I tried to buy a suv from this dealership but they would not come to my price . I was looking at a 2012 and the price was around 19.500.00 which is ok but where not offering any warranty. I believe if i owned a dealership, i would come up with some kind of warrant for my customer peace of mind. I was not looking for a 5 yr warrant for free just something that would cover something for spending that kind off money. All i got from them was we checked it out and everything is good. Well my answer is if they where that convinced that it was in that great of shape you would think they would give some kind of warranty. But it was okay in the end i went to Florence Sc and bought a Van and also received a warranty. 5 star Nissan gave me 2 mos and or 2000 miles warrant which was not alot,but better than Grand Strand Nissan. I spent about 19.000.00 and the van i bought was a 2013 Honda. And yes i bought a extended warranty and would have done that with Grand Strand but they where not offering me any warranty. IT GOES TO SHOW THAT LOCAL PEOPLE DONT MEAN ANYTHING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!

We were coming in to myrtle beach on vacation and hit someing in road which cut our tire and we put our spare on on the side of the road and we have a Nissan rouge so we pulled in to see if they had a tire, we got the pleasure of talking with Terry Jenkins and we ending up needing two new tires her and the service department got us in and out very quickly so we could enjoy our vacation,highly recommended them.

Awesome service! Diego and his team did a great job servicing my 2012 Xterra. Timely service and very thorough. A warranty covered issue with my brakes was discovered during my routine oil change that wasn't discovered by my home dealership in Northern Virginia. Definitely will be back when visiting the Grand Strand!

People are very pushy and a pain in calling you and checks your credit too quickly without waiting to see if you want a car there. They made my credit score go down due to jumping the gun.

I am one not to write reviews but I had to share my experience. This dealership had a left over 2017 Nissan Murano and I spoke to a agent and he said it was selling for 37k not 45k so I decided to stick around and get numbers. First off they, I had 9 remaining payments on my current lease so I already knew I upside down with my current car. During the 3 hour stay The sales associate Andrew ( I believe) would not give me any numbers, just a “ball park” and this is how inexperienced this dealership is that they ran numbers off the residual value and not the payoff quote value! Even I know the residual value is not the payoff! It gets better I’m now called in Stan finance managers office and he gives me numbers which did not make sense because they ran the numbers wrong Now him and the salesman are Cornering me in the office ( Litterally!!!) Trying for almost forcing me to sign a driver agreement which would allow me to take the Nissan Murano home for the night and that they would lock my current car in the back. I have never felt so uncomfortable before. Stay away from this dealership!!!!! Go to Jeep! I got a great deal! Sales must be tough and slow at Grand Strand Nissan! Stay away I will also be writing Nissan! This is 100 percent accurate, they can twist and turn it how they want

I had to unexpectedly take my car in and I did not have the time to wait; despite being super busy, they took care of me in record time and got me on my way. No matter who you get in service, they take care of you. Ray, John, Terry and everyone in service takes the time to get to know you, your name and vehicle. Wow! I just had an incredibly positive experience at Grand Strand Nissan! This was my first time ever buying a brand new car. I worked with Gary, Vito and Marty. Being new to the whole process I thought maybe I'd feel intimidated. But my worries were quickly put to ease by the warm, inviting atmosphere inside the showroom. I asked to test drive a Versa. Gary knew I was looking for something reliable & inexpensive. He made me aware of special discounts on the 2018 Sentra SV which brought the step above within reach. He allowed me to test drive both models to see the difference. He was right about the huge upgrade and exceptional value for the dollar at this level. The impressive Sentra, even with the Premium Package included, still remained within my budget and I love the car. I found Gary to be a really likeable, knowledgeable and effective salesperson. Going back inside to discuss pricing the sales manager Marty made appearances at just the right moments to interject some useful information. As the deal progressed the sales team operated smoothly and kept me engaged the entire time. Selling cars is their craft and they are real professionals. I did my homework beforehand, in an effort get the best deal possible and avoid common mistakes. Marty and Gary were comfortable with me asking lots of questions and really provided exceptional, personalized service. Then I got passed along to Vito in the finance department where we discussed loan and extended warranty options. I got a sense that Vito's the man who closes deals. I asked him for copies to take home overnight so I could analyze everything before making a decision. A contentious moment occurred when Vito asked, "Oh wait, did Gary realize you weren't ready to buy?" That put me in the awkward position to explain that I was indeed serious about buying and not intending to waste anybody's time. At that moment, almost on cue Marty made another appearance and began pushing to finalize the sale by saying I needed to commit now otherwise certain discounts would disappear tomorrow! I wasn't about to fall for any of these tactics. Then Marty pitched me the option to lease. This presented an entirely new idea I hadn't considered. Now there became even more to think about. At this point Vito recommended I take the car home and drive it around for the weekend. Okay! Great play on his part - it's an excellent sales strategy plus an extremely helpful offer to a customer at the same time. So, over the weekend I sported this brand new car that wasn't even mine. I also did a ton of more research and prepped myself to negotiate the final price. After two days I met back up with Gary. At the notion to slash something off the bottom line, Gary held firm, as I knew a great salesperson would. He reinforced the value of the car, restated the no haggle deal I had already been quoted, etc. But I knew this was all part of the game. I figured Gary has 20 years of experience doing this and I was brand new at it. Though at a disadvantage, I stood my ground and got us back inside to the negotiation table. Without getting into specific numbers we struck an agreement which took my overall satisfaction through the roof! The deal wasn't sealed with a handshake or signature, but with a hug! I was shocked to find out (just before leaving in my brand new Sentra) that Gary has been working at Grand Strand Nissan for only two short weeks! And he's brand new at selling cars, could've fooled me, very impressive! Grand Strand Nissan really went above and beyond for me, as I'm sure they do for all their customers. I am so happy with the car, the price, the service, everything. Thank you!
We recently leased a new Altima from Grand Strand Nissan. Our entire experience from start to finish was just great. Concierge Angela was very helpful arranging our appointment with a sales person. She pointed us in the right direction. Our salesman Victor was very friendly, efficient, organized and knowledgeable, he completely knew his product. He provided a very fair offer that we accepted. Next we met with the financial rep. Manny to go over and sign the paper work. Manny was also friendly, organized and efficient. The entire experience was extremely professional, pleasant and easier that we thought it would be, thanks to the people mentioned above. We would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone needing to buy a car.

just recently i came in for some maintenance on my vehicle. The person who helped me with this service issue was the service manager Diego Gastardi. Not only was he able to give me excellent customer service. he went above and beyond and out of his way to ensure i was happy with everything that was done. i would recommend anybody to him.

This dealer didn't want to be 'inconvenienced' with our '08 trade in, offering only 350.00 without even finding out how much money we had to put down or credit or loan term they just blew us off. Beach Ford gave 2000.00 for an '02 with similar make mileage because they want to sell their cars. Grandstand Nissan are a bunch of smooth talking nice guys who are the reason car salesman are among the least trusted professions.
Run, not friendly at the time I lost my car to Hurricane Florence. Contacted Corporate and emailed General Manager, no response. I was going to purchase my second Nissan. Thankfully, Another car place was nice and friendly. Purchased Tires to attend my Uncles funeral, the tire was flat within 24 hours! Proceed with caution at all times dealing with them!

Bought a used Frontier from this dealership. Wanted another vehicle that was listed that was newer for less money, but was told it was sold but in shop for repairs. A couple days later it was advertised at a jacked up price..for sale. I think I was lied to.

Buying a car isn't fun to me, I don't like the process and I dreaded the fact that it was time for me to get a new car. A coworker had a good experience with Grand Strand Nissan and recommended them to me. I already knew what I wanted, in a car and financially, and these guys went above and beyond to help me go home the same day with my new (to me) car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Tim, Mike and Manny were so great to work with! I'll recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle and many, many years from now (hopefully) when it's time for me to get another new car, I won't dread it, I'll just go straight to Grand Strand Nissan!
I love Nissan there service department is awesome Terry, Jarred, and Tom are great they have always given me great and timely service along with great prices. So as of the other day I decided it was time for a change. I went in to see if I could trade my infinity. So as a car buyer this was my first time doing it on my own and I do have to brag on my sales team they were amazing! Ryan Carson did a wonderful job in getting me into a car I enjoyed. They even small talk during the processing time and extremely patient when bringing your children in. Also Vito in finances was awesome to and even gave me pointers on how to build my credit further. Service department staff was very helpful, when my husband showed up with his Pathfinder with a locked up ECU. They flashed the ECU and sent us on our way, for about $125 and in about an hours time.
I don't even own a Nissan, but I heard about the excellent service available at Grand Strand Nissan and I was in need of a mechanic that wouldn't simply rip me off, so I gave them a call. I talked to Paige, the concierge, what a super-sweet lady! She assured me of the top quality work I would receive there and I booked an appointment. Two days later, I met Jarrod who answered all my questions about the 27 point inspection offered with the oil change. I was astonished that Diego found NOTHING wrong with my car. I was told I was good to go??? Good to go? Jiffy Lube came back to me with a list of over $800 dollars of work that my car "needed." Seriously? Thanks for not ripping me off you guys. It's nice to know there are still some honest people out there. You will handle ALL my service needs from now on. You guys are great!!! The next car I buy will be a Nissan, from Grand Strand Nissan.....you guys ROCK!
I recently purchased a new vehicle at Grand Strand Nissan (second vehicle purchased here) and had the opportunity to work with multiple staff members. I have never experienced the amount of care and attention to my needs as I did during this purchase, and I've purchased 8 vehicles so far. The GM approached me to ensure I was being taken care of and all my needs were met, and must say, it showed that he cares about his customers....nice touch! This truly was a "hassle free" deal, and once I agreed to the deal, it was completed and I was given a full tutorial of the vehicle in less than 40 minutes. To sum things up, if you are looking for somewhere, and more importantly someone, that will work with you and guide you, to assure you get the vehicle that you want, look no further than GRAND STRAND NISSAN. Another note, as I stated above, I owned a previously purchased vehicle from Grand Strand Nissan that has needed service while I owned it. There service department is outstanding, top notch! Matter of fact, I've tried to hire Terri multiple times for her unbelievable customer service skills. It all starts with her, and she delivers, making you feel comfortable right from the start. Lastly, for those of you that have children...bring them with you...they give them balloons!! My daughter (3) got 4 of them during our deal!! She loves when I say "I'm going to Nissan"!

The entire staff at Grand Strand Nissan, from the salesman and sales manager to the finance and customer service representatives who took care of me, went above and beyond being accommodating and were a sheer pleasure to deal with. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way at any time. I can honestly say that I really felt that the only interest they had (to a man!) was to be sure that I had a great experience, and that I ended up with the vehicle that would truly make me happy (I did!!!) I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone thinking of buying a new or used car. As a senior citizen who has purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, I can honestly say that this was, bar none, the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. I would not recommend this place to anybody, went in and originally got Versa SV model, after about 2 or 3 weeks I received a phone call stating that something fell apart with the paperwork and I would have to bring the car back after I had already signed all the paperwork. Would not recommend this place at all. Seen the owner replied back, it was bought under my name it was originally a 2012 burgundy Versa SV, then had to return it and get a base model black 2012 versa. I have since got rid of the Versa and got a 2018 RAV4 from Florence Toyota and absolutely loved the experience there and the car.

Chad and manager, Marcus, had me take the vehicle home for the night. We were then able to let my husband get in the car in the comfort of our own driveway.

Service staff at check in needs some customer service training. They could care less if they help you or not. Also was quoted a service time for 45 m mins. Wait time was more than double that. They will lie to get you in.
I spent 3.5 hours in that dealership today. I was up front about what I needed and they kept assuring me they could sell me a car in my budget. At the very end, they couldn't make the deal and made me feel unreasonable about my expectations. I simply "expect" staff to be up front about what they can or cannot do. I would've left happily and a lot sooner if they just told me they couldn't make the deal. They're just a typical car dealership.
I came in with the AC not working and for a oil change. They got the oil changed and put a new AC compressor on my Rouge in about 3 hours. I was very impressed. Great job. Thank you
My wife and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport from Grand Strand over the weekend. We love the new car and also had an incredible experience at the dealership. Buying cars is usually a painful experience and I hate doing it, but this was completely different. It was easy and quick. We never felt like we were waiting around, they did a great job telling us everything about the car, and helped us get the payment we were hoping for. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

We were on vacation in Myrtle Beach and on the last day the plastic lining under the front end was dragging. We went to the Grand Strand service center and was pleased to be treated with prompt service even on a Sat morning. The counter person, Diego, assured us it was not a major concern, got the car in quickly, reattached the liner and sent us on our way. Diego was so understanding about the situation and our need to get on the road back to CT. It's nice to know there is someone to rely on in the Myrtle Beach area who won't take advantage of people.
When turning in leased vehicle, asked if there where any additional fees and was told no. Received bill in mail for $418.00 (disposition fee). Called Nissan Finance and was told it was in my lease contract and all car companies charge the fee. Pointed out to both the dealer and Finance company that I would of appreciated them being upfront about the disposition fee and that all car companies DO NOT charge the fee. We presently lease a Subaru and there's NO fee. My mistake for not reading contract throughly there mistake for not pointing out and not telling the truth.
I was visiting here and had problems with the radiator fan on my Pathfinder. They promptly got me in for an appointment. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained all possible cost before proceeding. After diagnosing the problem, they informed me they had the parts in stock and could fix it now. They had checked into my warranty coverage that I had purchased and billed them directly for the repairs minus my deductible. The repairs were done in a very timely fashion. The service facility provides you with comfortable seats with outlets and tabletops (great for working on and charging your phones and tablets), free WiFi, complimentary refreshments, and others that can be purchased. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for your great service and excellent waiting area. I wish our dealers back home had such nice waiting areas.
This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Unlike all the other dealerships I've dealt with in my life, GSN cut out 95% of the back-and-forth haggling, time-wasting ridiculousness and made the car buying process quick and enjoyable. I am not sure how my Rogue will hold up, but if it's comparable to other cars I've owned (Toyota, Honda), then I'll almost certainly come back to GSN for future purchases.

Had an away from home urgent service issue with 2017 Nissan Titan Diesel- on a Saturday. They took us right in. Fixed it so we could get home for warranty repair at dealership. They were unimaginably awesome!! Best service experience ever.

We have bought 3 cars here at Grand Strand Nissan. I also have all of my warranty work completed at their service department. We have always received great service and the staff have always been friendly and very helpful. I am here today for basic service (oil and tire rotation) on our 2017 Maxima SR. It was brought in quickly and the waiting room is very comfortable. The chairs have tables built in for laptops and tablets. There are complimentary drinks and snacks (see pic). Overall, we have always been happy with this dealership and plan to continue to use them.

Sales department is GREAT! Service department is awful. Had an appointment and stood there 10 minutes with no other customers. 3 reps behind the counter and nobody even looked up to acknowledge my presence. I asked to have my keys back and left.
I'm from out of state. On the trip down to Myrtle Beach, I lost the tail pipe from my 2013 Nissan Titan Pick Up Truck. On Friday, August 17th, I called Nissan to see about getting it fixed. I spoke to a girl in the service department, and for some unknown reason said she would connect me to the parts department. Before I could say I didn't need the parts department, i was leaving a message on the parts department VM. I left a message saying i needed a repair and asked if they could call me back. Today is August 20th and I haven't heard a peep. Their loss on the repair money. Next time, Ill call North Strand Nissan. I'm sure their customer service has to be better. UPDATE Because they were so unresponsive and didn't care that my truck needed some work, I thought I had to wait to get home to get my tail pipe replaced. Well, on the way home, because of the heat build up under the bed of my truck, my wire harness melted. My truck was towed to Don Williamson Nissan in Jacksonville, NC where for $2600+ they repaired my truck. $2600+ for a repair because the stupid service girl and the lazy parts guy never followed up to get my truck into their shop.
Ironically, Grand Strand Nissan is a victim of their own success. I doubt that I will ever be able to provide a rating of “Surpassed my Expectations” because I’ve come to expect outstanding service from them and I’m never disappointed; so they always get rated “Met my Expectations”.
I am very happy with the sales team and service department - this is the 3rd car I purchased in the last 4 years. Josh Adams and Jim Hensley are excellent.
Always friendly and courteous every time I've been there. Nice waiting lounge. Actually feel like I'm not getting ripped off with them doing service work. Part s department has also been very helpful

Mostly just got in for oil changes. But customer service is great. Always friendly and informative. I love that they offer a multi point inspection every time.

Been buying cars for nearly 30 years and have NEVER been treated so well! Dealt with Corey, Vito, and Josh and was able to get my upcoming CCU grad into a Kicks. After nearly 30 years of dealing with the slimeballs in the business, it is comforting knowing these guys aren't like that. All three of these guys were just great...never felt any pressure and was just an overall pleasant experience....a for sure rarity when doing car deals. Didn't get exactly where I wanted to be for my kids first "break into adulthood" with her first real bill, but I believed Vito and Josh and felt they were very transparent. I believe Corey's success is because he is a no pressure salesman. I could go on and on, but 'nuff said! The staff has traits often looked for in employees, but rarely found these days. Would highly recommend this dealership if you don't want to deal with bottom barrel car salesmen!
I was buying out my lease ,I called and was emailed a price before going to the dealership. I see the manager Stan, first he was very nastsy! Asked me in this manner, name , address, phone , no small talk at all! I give him all the information requested! Then he gives me my price which is now 800.00 over my original agreement. I tell him I have an email stating the agreed price, he says "well we don't make any money on this!" So I show him the email, which I say "if you don't honor this price I am walking out the door!" He tells me " go ahead" I was going to go back and purchase a 2nd car within the NEXT week or two, you can rest assure GRAND STAND IN MYRTLE BEACH WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS. If I could give them a zero or negative I most definitely would!!

Raymond, who checked my Rouge in the service center, was very helpful in correcting the problem with the rear shocks. I would like to "Thank" him again for aquiring the parts from Greenville, SC, and rescheduling their installation, along with making sure the alignment was still within specs.
Service staff is good. Does not stock manual transmission cars even in sports cars. Pricey but haven't seriously negotiated with them for 14 years

I had a very enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience at grand strand Nissan last week thanks to Mark Skudrin. He was the sales person that sold us the Rogue. There was no high pressure tactics used unlike most dealerships today. Will purchase from them again.

Great Service Department! They were just so friendly! They checked my son's fuses for no additional charge when we got the standard oil change/tire rotation. The lady who checked us out even thanked me for being a navy mom and thanked my son for his service!
Team was very friendly and explained what all was handled with the servicing of our vehicle. Super staff! Highly recommend and I will be a customer for life!
