Do not believe all of these fake reviews! Stay far, far away from these guys. I just purchased a $48,000.00 Yukon Denali from these guys on Sunday 3/31/19 and it's been a nightmare. Spent over $1,000.00 on a new set of tires because of the cheap tires they put on here had warped the wheels, and now it's at GMC with transmission issues. Only 4 days from buying from them! They will say / do anything and everything to make a sale! I don't know how these guys sleep at night!

My sun roof had a water leak David told me no that’s not what it looks like coke your going to have to take it to a detail shop. I knew that didn’t sound right but I took it and they said it was a water leak so I took back kept it three days first after I’ve been there hours told me they didn’t have a rental but when they were going to have to keep it they gave me a Honda to drive. I told him when I took it back the auto stop button came on he oh just don’t use it. Now it’s on again I’m going to have to take it back and I really believe he told me it wasn’t a water leak because it’s under wanaty and they didn’t want to pay for it killing time if you will.

It's a good thing I didn't actually make the 2 hour trip to this dealership. They offered me a purely insulting amount on my potential trade in, then compared it to a base model. When my husband called, he was told it pretty much wasn't worth anything and the employee proceeded to be rude about it. We've been in the car business for a long time and know that good customer service gets you a long way. I can guarantee I won't be bringing my business here.

We recently bought our son his first car. Not only did we find a used car in great condition, but Haley and Lee made the experience a quick, painless process. We originally made an inquiry via the internet and Haley contacted us by phone and we set an appointment for the next day. Haley had the car out front waiting for us when we got there and the entire process, test drive and all, took less than 2 hours. They created a relaxed, non-pressuring atmosphere and treated us the same as if we were buying a brand new vehicle rather than a $9000 used one. That is rare in my past car buying experiences. And extra kudos to Haley for climbing in/out of the back seat (of a 2 door Honda Civic) for test drive!

I bought a Land Rover Discovery in 2018 with my daughter from this dealership. The car is approximately 10 months old and has 14,000 miles on it. It has been in the shop 3 times for computer fails, engine lights coming on, and aeb failures. We live in TN so it was taken to Asheville, a certified Land Rover service center, twice and the third time we took it to where we bought it. Basically, the team at Greenville has dismissed Ashevilles service center. We have repeatedly tried to work with the General Manager of this dealership and have been given the go around. Please know that this dealership will not stand for the customer! Shop elsewhere and do not buy a Land Rover! Way too many defects and problems!

My only hesitation with giving five stars is that a day after purchasing the vehicle I noticed an admittedly small but potentially costly repair that needed done and contacted the dealer about covering that since I had not even had the car 24 hrs. I was trying to buy a new Range Rover and was lucky enough to be connected with Caitlin Kelly who was an absolute delight to work with. I was always in contact with my salesperson whenever I was trying to purchase my vehicle, but now, I can’t get ahold of her or any other salesperson for that matter to answer my questions. It’s extremely frustrating and terrible customer service. This is not how you keep your clientele. I’ve had many people ask me about Greenville Range Rover and I have not had a positive response. I’ve told each one to take their business to Columbia, SC or any other Range Rover dealership except this one. Each time I’ve had a question I would have to call Columbia Range Rover and they’ve been kind and more than willing to help each time. I went in for a oil change and everything was fine..less then 200 miles (1-2weeks later) after my oil change my car started leaking fluid so I took it back and was told my transmission cooler lines need changing at a cost of $1200..If my cooler lines were leaking I would believe it would have been seen during the oil change since it came with a so called inspection and then less than 200 miles I have a very noticeable leak and before I took it to the shop I was leak free . So now after a $136 oil change I'm stuck with an additional $1200 shop bill. Bottom line whatever happens to your car during service will be your liability.

We recently had an issue with our Range Rover gas tank. The dealership went above and beyond to find the issue, fix it, and went out of their way to accommodate us while our car was being repaired. PORSCHE I am so dissatisfied with the service center because It's like pulling teeth from Scott. You ask for the price and he gives you one price and then it's OH don't forget service charge and tax / then don't forget the diagnostic. Just give me the darn total. To top it off he has never been able to give me a loaner because they are always going to be back on a Thursday and then that turns to the Thursday after that. What really top the cake was he said I was a quart low on oil and I showed him my receipt where I had Just got my oil change 2 Day Before almost 10 quarts. Face was priceless. MY TRUST LEFT THEN...Scott left me a message the the warranty number I gave him was for roadside assistance, I called him back to tell him to LISTEN to the prompts first and then decided which option you need... Left me in the waiting room for hours 3 then say I thought you were gone. You took me to the waiting room... I am waiting on you to tell me about my car.... Best thing that HAPPEN was gentlemen that brought me home I will give 5 stars I am still getting my car fixed as I type. I will give more feed back once I get my car. I highly recommend Porsche of Rockville and Silver Spring Md.

I used their link on the website for Drive online purchase process since I live 2 hours away. Immediately after filling out ALL of the personal info they needed and uploading all of the pictures of my trade in, drivers license, insurance, etc... I was receiving phone calls and emails wanting to know when I could come into the dealership. Part of that process was asking if you want dealership pickup or delivery and I chose delivery so I found it odd all they had to say was asking when I could come in. I was intrigued by what I thought was a easy way to buy a car with no hassle. It seems all that tool does is just give them all of your information for nothing. My credit was never even run. I’m not sure why they offer that service when all they want is for you to come in. I could have saved a lot of time and not given all of my information to a dealer 2 hours away. The immediate need for me to come in while completely ignoring all of the information sent to them just completely turned me off from the vehicle I was wanting. **** The General Manager did call and leave me a message which shows he cares about opinions of the dealership. They have overall great reviews so I’m sure my issue is just an oversight and not representative of this dealership. It would not be fair for me to leave the 1 star review so I have changed it to a 3 star and I’m sure they may be a 5 star in most cases.

He was patient, thorough, responsive and no-pressure. We are long-distance purchasers (we were looking for a specific car at a specific price). We shopped around and talked with a number of other dealers, and none of them compared to Dennis and Porsche of Greenville. I had looked at dealer websites within 300 miles radius of my home to review available Porsche 911 inventory and get additional information on the ones I was interested in, as well as get an estimate on value of my trade in. Of all the dealer/reps I spoke with , Dennis was by far the most helpful/responsive in providing me additional information on the specific car I was interested via both email as well as direct phone conversations. I had to take my '14 Turbo S in to have a small ignition switch problem corrected and it was done quickly and correctly by senior technician, Neal, who has worked on my car extensively in the past. He is a credit to the dealership and is a great guy to work with. I also had the pleasure to meet the new Porsche service manager, Wayne Stone, who has an extensive background with Porsche in Atlanta, Florida, and Porsche corporate. Recently went in for a basic service at the Land Rover dealership. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The service was top notch and the cost was surprisingly lower than I expected. They also washed my car and inspected it for free! Always ask for coupons, because they tend to run monthly specials. The one negative thing about the service is that it took almost three hours, but I understand that they were busy. Would recommend to fellow rover owners.

Haley Selby is the sales lady and she is so open, informative, collaborative & helpful. His manager James Clayton is very supportive and down to earth. The finance manager (could not remember the name) is very straightforward as well. In the end, I bought an Audi from a different dealership as this dealership does not carry that brand, but I feel obligated if I do not express my appreciation for all the services & teamwork I have enjoyed from this great dealership. I called the Volvo service department early Saturday afternoon letting them know that a battery they installed 11 months earlier had died and wouldn't hold a charge. The service manager asked if I could bring in the car and 30 minutes later I was standing at the service desk. They took the car back and asked me to wait in the lounge. Within an hour they confirmed that it was indeed a bad battery and made other service recommendations. They replaced the battery at no charge and sent me on my way. I couldn't ask for a better overall service experience!!!

I highly recommend the team here and recommend them without hesitation! I bought a used Toyota Highander via their internet sales department. Based on the Carfax report and the pictures, I could tell the car had been meticulously cared for by the previous owner, and I assumed a luxury car dealership would check it over thoroughly and do anything necessary in order to put it on their lot. I wasn't disappointed. When I first inquired about the car via online chat, the individual who helped me was efficient, professional and helpful. She took my information and within a few minutes I got a call from Caitlin Swords. Caitlin was super patient and helpful. She walked me through the online purchase process, and within 45 minutes I had bought a car sight unseen from the comfort of my kitchen table! The next day I was in contact with Caitlin several times as she was arranging the details for delivery. Amael from the finance department also called to work through some paperwork. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. Later than evening, Kyle Adams, one of the salesmen showed up at our front door (in Columbia) with our car. He systematically talked us through all the paperwork and turned over the keys. He was professional in every way. All-in-all this was a great car-buying experience. It took a grand total of about 90 minutes from start to finish - the phone calls, the signing of the documents etc. and all from home! Thanks to all who were so helpful!

This was my third Porsche purchase and third Porsche Dealer, with BMW dealers before that. All of my past dealers were good, but the folks at Porsche of Greenville were nothing short of FANTASTIC. They first worked hard to locate the vehicle I wanted, and then bent over backwards to get the car from a dealer up in Michigan that was less than supportive. When other dealers would have thrown in the towel, Wayne (my Sales Associate) and Sid (his Sales Manager) kept at it until they were able to figure out a way to make it happen. And they did this for me at a very reasonable price. In short, my buying experience could not have been better, from start to finish. Thanks, Guys!

There's something to be said for a dealer that manages to make a buyer walk away after offering twice to wire full listing price to secure his dream car without actually seeing it. I tried to buy a Porsche targa 4S. It was close enough to my dream car for me to put up with a crappy dealer experience. It was listed at a Fair Deal on CarGurus and it had some uncommon options I really wanted. Wayne the sales guy seems annoyed with questions throughout the entire process. On the home stretch, he was pushing for a deposit before sending pictures I requested because it wasn't clear if a picture on their website showed a scratch or just a reflection. I had to ask several times before he finally sent it. Wayne seemed to think an email saying that there was no scratch would be sufficient. It was a reasonable request, considering that this dealer doesn't pay much attention to their listings. The car was advertised with instrument dials in white, red and beige on the dealer website. Those are mutually exclusive options. A couple of days later, after already offering to wire the full listing price instead of paying a deposit, Wayne refunded the deposit without further contact(!) because I was out of town and wouldn't be able to sign the paperwork. Odd, considering the ad says: We are experts in long distance, nationwide sight unseen internet sales. I'm thinking the real reason for walking back on the deal was that he had a local buyer that wanted to buy the car right there and then. After the surprise refund, the sales manager Sid and Brant, the dealership GM, tried to salvage the agreement, but the interactions were just as sloppy. Ultimately I walked away when even the interactions with the GM continued to erode the trust in the dealership further with lack of follow through. Dealing with the people you're buying a $100,000 car should be enjoyable. Not a single interaction with Wayne, Sid or Brant was pleasant.

I waited several months to post my review of Porsche of Greenville with the hopes that they would correct the issues I brought to their attention. Unfortunately, they chose to ignore my complaints. I ordered a low mileage CPO SUV from them after viewing it online and talking extensively with the sales rep. I was told by the sales rep the car was as new with not so much as a swirl mark. When I received the car it was filthy inside and out. The paint was covered in scratched and swirl marks, there were scratches on the trim and door sills, rock chips on the hood and windshield. The car was delivered with more than 500 miles more on the odometer than was on the documentation. Initially when I reached out to the dealership they said they would take care of the issues, but after sending the pictures and documentation the GM did not return my phone calls or emails. I talked to multiple people at the dealership (including the so called customer service rep) and sent pictures and documentation of the issues to all of them and received no follow up. Repeated messages were left unreturned. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. It's unfortunate that a customer can't expect better service than this from a luxury dealer.

This is quite embarrassing! I did a previous feedback that wasn’t nice. I have spent a lot of time trying to locate that negative feedback back. I misunderstood the relaying of information through my dear husband. He’s more direct whereas I have a million questions until the picture is clear to me. Thus, the misunderstanding. Volvo went above and really beyond in my situation. I had shoulder replacement surgery. And my, bought off the showroom, 2013 C70 Convertible, with about 36,000 miles on it, sat for a month before my father in law visited from NY. I insisted her cancel his rental and drive my convertible. Well, Dad lives in New York and has a driver. He enjoyed my car so much. He even topped it off. He didn’t know that was bad. And we didn’t know to switch around vehicles to drive the Volvo. My husband loves his infinity. And our son fits hit suv perfectly. No one was interested in my car, which ended up costing a pretty penny. The cap wasn’t completely secure and the car set another month. So moisture buildup in the gas started the problem. My dad is a mechanic. I called Volvo and David confirmed and advised me what to use. From there it was a matter of blowing the moisture out. By the time we did, it had already damaged the sensor. I misunderstood my husband and the Manager Mr. Peterson broke it all down for me. Volvo does way more than I ever imagined to make sure your vehicle is in need of repair. I sent an apology to David but I don’t feel that it’s enough. David turned around and took my car in, fixed it and detailed it! Now do you see why I need to get rid of that bad bad review. Can’t it all just be in one place, these reviews.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I reached out to the dealership and at 10 am and began working with Sobhi who was very nice. After I was quoted a price I noticed that there was an additional $225 added to the price - after I pointed it out it was corrected. I then secured and had everything ready to go within a matter or hours when I was told I was going to have to pay for a notary. ($70). While $70 is not a lot of money it is the principal of the matter that I was already paying $225.00 and $250 both dealer fees. I already had the money in Fed Ex for the car and they already had my $3000 deposit. Then they hit me with the $70.00 when I said I would not pay it they told they had another buyer. Poor business decisions.

Absolutely loved my sales rep Sobhi and have already referred friends and family to him. Loathed my 50 minutes in the Finance Manager's office. He was belittling, kept me in his office alone for almost half of the time (a very poor sales pressure tactic), and when I held firm at declining any additional services, flat out refused to engage with me beyond placing paperwork in front of me to sign. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've had, especially at a luxury auto dealership.

This is by far the most unprofessional dishonest car dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Long story short I went to test drive a vehicle and placed a deposit down on it with the guarantee I would return Monday April 1, 2019 to complete purchase of the vehicle due to my credit union providing a lower interest rate. Shortly after returning home I received a text message that the general manager had “stepped in and would not honor the price agreement or accept my deposit to hold the vehicle” I called the general manager and he relayed to me that the car was sold to someone else after I left from test driving it. The salesman named Lee I had dealt with did nothing short of lie to me. After speaking with the general manager, my perception is he really didn’t care what unscrupulous actions that had taken place due to me not buying a $100,000 car. I am a disabled Gulf War Veteran and I am sickened by the way I was treated. It was very unprofessional and dishonest. No integrity displayed by any of the staff. If you want to be lied to and heartbroken then this is where you should shop for your next vehicle.

Terrible experience! The ole bait and switch routine! Never will go back nor will I ever speak positive of them. The more I think of the three hours I spent on the road traveling to and from this dealership for their false advertising the madder I get. They put a vehicle on their website at a price. When I get there, they raise the price $6,000 when they present the offer. I was told that the internet price was already their best price. They simply knew I drove a long distance to buy the car and thought they could screw me on the deal. The dealership has terrible sales practices.

Don the sales manager is a bit pushy but that's what you have to be in the business if you want to sell but I never had the feeling I have to do or I have to buy. The car was well maintained and checked upfront by Land Rover. Some things I found that needed to be replaced and we made a deal that worked for both sides well. And Kyle picked me up with a nice jag to pick my new car at their place - enjoyed the ride and purchasing experience. I have done the things that needed to be done afterwards on my BMW X3 and just enjoy my new ride. Bought a beautiful, used Volvo in November. I paid for the vehicle in full with promises that certain repairs and a second key would be made. Though everyone has been very kind, it took 4 months to get the headliner replaced and now at almost 6 months I am still waiting on the second key. I would recommend anyone doing this kind of transaction get things done before turning over the cash! I find it very hard to believe this is how such a large organization would do business!! UPDATE.... Today I received word that the key was ordered and has been awaiting pickup. Somehow the communication failed between the dealership and myself. I bought a certified pre-owner Land Rover Discovery Sport remotely, the first time I saw it was when it was delivered. The car was pretty much as described and the process to actually buy it was fast and simple. I did have a nasty surprise though, it was only supplied with one key. After a lot of calls the dealership finally agreed to provide a second one but it was an arduous process. I suggest that anyone buying a car from these guys checks that they'll be getting both keys, as a new one costs around $600 with programming.

Also, would not confirm typical reason or possible causes for several issues I was having that are standard known defects with this vintage and type of Porsche. Needless to say, I was disappointed and unimpressed. Really felt like they just wanted me to drop off my car and checkbook otherwise I was bothering them and waisting there time. Not the way to run a service business. Best car buying experience ever! Darren made this the best car buying experience I've ever had and set the new standard by which I'll judge all future deals. As long as I'm buying a Jaguar/Land Rover/Porsche/Volvo in the future, this dealership and Darren will be my first and only stop. He was incredibly responsive and communicated with me almost entirely via text like I asked. He didn't pressure me to buy the car and made me feel comfortable that it was entirely my decision. He answered all of my questions expertly, researched strange options that I was interested in, and was even patient with me when 3/4 thru the process I decided I wanted a different color that wasn't on their lot! Darren's also a true car guy and can tell you everything you'd want to know about any car on the lot (and likely just about any car..). At other dealerships I dealt with salesmen who knew less about the car than I did. Price negotiation was also the most simple and friendly process I've ever had! It was simple and I got a great deal! In the end, Darren and Jaguar of Greenville was a few hundred bucks more than my local dealers. I bought from Jaguar of Greenville and I'm glad I did. Great service deserves my business. Since the sale he's kept up with me and made sure that I was enjoying the car and answering any questions I have. Put simply, I can't understand why someone would buy a Jaguar/Land Rover/Porsche/Volvo from anyone or anywhere else.

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the last 5 years and I continue to have a difficult time getting a salesperson to ask if I’d like to look at a car. My husband and I were there a couple of Saturdays ago and not one person asked if I needed help. I was waiting for my Porsche (my husband drives it) to be picked up after being there a couple days for service. The service department has been wonderful to us, I’d give the Service Department a 5 star rating. We arrived in a Jaguar that I purchased new from this dealership, in 2017. While he was settling his service bill, I was walking and looking at cars in both Jaguar and Porsche showrooms and the Used Cayennes on their lot. We both very much wanted to look at a 2019 Porsche Cayenne but no one took a moment to ask if I was being helped. I even sat down and had a coffee, in the Porsche showroom, and still no one spoke. My husband came over to the Porsche showroom and asked me if I had a chance to look at a Cayenne yet. I explained that no one had spoken to me. He stopped a gentleman, who was walking at a brisk pace, in the Porsche showroom, to ask if they had a 2019 Cayenne on the lot. The gentleman pointed to a car lot a block away and said “we have about 15 in stock, over there”. He walked away without asking if he could show us one or even if we wanted a brochure. This dealership missed on helping a luxury car loving couple who have purchased 15 cars in the last 10 years, a majority of these vehicles were new luxury vehicles, one being an Porsche Cayenne. We currently own 4 luxury cars and 2 collector cars. We purchased a used Mercedes from Lexus of Greenville, a few years ago and I must say, have been very attentive. My Lexus salesperson still calls me on my birthday and offers to help me with my next purchase. I’d like Jaguar Land Rover Porsche Volvo to take a page out of Lexus playbook. I have never received a call on my birthday from Jaguar or Porsche, just saying.

Be warned!! If I could leave zero stars I would!! Do Not buy from them!! My car is under a year old and has been in the service department 3 times. My discovery sport is still not fixed and is still throwing codes after having a new software but yet they say as long as it’s not over heating it should be okay. I called the dealership to see what they could do about it and the manager told me it wasn’t his problem. My car has dropped in value over 23,000 dollars and I bought the car brand new in March! Terrible costumer service along with the car itself! This dealership is a joke and dismisses every issue as someone else fault! Very good experience purchasing a 2015 Volvo V-60. Salesman was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the car, and not pushy at all. We purchased the car late in the day on Saturday---it was taking too much time to process all the paperwork, so Dennis accepted our check that evening to finalize the deal. He then took care of the paperwork and had a few minor cosmetic items fixed, and had the car delivered to us a few days later so we could sign all the papers at home without having to make another trip to Greenville. I've been trying to purchase a Land Rover - Rover HSE for over 3 months from this dealership. I was told by many Land Rover dealership that you have to buy in your state hence, I've been dealing with South Carolina dealers. After 3 months, I was finally able to locate 3 rovers on Greenville's site that I could purchase. I called the dealership and spoke with the salesperson that I'd work with for these 3 months. He was kind enough to inform me that 1 of the rovers were sold and that only 2 were left. I asked him to send me the car specs and he did via email Thursday evening. He copied his sales manager. He also told me that I needed to give a deposit if I wanted vehicle because they get sold quickly. I didn't call him back Thursday morning; but I did call about after 2pm. The salesperson informed me that one of the vehicles was sold so I immediately put a deposit on the last vehicle - Aruba HSE. He put me on hold to go make sure the vehicle was available and proceeded to transfer me to the receptionist who takes the deposit. The receptionist was not at her desk but called me back and took the credit card information. I was satisfied that I reserved the car on Friday. On Saturday I had messages to finish the sale process. I had errands to run so I called and left a message (text too) that I will forward license and insurance information when I return home. In the meantime, I had colleagues that I know in the Greenville area visit the dealership to see the car. I was alarmed to hear from them that the car was offered to them because the salesperson told him "...the deal fell through..." The salesperson told him they were going to sell that car if they could Saturday. The gentleman called and told my husband who told me. I immediately ran home home and emailed the documents. I then received a call that the GSM - Steve Reed sold the car to someone else. Mr. Reed left a long drawn out voicemail telling me that his deposit was received first on Friday and the salesperson I was dealing with didn't tell management he took a deposit. I saved his voicemail message to forward to the Land Rover corporate office. If Mr. Reed is telling the truth, why is it that his dealership continued to sell that same vehicle all day Saturday - trying to sell it to 2 of my husbands colleagues. This dealership does not honor their word (deposit) or business. They took my AMEX information for no reason. Mr. Reed also told me it was an out of state client that he sold the vehicle to - my question is why could he not locate a vehicle for that client? Why would you put one client over another? I left a $3,000.00 deposit. As a college professor that teaches Business Ethics and Fundamentals in Business, I will be using this dealership as an example of unethical business policies. Why take a deposit if you will sell the vehicle anyway?
