They scheduled me for an appointment to repair my car and after 3 days never even touched the car and told me they would understand if I go elsewhere. The appointment was scheduled over a week in advance. They also do not offer loaner vehicles for my case. The only offer an onsite enterprise rental that I can pay for. Worst dealership experience ever. Never buying another Ford after this.

Jones Ford goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their products. 15 months after purchasing a vehicle I was experiencing issues that were within my extended warranty; not only did they try to make it right, but when they couldn't due to distance (as I moved out of town) they got me into a brand new car with a lesser payment and amazing APR. Beach Ford (in Myrtle Beach) could not or would not touch what Jones in North CHS was offering. I could not be more satisfied with every experience I've ever had at Jones Ford.

Amazing customer service by Jake! Had a recall on my 2016 Ford Fusion that I put off fixing until it was too late and the piece actually malfunctioned on me. He got me in for service that same day (after I called the dealership where I bought my car twice, with no call back) - and he had my car fixed in less than 45 minutes! He was awesome and has definitely has earned my service business going forward! Even while I was briefly waiting, everyone I encountered was super nice. Next time I'm in the market for a new car, I'll be coming to Jones Ford!

I brought my car in for the airbag recall and I was very dissatisfied at the technician because he said that the airbag light was still on and there would be $150 charge to diagnose the light which I think is self explanatory,the airbag that was replaced may be defective. I also spent $1200 unexpectedly to replace the wheel barrons on the front which I was told only one needed to be replaced. Also they never test drove the car. I had to bring it back as soon as i left the lot to find that they didnt tighten something up and then they preceeded to tell me I need to replace my motor mount. My car left there with problems that it didn't have when it went there.

Service dept is great but the quick lane is far from quick. Spent 2 hours for an oil change. Sales dept plays the back and forth game. Update. There right now and 1.5 hr wait. People are rude, tried to leave and mechanic blocked my expedition and won’t move it. Never buying or coming back. Scott needs to learn how to be a manager apparently.

I was recently at Jones Ford for some issues I had been having with my Escape. I received the help and assistance I needed as soon as I walked into the doors. My car was repaired over a weeks time, but because of the service provided to me during this time, my life was not inconvenienced nor effected at any point. After my car was returned to me, there were no further problems, the car ran perfect, and I recieved a follow up call later in the week to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I will most definitely be back to this dealership for any assistance I may need in the future. Thank you Jake and everyone else at Jones Ford that helped to make my unfortunate situation such a wonderful one in the end!!

Just have all day to waste if your getting ANY kind of work done here. I stop coming here because of that same reason but recently I had to go back because of a recall. I had an appointment for 7am by 11 nothing was done! Fast forward 2days later they called and said they broke a bolt but when I get there the act like they never got a chance to LOOK at the car! 30hours and all that "was done" was an inspection, 30 hours! They had the audacity to ask me to bring it back, I'll go to Summerville instead thank you.

I bought a Ford Focus 2017 brand new. We have been having really big problems with the transmission, I took the car 3 times there and they don't do anything about it, they keep telling me that there is nothing wrong and the transmission is about to fall apart. I don't know what to do because they don't care about their costumers. All I can say is don't buy ford. It's a shame how this brand doesn't care about their reputation. I hope somebody can fix my transmission that only have 25000 miles.

I had a spectacular experience with Jones Ford. From the sales staff, to the finance manager, to the general manager... Everyone was pleasant, and most importantly, not pushy. I told them what I wanted to pay, and they understand I was not willing to play any games. So we quickly settled on a price and got me out the door with my new Explorer. They also provide an incredible limited lifetime powertrain warranty on my SUV, which is a huge help. I highly recommend them over the other dealerships in the area (I visited quite a few before settling with Jones!)

I am only reviewing my latest experience. I have used Jones for years, and will continue to. This review is for the maintenance performed at the Quick Lane. All good, except they stated "stated" they rotated my tires, but they didn't. I had even asked that they be balanced, but my tires were not touched. They spilled DEF all over the fill area and side of the truck and did not attempt to clean. Also, the interior of my truck was left pretty dirty with some nasty black grease.

I am typically a Ford fast lane customer. I love it there quick direct to the point and let you know exactly what to expect today. Five stars all the way for quick Lane. I had my first appointment with the service department. I must say I am not impressed. When I book the appointment for a tune-up oil change and HX of my rear window that would not close I was told 4 hours. The total time spent in the waiting room was 8 hours. My truck set in front of the service department for over an hour. it took another four hours for them to determine that the motor in my rear middle window was gone. the saving Grace at this point is the fact that one of the young ladies that work their saw me shivering uncontrollably because I was sick and was kind enough to turn on the gas logs.

Marty from Jones Ford just followed up and cleared up the questions I had hence the rating change. Recall 14S05. Calls for replacing Power Steering Sensor. They only reprogrammed it in 2017 now it went out again and they wont do anything when they should have replaced the part. Vin 1FMCU49H28KD21678 FORD ESCAPE HYBRID. They supposedly replaced the part under recall,but I found out they only reprogrammed it. Now the other day the wheel started shaking and all at once the power steering quite working while driving. Since at the time of the recall they dint replace a part only labor they will only warranty for 1 year versus 2 if they would have replaced the part as required.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It was an absolute nightmare getting my car there, getting it serviced, and getting it back. For starters, they lost my car, the keys, and record of it being there then questioned my intelligence asking if I was sure that it was there. VERY LONG STORY SHORT they "fixed" the issues and got it back to me after almost a month. I am having the same issues again with the car after only having it two weeks and I've called them numerous times to only leave voice mails and receive zero calls back.100% terrible customer service at Jones Ford. The absolute WORST experience of my life. My husbands truck was in a wreck and the insurance company gave us a choice in who we used to do the body damage repairs. Our truck was less than 6 months old and we purchased it from Jones so of course we chose them to fix it. Well, we've had to take our truck back to the dealership for the NINTH time today because the repairs were done so horribly. They painted the truck the WRONG COLOR the first few times, our passenger side door was never bolted on correctly and came loose (hanging on by ONE BOLT) while we were on a road trip, and this morning my husband went out to a flooded truck, coming directly from where the "repairs" were made. Unfortunately, we've talked to everyone in management including the owner and no one wants to or feels the need to solve this issue. Even when it was brought to there attention that this is a safety issue, still nothing. The owners response was "oh well just keep bringing it back and we'll keep fixing it." If you do any kind of business with this place, it will be equivalent to just setting your money on fire. No care or concern for the clients/customers. How unfortunate that this "family owned business" can't do better than this.

Told me it would be 2 hours to change oil and fix my tire that had a slow leak but took 3 hours and then told me there was a nail in the tire but it wasn’t leaking so they left it. That sucks but when I was heading out of town 16 hours later, the tire went flat and the only tire place open will take at least 2 hours to get to it. Thanks Quick Lane. Your incompetence not only cut into my vacation, but could have killed me and my wife.

I had my 1999 Ford Ranger brought in after it broke down on me. I wanted a diagnosis to be performed to see if it was even worth fixing as the value of the truck is waning with it at 160k miles. I agreed to pay the $145 flat diagnosis fee, and after a couple of days and discussion, I got a voicemail that they wanted to do some work that was too expensive for me, and wasn't event to completely fix the truck. I called back and told them not to do it, but Jake had said they already started. I was furious. The next day I went in and talked to the service manager and Jake, and they agreed to drop the cost of the work I didn't approve, and all I paid was the $145 diagnosis fee, AND they told me that the timing belt on the truck had broke, so I still got my diagnosis. This was going to be 1 star review but due to Jake being a man of his word we had it resolved without conflict. Big thanks to Jake and Jones Ford for being trustworthy.

Sales staff is top notch- 5 stars. Pank, the internet sales manager is excellent to work with and just a good guy. I purchased out of state and that is always a fricken mess, but the business dept there is kind of “big dealer old school” IMO. I felt that I was a slight bother every time I called finance to be honest, but they do what they say they are going to do...just no more than what is stated. i.e. They could have helped me out by post dating my bill of sale to the date of delivery...instead I had 6 days to register my car. That was frustrating as it was not possible to do so. Again, finance is particularly pushy with all the unnecessary add on items. Just ensure the OTD price you get from sales is what you pay. Overall I’d still buy from Jones again. My issues were minor in the over all scheme of things.

Everyone friendly inside and glad to help or answers any questions you may have. Park where you need outside and walk in to the front desk for whatever you need. Sometimes you will be greeted outside as you walk up. Bought a truck here which works great! Process was smooth and as with buying any vehicle takes a few hours. Test drive the vehicle you are looking at, head back to the office and go from there. Make sure to bring documents with you, especially if you are looking to trade in. Make sure to have someone available to pick you up or grab your other vehicle if you buy or trade in. After buying I was guaranteed my other vehicle would be returned home though the next day was told I’d have to find a way to get it myself. Still an overall good experience.

Bought a 2018 F150 from Jones Ford. I loved the old newspaper memorabilia on the walls. Sales person was very quick to sell me the truck. Nice sales manager and finance guy. However, the salesperson never stayed to show me anything about the truck. He just left to go play pool. Never called me to follow up on my purchase. I just received an email from Jones Ford with a survey. Probably not buying my next truck from them. Sales staff needs a systematic routine in place to eliminate these types of situations.

My wife took her Escape into the service center because it stalled. Service center found nothing wrong, said it was a glitch. Sent her over to the Express Oil change to get it checked out. Tech gave it a clean bill of health and said the battery was fine. Started having some minor issues on our trip to Florida a day later. Got back and checked battery myself. It was so full of corrosion I have no idea how the tech checked it. Called to complain and got the it wasn't our fault speech. Not getting my money again

I will give a four star as opposed to a one star of which I started to give. The oil plug was not correctly placed during the oil change; and as a result, my driveway was messed up as well as below my truck because of the oil leak. However, when I returned to Jones, my truck was immediately placed on the rack; and the problem was resolved expeditiously along with giving some degreaser to clean my driveway. Because of the no-haggling of giving another oil change because of the leak, I will continue allowing Jones to do my oil changes; but I might say that the oil change is little pricey and may be so with the addition of the tire rotation. A good business to serve your vehicle...

We took our company Transit in to check out a clicking noise. We were told the engine had to be replaced and given a quote of more than $6,000. We were not satisfied given the truck is less than 4 years old and less than 100,000 miles so we took to another place for a second opinion. It was a valve issue and repaired for less than $1500. The place we had repair it told us that those Transits have a history of this type of issue and the Ford dealership certainly should be aware of it. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and hope the guy was just inexperienced instead of trying to rip us off. Always get a second opinion here!

It wouldn’t let me post zero stars. I had a terrible experience. It has been about a month and I am still waiting on Chris James, the head service manager to call me back. My truck is unsafe to drive but Jones insisted that it was repaired and perfectly fine to drive. I bought my F-150 Lariat brand new from Jones Ford, which I will never do again. After calling Chris James 4-5 and sometimes 6 times a day, he will not answer the phone nor return voicemails. We was either at lunch (for two hours because I stood at the front desk and waited for him to return), in a meeting, delivering a vehicle, or simply unavailable. I was told “Chris is doing exactly what Ford has instructed him to do.” After consecutive days of these phone calls, my routine 9 am call response was “Chris is out for the day” and at that point I drove my truck to Palmetto Ford. There is a reason Graham Eubank runs the number one Ford dealership. With twenty seven years of experience Jim McMaster, the head service technician, has been extremely helpful along with John Mount and the rest of the helpful guys that greet you outside. Anyway, I’m still waiting on Chris James to call me back while I am driving a truck that is shifting gears on its own.

I am a fairly new customer at Jones Ford Quick Change, approximately 12 months. I have had 2 of my 3 Fords serviced here. My wife's Expedition needed an oil change and since 2 of 3 had good reviews I would make it 3. I've been dealing with several people at Jones since yesterday concerning this POS truck they sold me and ALLOWED me to pay in full and actually drive off the lot, KNOWING everything that was wrong and not disclosing it. I'm a very long standing customer of Jones ford (having purchased 3 BRAND NEW vehicles in the past), but can absolutely guarantee that I will NEVER speak of their name ever again in a positive manner. What a shame considering that when the new Bronco hits the market, my wife and I were going to be coming to them to buy one as our family vehicle. I will be shopping at the other Ford dealerships In the area from now on and I can promise for every 1 person I tell my story to, they will tell 10+....and I intend on passing my horrible experience to quite a bit of people. The ONLY reason I bought a used truck was because it was coming from Jones ford and I know the reputation in the community behind the company's name. What a waste. Thanks for absolutely nothing. But hey...they got $8000 for a POS truck (paid in full..cash) so I'm sure no sleep on their end will be lost. Me, I'm out $8000 and have a truck sitting in my yard that isnt safe to drive, when it decides to even start.

Went for oil change. Was told 2.5 hour wait, but they have a shuttle to take me to work. Waited 2 hours for the shuttle, while being told the "shuttle was on the way" many times during those 2 hours. I finally took an Uber to work. I have tried 7 times during the past week to get an oil change and the wait is always 2.5 hours or more. The website shows that they open at 8:00, so I got there at 8:00 and there were 14 people ahead of me...because they actually open at 7:00. The website hours are wrong. UPDATE: Jones Ford did reach out and made the situation right. Sometimes bad things happen at work. How those bad situations get handled says a lot about the company.

I'm not sure why service departments at auto dealerships try to offer an appointment service, when they never seem to understand what an appointment implies. Every other appointment I set up means something will happen at the appointed time. At this dealership, it means you get put in the queue, and you hope that your car will be serviced in a reasonable time frame. I don't use dealers for service if I can help it, and my current experience confirms my stance. On the plus side, the chairs are comfortable, but the coffee is weak.

I love my Jones Ford dealership on rivers ave in North Charleston this is by far the best dealership experience I've had so far I called on a Friday evening in reference to have the oil changed in my new Ford Focus and I was thinking I needed an appointment the guy that I spoke with was more than happy to help me I told him that I needed an oil change and he replied ma'am it's no need for an appointment come on in and we'll take care of you so Saturday morning I drove my new car to the Jones Ford dealership on rivers ave I didn't want to wait around so I had a ride pick me up and take me home after about an hour I had a call telling to come and pick up my car it was all done I was more than happy to go and get my new car with fresh oil in it I love the fact that the same place I brought my focus is the place that service my focus I received a full report on my ride and was happy to know that it's nothing wrong with it from the breaks to the fluids my Jones Ford dealership can do it I love my new car so much I wrote a song about how much I love it and I call it I'm focused written and recorded by me Maybe on day I can do a Jones Ford commercial telling everybody just how much I love my new Ford Focus and that the Jones Ford dealership is the best place in Charleston SC to buy a new or used Ford

I was in a hurry. I needed two new keys /fobs. I was told that this would not be an issue. Initially, we thought I would have to be towed there and then have the keys made but I was finally able to start the truck. After they said that it would take about 15 minutes, I waited an hour to find out that they didn't even have the parts in stock. If I had had the truck towed there this would have been an even greater issue as it would have cost me getting to the airport with all of my work stuff. As it was, they still cost me 200 dollars because I missed checkout at my hotel and was charged for another night that I am not even staying. Every time I go here, I feel like I wish I had waited and gone out of my way to another dealership not in Charleston. Lesson finally learned...

Went to the quick lane place they run for an alignment after replacing front end parts on my truck. What I recieved was a very poor alignment that the service writer blamed on worn parts that don't even exist on my truck. He said rack and pinion, my truck has a standard steering gear box) After telling him what was on it and they were new he was silent. Explained that I was ASE certified and his mechanic was simply lazy, again crickets from service writer. Paid my bill and went home to contact customer relations. The gentleman I spoke with said they would be in touch to resolve the issue. It's been a couple of weeks and I haven't heard a peep. I explained to the customer relations director I would of actually paid more to get a proper alignment as my truck is more complex than most cars. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled. They simply want your money and you out the door.

Recently, I scheduled a steering gear box replacement where I even supplied the part. I was called back and told to be there at 0830 am sharp by the service staff. It was confirmed that they would accommodate my need to stay with the vehicle and do what work I could from my laptop in their lobby. So after they confirmed I scheduled out my day as best I could. I arrived promptly and was greeted, checked in and went to work in the lobby. Around 1030 one of the service techs checked on me saying everything was going well. Another two hours goes by which is now around 1230 and I see my vehicle pull around front. I go up to check it out thinking Wow that was fast and great. Nope !! When I walked up to the counter with a smile on my face I was informed, after 4 hours of waiting,that they couldn't do the repair ! I asked what they meant as in was their a welded bolt, was the part that brought wrong etc? The service staff just said Nope we can't do it, I asked again, Why? Rudely I was told that they had no one to do the job and that they were too busy that day to do anything about it or to further accommodate my needs. I about flipped out when I was literally told "it is what it is by the service staff". I calmed down and simply said this is unacceptable and you have to do something to make this better . At which point they said sorry it is what it is again! Frustrated , I asked for the manager who never showed. After another 30 minutes of waiting for him I left. I called and left a voicemail for him to call me back being that I have done business with Jones Ford for several years I still wanted to give them a chance to make things right. I drove off and went about saving my day as best I could. I received a phone call from Chris James the service manager late that afternoon. The phone call was sorely disappointing as he basically said again it is what it is and that's the way it goes and that people don't expect to wait for repairs. I said well whats that million dollar lobby for then? He again said sorry , it is what it is in the auto industry ! I did receive an estimate the next day from Chris that was supposed to show a labor reduction for my troubles. However, after checking around with other reputable mechanics the estimate was found to be 100.00 more than the two other estimates I received. TERRIBLE SERVICE and a HUGE DISSERVICE to Quaddy and Lucy Jones and the Jones Ford heritage. Your new management and ownership should be ashamed! I am simply disgusted with your entire operation and was mistreated terribly in all aspects.

Had an appointment when I brought my cat in at 1030. I left the car to do a air bag recall on 2005 Ford mustang. I called at 1400 to see if its ready. I got off of work at 4 and went to pick up my car which should have been ready. Got there car still on the same spot. I know the car was 2005 and a recall but there should have been a little better service. I had to wait until 5:30.

Recently while on a weekend trip with fellow Thunderbird owners I was broadsided by a big Deer. Luckily there was no airbag involvement but the entire passenger side of my car was damaged. Jones Ford has some real craftsmen in their collision shop and USAA my insurance company got me back in "Roxy" after two weeks. While I was waiting I had a 2018 Mustang Convertible to use which Enterprise supplied and USAA paid for. All car accidents should be so painless. Thank you, Jones Ford!

Then when you ask them questions, they act like you are a bother to them.. not okay. Not to mention the first time I came here to have a warranty situation fixed that was covered by the manufacture.... had a appointment made by JAKE ... and I STILL ended up waiting over 3 hours for a 30 min-to an 1 hour type of fix on my SYNC. Ridiculous!!! Work on customer service and put a smile on your face Jones Ford. Do you all hate your job that much?! Had a family member come in today 5-24- to have my car serviced and yet again no smiles and not even a hi how can I help you from ANYONE. She asked about possibly getting a loaner car since it would take over a day and they just said "go rent a car"... very cold to her. Did not seem to care that Jones Ford just lost a customer. Rough experience with the QuickLane, won't utilize their services again. Dropped car for oil change and 2 new tires, they mistakenly swapped out a good tire and left the one with a nail. Brought it back on a Friday to swap the bad tire, never got a call when it was done. I called on Monday morning and learned it had been sitting there complete. I asked for a pickup at 2pm that day from the courtesy car, but it didnt show, and multiple calls to the Quicklane went unanswered. Paid for an Uber instead. I told the manager I was not satisfied and wouldn't be returning but that didn't phase him as he kept typing on the computer. They won't miss me though as there is always plenty of customers waiting for service. I hope you have a better experience.

On July 5th, I brought my car in for a repair to a seat mechanism and was told I would need to wait three weeks for an appointment. A service advisor told me if I brought it back after the weekend, first thing in the morning, that they would take a look at my car and come up with a plan to repair it. I showed up when they opened and dropped off my car. Having not heard from my service advisor by 5 pm, I went online to get the phone number and found that I could send a text message. I did so, asking for an update on my vehicle. I received two confirmation text messages saying that my request was passed on to another person and the second text message said my request was passed on to a different person and yet, I never received a text message or phone call about my vehicle. If you're going to have such a feature on your website, you need to monitor and respond to the traffic it generates, otherwise you do nothing but frustrate your customer. At 6 pm, I called and asked if I could pick up my vehicle. I was told that the service department didn't get to my car until late in the afternoon and that I wouldn't be able to get it until late the next morning. I had not been told that they may not be able to get to my car that day and that they might need to keep it overnight. Now I had to figure out transportation for a second day. When I did pick up the car the next day, I was told it would take 3-5 days to get the parts in and then they would get me back in to fix the seat. That was six days ago. I am absolutely okay with delays in repairs and diagnosis and the delay in getting the parts in. I am not okay with the lack of communication from the service department. *** I originally rated them with 3-stars but downgraded the rating to 1-star. The seat was eventually repaired and I totally understand the time it took to do so. However, the seats were coated with grease which I didn’t notice until I arrived home. Because I needed the vehicle, I cleaned them myself and took the car back the next day. I showed the towel I used to the service advisor. He seemed to be appalled as I was, kept the towel, and said he would speak to the service manager. As we were examining the vehicle, we noticed a cigarette burn and a second tear in the seat back. The service advisor said they had a guy who would fix both holes. It’s been over a month and I’ve heard nothing back from dealership. ***** I posted the above review and you can see the response below. Amazingly, they've invited me to call them rather than calling me directly! They have the service record. They have my phone number. Even if these reviews are partially anonymous, a quick check with their service advisors would reveal who I am - there aren't that many seat mechanisms that took three weeks to repair. They could pick up the phone and call me and attempt to make things right but they chose not to. Again, they are lousy at communicating with their customers.

Jake was really great. He had the appointment on his mind. He knew it when I walked in the door at 7:30 a.m. He was prepared to take me home with the shuttle and asked if they needed to pick me up and bring me back the next day when the car was ready. When I was picking it up, I called 5 minutes ahead of time and left a voicemail message that I was on my and could he have the car waiting. I honestly thought that I was going to have to wait given I was so close to arriving but it was ready and waiting. All I had to do was sign the paper and off I went. Great job Jake Brock!!!!

My comment is to add to a recent comment made on May 9th after reviewing and it appears there hasn't been any action taken regarding women not being taken seriously at Jones Ford Quick Lane. May 13th I arrived at 8:30 a.m. for a routine oil change on my 2018 F150. I was informed by Josh/88 that it would be a 2.5 to 3.0 hour wait. I was advised that if I came back between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. the wait time would be much less. I came back at 2:00 p.m. and again I was told by a different service tech (No Name) that the wait time would be 2.0 to 3.0 hours to wait for an oil change and that I should come back another day. I work full time and can not just come whenever it suits Jones Ford. I walked out to my truck and decided to call the service department from my vehicle. I explained the situation to the representative who answered the phone and their comment right away; that a shuttle service should have been offered. I walked back into the Quick Lane and spoke to Josh/88. I proceeded to ask him about the shuttle service that was recommended over the phone and he quickly apologized. Josh/88 said he forgets to offer that Jones Ford has this service available. Sounds like an ongoing oversight since the other service rep. didn't offer it either. I was given a shuttle home. My husband met me at home after leaving work in order to give me the car key to our spare vehicle. My son later had to drive back to Jones Ford with me in order to get my truck. Once I arrived at the dealership, I walked into the Quick Lane in order to follow up to see if my vehicle was complete since I didn't receive a phone call as expected. Josh/ 88 told me that he didn't bother calling since I was coming back. I am really frustrated with the amount of time/waste I spent with Jones Ford today. Me, my son and husband were greatly impacted today by the lack of communication, knowledge and desire to do the right thing. Your sales department was fantastic, but your service department leaves a lot to be desired. Remember customers just don't purchase vehicles they also get them serviced.

Appointment made 24Sep18 at 5pm, so they would have available next day. Vehicle did not go in for repairs until 28Sep18. This dealership has a serious system failure when in comes to repair appointments. I am sure Jones Ford will advise me to contact the customer relations manager. But already did that. Manager was one that got it in for repairs only after I found vehicle still not in shop by the 27Sep18. No type of compensation offered. Just apologies for the system failure. More to this but just a tidbit of what I believe to be there policy of apology therapy.

When I picked up my car the last time I asked the staff member who brought my car to me if they found what was wrong with the car. Horrible experience! My car (Ford Focus SE 2016) is still under warranty (3yesrs old). Had to change transmission 4 times(recall)! 3 times it was back in DC where I lived before moved toCharleston. Never had any problems there ,my car been inspected in the same day I call about the problems, rental car - was available and covered for me every time they had to fix transmission . So I got the same problem after I moved here and Jones was the place where I took my car first time. I scheduled an appointment and in two weeks my car was fixed( I was able to drive my car this two weeks since they said it was not dangerous). This time my car won't start at all and again it still under warranty since I got it brand new 3 years ago. When I called Jones dealership and asked for appointment and told them what happened they said t"there is nothing we can do, the closest appointment for inspection we have is in 3 weeks". When I told them that I have the ingine light on and the workers at avto parts checked it for me and it gave few transmission codes problems (that's why my car is not driving), they said we still have to inspect your car and only after inspection we MAY give you rental car. Basically they don't care about recalls, they don't care about you existing in Charleston without your vehicle (which is impossible for me since I live in Mount pleasant and work downtown), even when I told them I'll get the rental car and let you inspect my car in two/three weeks just please reimburse me for that after you find out that's transmission recall issue, they still said NO WE CAN'T DO THAT FOR YOU. I asked for any other solutions they could offer and didn't get any answer except "there is nothing we can do" . Thank you Jones Ford for understanding. I hope you don't treat all your customers the way you treated me.
