but it should not be a problem." Luxury Cars of Lexington sent a response from their owner and said, "there is nothing they can do because they did not include a warranty with the vehicle and now that we owned the vehicle it was our problem." We asked for an extended warranty to be added and yet still no resolve. When you are put on hold when calling into Luxury Cars of Lexington, the voice over that you hear clearly says you receive a warranty with every vehicle purchased at Luxury Cars of Lexington and we were told we had 30 days to return the vehicle if we were not happy with the vehicle. Sadly 30 days later, Luxury Cars of Lexington still has not provided any solution to our "new" vehicle that we purchased from them. We had to get the suspension repaired on a vehicle we literally owned for two days and will pick up today to finally get enjoy our "new" vehicle. I was clear that we would never refer anyone to them and we will be removing the sticker that promotes their name on our vehicle. We hope that no one else receives the service that we received from Luxury Cars of Lexington. The picture posted is the picture we sent to Luxury Cars of Lexington on February 10th, 2019 literally two days after purchasing the vehicle on February 8th, 2019.

On 12/09/2018 I purchased a 2012 Escalade Luxury from this dealer. At 1 week we noticed a leak on our garage floor, it was power steering fluid. Took it to the dealer and he told us to take it to "his guy", who was Darrel at Precusion Auto in Lexington. He said it needed a new Rack and Pinion and the charge would be $600 plus labor and that he would call Tony to see how to proceed. The next time I spoke with Darrel the cost was going to be $1500 and that Tony agreed to pay half. At this point I realized I couldn't trust either of them. As of today we have had to put out $3500 for repairs for this car which Luxury Cars claimed they had inspected and it was in great shape. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a car from these people is to have a mechanic of your choice inspect the vehicle prior to closing the deal because once they have your money, they are finished with you! BUYER BEWARE.....THESE PEOPLE CANT BE TRUSTED!!!! In fact, do yourself a favor and don't go there because there are reputable dealers that don't do business the way these people do!

++Please Read++ I do not normally write reviews, but I would like to pass on my experience to others. To sum up this dealership in a phrase....Very Professional. I mostly delt with Sean and Tony. However every employee always gave the greeting of the day and acknowledged me everytime entering the door, this is small but in my profession, important. As for the negotiating process for my purchase and trade in, they were up front and genuine. There was no pressure to buy, and I felt in the end they were fair and I got a good deal for my transaction. I would buy from them again.

Great service beginning to end - from talking with Charles via email and then also getting questions answered through text. I was driving from 2+ hours away to pickup the vehicle I purchased and Luxury Cars of Lexington was great talking numbers and coming to terms via email/text. When I arrived with just less than an hour before they closed I was afraid I was going to hold them up - I was out the door in under 45 minutes! This was the most expedient car buying experience I've had and pleasant team to work with.

Bought a 2009 Honda for my mother and the check engine light came on 4 days later. I can’t imagine that to be a coincidence. Also, was told that we would have a full warranty for 90 days by Charles, and while were signing the paperwork for purchase and asked about it was told we could BUY that warranty if we wanted to. Regarding my moms vehicle for trade they wanted to give us 300 dollars, which was an insult and we ended up selling it on our own for $1150.00. Don’t expect any negotiation. They barley budge on pricing. I also suggest you pay the fee at the dealership for a FULL BUYERS INSPECTION for the respective car you are purchasing to KNOW what you are getting and do YOUR due diligence. Overall, we are grateful for the purchase and feel we paid a fair price, for a good vehicle . Just prefer for a car salesmen to not mix words and be completely transparent. Charles was very personable, and I guess he did all he could.

Please stay away from this family owned company. Their cars are not in good condition and the customer service sucks. They want large down payments and the cars may not even run.My brother had a lot of trouble getting his down payment back. He had to call finance company and told them not to cut them a check he was returning the car

Charles made such a great impression we drove from Rock Hill, SC to the dealership. It was Charles's birthday but he did not rush us and stayed until our purchase was complete. He even allow us to drive the car into Columbia to allow a relative to test drive the car with us. Charles and the entire staff were very friendly and nice to our family. My husband and I brought a Lexus from them in February and I must say Tony and his team were beyond helpful in helping us get the best deal! The car was in great shape except some minor hitch on the mirror cover which was honestly explained to me and i was just but content. These folks are nice to deal with. The used car we bought is a very good car and they gave us a good deal on it. The car looked like it was detailed but once we got it home it became apparent that they had not been thorough. There was a lot of dirt and dog hair under the rubber floor mats. They did not notice the dome light wasn’t working; we ended up buying the bulb because they forgot to. One of the rear seat release latches doesn’t work; we didn’t realize it was suppose to until we got it home and started cleaning the car and found out it didn’t work. We are happy with the car, it was what we were looking for.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.. I got a loan from the bank to buy a BMW. I test drove the car I WAS HAPPY. I left the car because it needed a few touch ups. I didn't get the warranty, didn't have enough money. A week later went back to get my BMW I paid for... got in started it up and white smoke was all over the place. I told Tony I'm not talking this car off the lot... It took them a week to give me my money and they kept $8,000. so, they was going to force me to get a car from them. This happened on a Saturday they put the car back on the website Monday... PLEASE GO TO THE REAL WEBSITE AND READ THE REAL REVIEWS.. I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH "DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. They don't care about you, THEY NEED YOUR MONEY....
