My friend purchased a car back in February. The customer service was very good. There was no issue with that. However two weeks later the air conditioner stopped working. My friend took the car back to Godwin and they "repaired" it and gave my friend a bill for $165..... Where was that year or up to 12k mile warranty then? Fast forward a short day later, the air conditioner stopped working once again. My friend was undoubtedly frustrated with this situation. My friend has been thru 2 seasons of warm to hot weather without Ac and Godwin wants to charge my friend an $80 service just to look it..... Quality customers service and quality cars should be in one

I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with Godwin Motors. I had them replace a broken door handle and detail one of my service trucks. The vehicle had an unfortunate paint spill in the bed that had run down over the rear bumper. Since I was more concerned with cleaning the interior of the vehicle, I told them to do what they could with the bumper but that I did not expect any miracles. When I picked the truck up, a miracle is what I received. The replacement door handle was paint matched perfectly, and both the interior and exterior of the vehicle were detailed to like new condition. Don't know how they got the paint off, but I am happy they did!

From the time I called to the 24 hours later that I was driving off with my infinity, he has done nothing but the most excellent job I have ever seen in car selling history. I would like to add to my review. I put down $1500 on my car less than 60 days ago. Unfortunately, my job caused me to become 30 days past due. I tried to let them know that it wasn't my fault, but they repossessed the car about a week ago. Then when I came up with the money by borrowing it from family, they said I had to pay the car in total. I have never heard of this before. Me and my kids were left stranded and couldn't get to school. Besides recently having my previous car stolen, I feel like I was robbed again. They got $1500 dollars and I got nothing. All in a matter of 44 days. I am at fault for being late, but not being able to get the car back is a total rip off and not fair. So be careful, because when trying to explain, the owner hung up in my face and right before Christmas. Every story doesn't have a happy ending.
