Excellent. Had a rear differential problem, which turned out to be the electronic module in the differential. $1180 repair, and my car wad 6 months out of warranty. Service department and my service advisor got Jaguar to cover it for free!! Excellent loaner car at no cost, wonderfule service. I'm there for the life of my car!

Nice cars and people. They would have sold me a car today but didn't budge. It could have worked had they checked our credit score and/or income. Again...friendly folks, just didn't want to work for the sale....update...I guess they did want to sell me a car....got what I wanted at the price I wanted...good job! Update....we bought an F Pace certified pre owned...they did put new tires on...but didn't go through the car at all. It wasn't cleaned, the rear wiper blade was dry rotted and useless and it had an eight of a tank of gas. My wife loves the car, but I spent an afternoon just surface cleaning the interior, previous owners had dogs. We will definitely buy another f pace, but will consider Jacksonville as an alternative.

They showed the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. I talk to them and made an appointment with them to purchase a car we discussed the day before. While on my way from a 5 hour drive they called me stating they sold the car and I've driven 4 hours and was 45 minutes away from the dealership. I couldn't believe it! I was pissed so be careful

Enjoy the pick up and delivery service. Warranty service excellent. There was some confusion on the oil change due to a window sticker indicating the mileage for service but not completing it due to exceeding the twelve month limit. I was never aware the service needed to be done at twelve months vs what was on the service window sticker. Next free oil change at 16,000 miles.

I was out of town and only in the area for one day and made a phone call while in Savannah to see if they had the Jag I was looking for. Rachel got right on it. While I was in my meeting she made arrangements to have my options waiting on me as I showed up to the dealership 3 hours after making the phone call. Despite all her effort none of them worked for me, as I was talking about leaving she wanted to try one more thing. That is the one I drove away in. The staff as a team is friendly and very responsive to your needs without being pushy. Most luxury dealerships are that way, but Jaguar or Hilton Head stood out. They are genuine people who want to help you find exactly what you're looking for and would never try to change your mind to have you simply purchase a car. Excellent service and I love my new Jag!

I feel really stupid. I am a West Coast buyer, and based on my experience, BUYER BEWARE. I bought a used 2015 Range Rover Sport autobiography from Heather for $63000+. I was told the Truck was in great shape except for a small blemish on the seat. She reassured me that it would be fixed, I had her send me photos and asked along with them to send photos any other blemishes to be aware of. She sent me photos of the seat and told me that was the only blemish to be found, she reaffirmed again that it would be covered by the dealer. I left a deposit and signed the docs and put my wire transfer in motion at that point. She calls a few days later to inform me that they will not be fixing the seat and that I bought the Rover as-is and they were only trying to fix the seat as a favor to me. I was upset and had to cancel the sale before she agreed to lower the price by $500 dollars to cover a portion of the $1200 repair. I was happy with that, just excited to get my wife her Range Rover. After the wire was completed again I asked for photos of all the blemishes before the vehicle was shipped. No photos came my way, just a message about how the top detailer spent half a day perfecting my vehicle. When the rover showed up to me I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The shipping slip showed numerous damages that were not disclosed to me including a deep foot long scratch on the passenger door, paint flaking off the trim work, the front bumper was ajar, the tailgate has over spray from obvious bodywork, the vehicle was filthy with rust and corrosion under all of the climate control knobs, there was sticky black residue on much of the leather and steering wheel, and dog hair clumps throughout the interior. The rear bumper is cracked, the front bumper was scraped against a wall and has scrapes in the size of a dinner plate, trim pieces that were removed for the “undisclosed” bodywork were damaged and installed improperly. The vehicle needles to say is in very poor condition in reference to how it was sold to me by Heather. I have sold used cars for 10 years. I know to expect some imperfections, I also know to be upfront and honest. When I reached out to Heather she did not respond for a day, and then told me the damage was caused by shipping. I have asked over and over for her to send me her copy of the shipping pick up slip and she has not sent it. She blamed every bit of damage on the shipping company. The vehicle is damaged everywhere you look, and was shipped to me FILTHY. I feel like I am being strong armed, I was lied to and cheated. I paid top dollar with 0 flexibility and I have received no help. The Truck needs over $5000 in parts and labor to make it right. I’m really bummed.

Originally started going to Land Rover Hilton Head for service. Totally worth the hour and a half drive even though there's a dealership 5 minutes from my house. The entire staff is super friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate needs. They don't give unnecessary advice or perform service that isn't warranted. I know that I can trust whatever diagnosis is given and feel confident that the work is done properly (the first time!). Next step was purchasing a vehicle from them. Again, super easy and super relaxed. None of the usual stresses of buying a car were applicable here. Rachel is awesome and, together with Jim in finance, made this by far the easiest transaction. This was a tough deal as I limped into the dealership with a broken car. From the moment I arrived, my expectations were managed well. Well enough that I immediately knew it was time to replace the car I arrived in. From service to sales to the business that followed, it was a top notch experience. I would certainly go back, and that's saying a lot because I live 12 hours away from the lot. Seriously, Dave McWilliams and Jim Tosh were top notch. They took care of business and put me on my way in short order. I have ZERO complaints about the experience and the people involved. I called about a 2009 Lexus 400RXh found on website, told the finance manager who answered, that the car was what I wanted, and said I would drive down the next day from 2.5 hours away to drive the car back, trading in my 3-month old NX. He said sales manager, John Coggins would meet me. When I arrived John was gruff and impersonal, which I though odd since I was offering a double deal. We drove the car then he refused to sell it to me until, he said, it "goes through the shop". 26 photos posted on several websites before this step was done, and no one thought I should know the car was not really for sale before I made the 6 hour trip? I called back Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, leaving messages and finally reaching John who said curtly, "The car is not being sold," with no explanation. When I pressed, he said it had "not been approved by Service for sale". I asked him to find out what was wrong with it, and said I might still buy it before auction. He did not call me back. After several more calls I was rerouted to Sales Manager John Coggins, who then told me the car was sold to a service technician "as a project car". I believe all of the people I spoke with were lying to me.

worst experience I have ever had in my entire life from dealership service staff. They are not careful with your vehicle when the have it for a few days, they over price you on parts. I took my 03 range rover HSE to have them fix it but when I got it back the vehicle was 10x worse when i saw it. the bumper was falling off and they wanted t blame the carwash when they ran the vehicle through and it was dirty as hell when they told me that so i knew they didn't go through the damn car wash. i order a part to have them install it but they left the part on my passenger seat and told me they couldn't put the piece on and i had to do it myself. then when i went to drive it all t coolant drained onto the asphalt and i never had a coolant leak when i brought it in to them. i am about to suethe hell out of them cause they treated me and my vehicle like we are garbage. i honestly think they did his on purpose. i will never go there again.

Purchased a pre-owned minivan from Jaguar Columbia. The sales staff was very helpful and kind. While I couldn't get them to lower the price more than a few hundred bucks they did honor their limited warranty without a hassle. On the way home from purchasing the van a check engine light came on. I took it back and the service department did some troubleshooting and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. I was pleased with their service.

Knowledgeable staff who were well schooled in the newest vehicles and the pros and cons of each model and accessory. They called several times over several months to let me know when new cars arrived but they were never pushy. Made a good trade-in offer and offered a few other discounts in the final pricing. The sales agent spent a long time familiarizing us with the vehicle and offered to repeat the education at any later date. Have been a customer here since 2005 and have always been pleased with their service department. All-in-all we continue to be pleased by Land Rover Hilton Head. Will definitely buy here again.

I purchased a 2007 X type with 21,000 miles for my wife and had the dealer deliver it the 500 miles home, in Virginia. Beautiful car, but it had an engine miss. I called the dealer and was routed to the General Manager, who promised immediate action. He delivered. Curtis, the Service Manager arranged for the car to be picked up, serviced in Richmond and re-delivered to me at no cost. He kept me abreast of the progress at every step. He delivered. From Mrs. Jello in sales to Jim in the Business Office to Curtis in Service to the General Manager - the dealer delivered. This is 5-Star service from a 5-Star dealer.

Terrible service department! Used this dealership as it's where the vehicle was purchased originally. Issues I had: 1) after a routine oil change, I noted a strange noise at extremes of turn radius, to discover that wheel well cover was not replaced correctly and was rubbing the tire. 2) took the vehicle in multiple times for an electrical issue with steering wheel controls, that was never properly fixed. I kept getting answers like "Don't hold the button or it will skip multiple stations"--putting me at fault instead of listening to the concern. 3) Last but not least, and the straw that broke the camel's back--Took the vehicle in after getting a check engine light that I confirmed with an OBD reader was more than likely an urgent issue and the car needed service before continued driving. I work in an emergency department 160 miles roundtrip from my house, and my pregnant wife works as well. We need two vehicles. Dropped the vehicle off at the dealer with a description of the problem and was chastised for not making a service appointment (because you can schedule urgent repairs, apparently) and then told that "It's gonna be at least a week before we can even look at it to tell you what's wrong. I don't know what you're gonna do for a week." No empathy or apology from Steve, who seemed annoyed and unprofessional. No offer of a loaner car in the interim. Basically said Sorry Boutcha. Found out when my wife got home after picking up the car that he was rude and unprofessional to her as well and refused to talk to her, but had another employee give her the keys and show her the door. Description of the service record states "Client unable to leave car long enough to get to it. Picked up car, no work done." I guess the week minimum might have been enough time for Steve to get around to it. I'll definitely take my car to a different shop. If I need a dealer repair, I will drive to Jacksonville or Charelston before using this one again. And forget about purchasing.

I would give them zero if I could. The parts department does not care about their wholesale customers. I had to hear all about how the "order guy is out today" so we were not getting our part for ANOTHER day. The parts manager David said he was only making $4 on the part so he did not care if I took my business elsewhere. Well, you got your wish! If you are a shop needing parts you are better off calling one of the dealers outside the area.
