Horrible Service! Spent five hours looking at vehicles, found the perfect vehicle. After negotiating my price, the manager stated that he would not be able to provide me the sale at the price I was looking for. I leave the dealership, and got a call today stating that the manager would offer me the car at a certain price. I agreed to the price over the phone because I was at work. Stated I would be in today to make the payment and sign off on any required documents. Then I get a call back stating that the car was sold, but they could offer me the same exact model just with more mileage. I would of gave this place no stars if the option was available.

The General Manager Kirt went out of his way to help . My I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire they didn’t have the tire in stock but said they could have one their late in the afternoon. He quickly got me a loaner so i didn’t have to wait several hours at the dealership. East Coast Honda Values their Customers and their Time . I've been involved in the purchase of 2 vehicles from East Coast Honda and both experiences had horrible outcomes. The first time, as soon as I drove off the lot several warning lights came on. Of course they didn't come on during the test drive. I immediately called but they said there was nothing they could do because I bought the car "As Is". I honestly believe they knew there was a problem and cleared the codes so the lights wouldn't show up during the test drive. The second time was just a few months ago when my boyfriend purchased a car and the same thing happened to him. Luckily, his was under warranty, however it took several trips to their service center to get the problem fixed. Yesterday, my boyfriend (Matt Santos) took the car back to be serviced and reminded them of another issue they previously promised to fix. They said they couldn't reproduce the popping sound that they originally said was a faulty strut mount bearing. We pointed out that they had already reproduced the sound, diagnosed the problem, and were supposed to actually fix it. Instead of doing what they were supposed to, they refused to do anything. Their advice was to wait until the problem gets worse!! What that means is that they'd prefer to wait until the warranty runs out, and there are more expensive things to fix, so that they can drain us of more money. The service department is a joke. The people are rude, and apparently too inept to even keep notes. They fail to realize that how they do their job could literally mean life or death to the driver of the vehicle. By refusing to fix a known issue, they are endangering the lives of everyone on the road, but that obviously means nothing to them. We're going into day 3 of having to share our other vehicle while this one is idly sitting at the East Coast Honda service department. We are not taking the car back until they fix it. I mean, that IS their job, right? We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from East Coast; even if I was offered a FREE car from there, I wouldn't take it! The GM should take note of all of the negative reviews on here. Read them and see how many of them specifically have complaints about the service department. If I were you, I'd look very closely at the people you've chosen to employ in that department and ask yourself if you can entrust them not only with protecting your business, but protecting the LIVES of your customers.

Brought my car in to get fixed and my car came out worst. When my car was dropped off it was running. After Irwin the service advisor realized the car was not covered under warranty which HE first said it was. They took out the new parts they installed, and instead of putting my car back together as it was they gave me a car that won’t turn on and won’t run because THEY decided to not put it back together and not waste their precious time. I refused to stay silent. we spent 1,200 dollars for nothing because they were the ones who made the mistake on the warranty. And now my car is worst off than when it was dropped off there.

Brought our 2013 Pilot in for the 75,000 mile service which was completed as expected. During the service the Service Technician discovered a leaking bushing which needed repair. The Service Dept was helpful in locating the Company Rep of our extended service contract and determined that the service was covered under the warranty. I was also offered a ride home until the service was completed however my wife was available and came to pick me up. The Service Advisor, Irwin Cumberbatch was outstanding and made certain he made me aware of the costs associated with the service; both the 75,000 mile service and the one needing use of the extended warranty.

Had a great experience buying my car. But it’s only been 5000 miles and I’ve been back to the dealer 4 times. The cars dash lights up like a Christmas tree with errors. Each time they told me it was something different. I’m a teacher and they made me late every time. I took the car in on the weekend but after waiting on it they said they couldn’t check it out to bring it back during the week. The service guy Matt was the rudest guy ever. The fact that I’m a girl he thought he could treat me like dirt. You think buying a new 2019 Honda Accord and it breaking 4 times in 6 months they would at least say I’m so sorry. Let us check on it and we will make it right no matter what. Guess not. Like most dealerships they are nice and caring when they want your money for the car. Soon as you need some customer service or technical service they treat you like dirt.

Today i picked u my car .sep 16..so i walked in..n the girl at the front desk acted like a stranger ..not friendly at all...there was a guy next to her not friendly at all..this was around 5pm..they cheanged my metal cover but not the plastic cover its still all scratch up still.....not too too happy with them..not too too happy again
