Had a small pinhole in a tire. Took paint and marked it. Showed it to them. Takes 15 minutes to do if you already know where to look. 15 minute job took them 2 hours+. Are you kidding me? Not only that, they were notified in the morning this car would be here, for this specific service. Updated nov20-2018 Added a second start because the GM listened to the problem and responded.

Very dissatisfied on my last visit. I had the 10k mile service done. My service tech said my car couldn’t go through the car wash because I had a bike rack on, so my car had to be hand washed. I was totally fine with this thinking it would be washed even better. Well that was a mistake, when I picked my car it disgusting how they washed it. It looked like they did it superficially without caring about the customer. You would expect this people to go above and beyond with customer service since it’s LEXUS. I would understand if it was at Honda and Toyota but I’m not paying 300 dollars for a lease here. Yeah the car wash is complimentary but that doesn’t take away from providing excellent customer service. As Lexus customers we expect you guys to be consistent every time.

Lexus charged me $300 to investigate my transmission jerking issue and told me it would then cost me $6000 to replace my transmission or it would soon break down completely. They advised me to either get the costly repair or to look into getting a new vehicle. I took my car in for a second opinion to Advanced Transmissions experts who not only fixed it within hours but also did it for free and just told me it was a computer glitch that needed a system reboot. My car has been working flawlessly for months since then. I wouldn’t trust Lexus with your car needs, they either are not skilled or they are just after price gouging costly services that are not necessary.

When I went to the dealership on May 27, 2017 Roxi Miller told me she would order them. On Dec 22, 2018 while I was getting my airbag recall done I asked Mitch to check on the status of my dashboard and door panels and he told me that Roxi no longer works for the company so my order must’ve “fell through the cracks”

We had been looking for a particular vehicle for a year and a half. This dealership had one so we started inquiring about it. We were given great customer service from start to finish. The internet communicator sent several videos we requested of the vehicle. They even put the vehicle up on a lift to send a video of the undercarriage. I wanted to see the condition of the vehicle before driving 4 hours to look at it. We ended up going to look at it and purchased it. The salesman was professional and gave us time to look at the vehicle. No one was pushy. It was a great experience even if I had to drive 8 hours to get it.

First let me just say the only reason I gave this place 1 star is because I had to so i could leave a review. They deserve NO stars!!!!! My son took his car, a 2008 ISF, to Lexus of Greenville for some maintenance services yesterday 5/3/18. The services to be done were.... a brake flush, transmission flush, and a differential flush. He had to be there at 9:00am they were done by 11:30. They brought his car to him and it was making a knocking noise. Needless to say it didn’t go in KNOCKING or with any problems. This car is babied to a T and he was just trying to take good care of it by having the maintenance done. This car WAS in perfect condition and now it’s not. They kept telling him that it was the oil pump and it was just the timing blah blah blah. They told him it would cost $1600.00 to fix it and he has already paid them $500 for what they did. They also told him they would work with him and give him some GOOD FAITH MONEY and it wouldn’t cost as much. They gave him a loaner and sent him on his way. (I guess to try to cover there mistake) Then we call and talk with these people about paying for something that was not his fault and that they did. (Of course they say it was nothing they did). So we tell them we are not paying anything and the general manager tells us to come get our car and to return the loaner or he will report it stolen.(REALLY!!)

Took my RC F in bc brakes squealing at 17,000 miles. Informed high performance brakes wear quickly. Paid $1,200 for front brakes and rotor replacement. Mechanics dinged up the pretty orange calipers during the service. I pointed out the damage on pick up. They kept my car and ordered a new caliper cover for front right and paint touch up left side. Gave a free detail service for my trouble. Noted incomplete detail service on pick up. Strong stinky smell in my car that use to smell like new car and leather. Overspray not wiped off on doors, dash, airvents, and seats. They kept car to better detail. On pick up the 3rd time, noted better detail but car still smell of cheap air freshener instead of new car and leather.

I had one of the best car purchase experiences at Lexus of Greenville due to sales consultant Peter Pinckney. I needed to replace my 2006 RX330 due to another driver causing an accident that totaled my Lexus. I had a budget and particular requirements for a later model year Lexus RX350 and Peter was great to not pressure me and to provide information I needed to make an informed choice. I’m very happy with my “new” Lexus Certified 2015 Lexus RX350 and my experience with Lexus of Greenville.

What a wonderful experience. My rep, John Miller was outstanding. He was proactive in helping me figure out what I needed. When we discovered that it was time to change the timing belt, he took me to my mechanic. We all agreed that we might as well change the water pump. As it turned out, there was a small hole in the pump. It would have failed in the near future. I appreciate the fact that they didn’t try to ram additional services down my throat. They even saved the defective water pump to show me (I actually took it with me.). My loaner was amazing. I didn’t have an updated insurance card with me. They helped me get the needed information so I could take the 2019 ES 350. Heck, I want that car now!!!!! I will always remain a Lexus owner. Keep up the good work!!!

Pros: The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lyndsay was a great sales rep- she was honest about the car and what it offered, and didn’t feel pushy. I worked with Danny towards the end of the deal, and he was very up front about what he could do on price. I’ve worked with several dealers who drag out the process of getting to the bottom line multiple hours. I was pleasantly surprised with their approach- it seemed more transparent than I’ve experienced elsewhere. Overall the customer service is top notch; they make you feel right at home. Cons: I had a little trouble getting in touch with them about price quotes initially. I emailed one sales rep about a quote from another dealer and never heard from him. Months later I also made a purchase inquiry and actually made an offer on a car. I didn’t hear from anyone for about 4 days, which was odd. I then followed up with an email that expressed some dissatisfaction and was called back immediately. I was told that my offer must have “gone into the abyss” never to be found again, which I found hard to believe. Maybe they thought I wasn’t a serious buyer, but who knows. Shortly after that, Danny (sales manager) followed up with me and the remainder of the buying process of seamless.

My service advisor was polite and did a good job. However overall I’m really disappointed. The dealer was unable to repair my rear view mirror that melted off my glass in the summer heat. They said they didn’t have a guy in town to fix it. I paid $844 and drove 45 minutes for my 120,000 mile service. It’s insane that I spent that much money and drove that far to THE Lexus dealer only to be told they can’t put a rear view mirror back on a car when I just paid an arm and leg in labor cost alone. The dealership should be able to repair all equipment on their vehicle. Especially when you’re forking our that kind of cash for maintenance. EDIT: GM and Service manager contacted me. Picked up my car from me all the way in Spartanburg, gave me a loaner, fixed my mirror for free, and brought my vehicle back to me. Great experience. It was just a miscommunication with my original issue. They went the extra mile and made it right. Great customer service.

Personally I had a great experience at this dealer. When a lady hit my Lexus SUV and totaled it, I was unexpectedly in a search for a new car. When I got to the dealership, my salesman Paul already had the car pulled up that I wanted to see in two different colors. He wasn't constantly breathing over your shoulder like most car salesman, and let me and my husband do our own thing (which is what we prefer) but was right there to answer any questions that we had about the vehicle. I had previously in the week looked at the Lexus in Charlotte and had a terrible experience, so it was so nice to be treated well, and given a fair reasonable price here. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at this dealership, and am thankful for the great job Paul did, and all of his help.

We were treated so well with Ray the salesman and things were so smooth and clear. Once we had to sign paperwork with Tracy, it went completely downhill. Never have I ever been so uncomfortable with making a big decision like this as a newlywed. DO NOT do business here if you will have to talk to Tracy. I purchased a car from them and then traded it in a month later because I wasn't satisfied. The sales guys I dealt with were extremely nice and informative. Until I had to deal with Tracy and another man who is in charge of financing. They hounded me about getting the extended warranty. I was in there for SEVERAL hours. I repeatedly told them no, no, no, and no. They weren't taking NO for an answer. I wish I wouldn't have even bought the first car from them in the first place. Extremely dissatisfied with their "customer service" if you can even call it that. They knew I was a newlywed without much knowledge, but I mean come on, NO means NO!

There were dirty smudges on the A and B pillars ,passenger side, and the plastic cover for the rear passenger door handle was lying on the floor. The rear door on that side now locks/unlocks intermittently. It was worse care and attention than I would have expected from a gas station repair. Additionally, I was told that all the ordered parts were in for the repair but driver's side front and rear interior door panels were missing.

Excellent service! Stopped in hoping they could do a checkup as it had been a while (~170,000+ mi on the odometer). They gave me a loaner for the morning. Stopped back in about noon ... they had run all their diagnostics and had a short list of the routine recommendations. As they didn’t have time to get to it all that afternoon they sent me home to Highlands, NC with the loaner (almost 2 hrs away !!!), and drove up the following day with my car. What a service! Service rep is Cole ... very professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.

We’ve taken our car there for a 5000 and 10000 mile service. Both experiences were very poor at best. At the 5000 mile service the car was returned filthy and as my wife was leaving the dealership the trunk lid flew open. I’m not sure why they were in the trunk. Spoke with Chad at the dealership and was assured the next experience would be better. At the 10000 mile service the car was returned with deep scratches on the trunk lid that will require paint to fix. I did send a text message to Chad, but haven’t heard back from him yet. I do not recommend them for anything and won’t be doing anymore business with them.

Bought two cars here. If I have to sit down with Tracy again to sign paperwork, I will not do business here any longer. I know this isn't the first complaint either. She bombarded us with trying to buy something that isn't necessary that she clearly gets commission off of and then left to bring someone else in to try once again to persuade us. When we say NO the first time, that's what we mean. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE if you have to work with Tracy. She was not polite, informative, and got down right mad at us and didn't even explain anything to us due to her anger. What a joke of customer service.

We were very taken back by our overall experience with Lexus of Greenville. We purchased a 2015 RX350 on 5/16/18. The whole time my husband and myself were at the dealership we were being given the impression we can't afford a Lexus, so why are we there? This feeling/impression was confirmed when the Master Certified Finance Manger "John", says to us while signing papers for our purchase "You two look like a Bonnie & Clyde couple ". His words left us speechless. What does a statement like that mean? Considering he was referring to a couple that played the role of gangsters in a movie. We took this statement as we didn't fit the image he had in mind of someone who should be at the dealership wanting to purchase a Lexus. We had arranged our financing with our credit union prior to. So all we had to do was find a vehicle and fax the buyers order and go sign paperwork. Our salesman Brad was much more respectful and didn't say or treat us like we are gangsters. We live almost a two hour drive from this dealership but we made the drive; as we thought they would be more receptive and respectful than their bigger competitors in Charlotte. Not sure at this time if we will bring any repeat business or even recommend to others.

A tire place said the battery was not bad it was the alternator. So I took it to Lexus. After your thorough testing you proved it was not the alternator but the battery. So I had you put in a new battery even though the existing battery was only 1.4 yrs old. great Job Guys!!

Geordie and the staff were very assistive and informative. I had taken in my CT200h for the inverter coolant to be changed, and the staff noticed an open safety recall on the airbags. They made sure that I had a loaner car to get around while they had the parts shipped in to fix the open recall. Your service representative could not have been any nicer or professional, however after waiting two hours to diagnose the problem, they failed in their diagnosis. I came in after stopping to get gas in Greenville and my Lexus would not crank. After calling in Lexus roadside service, they jumped me off and suggested that I run by the Lexus dealership and let them run their tests. It was his opinion that it was probably a bad battery but since I had only about l5,000 miles on my car I should have Lexus check it out. The dealership stated it was not the battery and everything checked out. Having to stop again in Montgomery, Al to get gas that same day, the Lexus would not restart and I had to call roadside assistance (again). He jumped me off and said he thought it might be the battery. I drove on to Mobile and took it to the Mobile Lexus dealership which ran tests and showed that I had a bad battery (cell) which they promptly replaced. Bottom line, not very good evaluating my problem, which added additional travel time to an already long trip.

Today, we were humiliated by the staff members there we were dealing with. We purchased a CT hybrid there, 11 mo ago. We were contacted by our original sales agent, saying there was a good deal on the RC lease. We contacted them a few weeks prior to see if they could help lower our payment. We were met with an offer of almost 20k less than we paid for the car. I drive a Mercedes and the sales person insulted that brand. We were not happy and exchanged some words with herself and the management team. I have now reached out to the dealer manager. Bottom line, I'm sure you could get better service ANYWHERE else!!! My Mercedes dealer treats me with kindness and respect!

Went there last week just to look for more information about a POSSIBLE trade in. Drove out in a NEW 2019 NX300 Fsport. This was our First time at Lexus of Greenville and honestly the BEST. What made this experience so great was Mark McKee. This is the first time we go to a dealership and feel NO pressure whatsoever, we didn't feel rushed, we got the questions we had answered. Mark was absolutely amazing. If you guys are in the Greenville area and looking for a new car - HANDS down we recommend Lexus of Greenville. The facility is very clean, folks are friendly. Ask for Mark McKee for the sales aspect and Leo for financial. These two folks made this entire process which can be a bit stressful and time consuming, fun and seamless! When I made the appointment for service on our Lexus, I double checked to make sure that they would vacuum and wash the car. When my husband received the car, he was in a very big hurry and didn’t have time to address it with our service rep but noticed that they did not vacuum or wash the car. I expected higher level attention from the dealership, particularly since I had asked when I made the appointment. I realize that this is a complementary service but I expected that it would be taken care of at the time of our visit.Our service rep was kind enough to offer to personally vacuum and wash our car and we certainly appreciate the offer, , but that’s not the point. , This is more about the inconvenience of having to return to the dealership. While this may appear to be trivial, it’s these type of personalized services that make one dealership stand out from the other. A better solution might have been to offer to come pick up our car and return it washed and vacuumed. Hopefully on our next service, this will be carefully monitored.

REPLACEMENT KEY- I called Lexus of Greenville because my key had broken off the fob. They quoted me at $475 to replace the key and program it to my car. After doing a little research I found our locksmiths could do the exact same thing for less than a 1/4th of the cost. I went to Car Keys to go off Laurens Rd and they replaced the entire fob, programmed it to my car and made me a spare all for $125 in less than 15 minutes. I do not understand how a dealership feels the need to rip customers off this way. Will not trust the prices at Lexus of Greenville anymore.

Came n for an oil change. Service Consultant (Cole Johnson )was professional and communicated well. Service Technician (Tylor) forgot to reinstall half of engine cowling and cowling fasteners on the other half of cowling. If I had not of lifted the hood to check work before leaving I would have driven off the lot, gotten home and would have had to return to correct the oversight.
