Came in for an oil change and a few concerns, and Jim made it super simple. He answered all my questions and concerns and provided me with the information I requested and then some! I never felt like he was "over-selling", he was simply being a true advisor. It's a nice change from what I've experienced with other dealers.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am for a simple oil change. I scheduled my appointment months in advance. I thought that I was supposed to have a loaner car but there wasn’t one waiting for me. I asked for my car to be washed and the service advisor said they could not wash my car that day. They took me to my appointment in a shuttle. The driver did not seem to know his surroundings very well and I’m not from the Greenville area so I didn’t either. When I called to be picked up, the driver told me it would be 40 minutes before he could get me. I told him that was unacceptable and that someone would need to be called to come pick me up. He did but it still took about 25 minutes for me to be picked up. Understand that I was only 10 minutes from the BMW dealership. When I go to back at approximately 1:00 my car still wasn’t ready. The service person that was handling me said my car still wasn’t ready and that I would need to wait. Understand that this was a simple oil change. It was finally ready at approximately 2:30. For the most part my service appointments have always been average but this one was definitely very poor. There seemed to be no care or concern or organization. I would expect more from BMW. Needless to say, I’m am becoming more and more dissatisfied with not only the performance of my car but also the customer service aspect of BMW. I will never buy from BMW again.

I came in with my brand new BMW because the exhaust was rattling loudly and BMW took me in fast and treated me right. I've owner a new Ford before this and I can say confidently that BMW has the best service department. BMW took me in gave me a free loaner car, a m package x3 btw, and kept me updated on my car and worked hard to get it finished in time. When I got my car back it was cleaned and vacuumed and they gave me a list of all that was done and checked. They treated me like royalty and it was truly amazing. Like I said earlier I've owned a new Ford and every time I went to Ford for service it was a terrible experience but with BMW I loved every single thing about it.

I had the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a Mini dealership/service appointment. First, the appointment setting was seamless and they were so friendly and accommodating. Second, the service desk person I worked with, Bonnie Parker was the best service personnel I’ve ever worked with. She was such a great communicator, set the correct expectation of time, called & texted me my car service was complete. She was so so friendly and professional. She did exactly what she said she was going to do. Additionally, she arranged a ride for me off site. She was simply amazing! The sales staff asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything.

This was the worst experience I had BMW. The service rep completely lied to my face. I drop my car of at 7:30am and it was only suppose to be a couple of hours of work (engine oil and filters). The service rep called me at 9:10am and told me about needing tires. I declined and she told me she will call me when the car will be ready for pickup. Around 2:45pm I still haven't heard anything and called my service rep for a status. I got her voicemail and left her message. Not hearing anything I called back at 3:45pm to check again, this time I talk to the service desk. They transfer me to her extension and again no answer. I called back and the service desk went and find out that from the tech that my car has been ready for while. I drive up there and my service rep is there and she told me "Oh I called you and left you a voicemail. Also I sent you a text message".. THIS WAS DAMN LIE!!! I never heard from her since 9:10am asking me to spend $1000 on some tires. I have showed her my call logged and texted log and she still said - "well I don't know what's wrong with your carrier, but I called" The fact that she lied to my face and my wife's face shows me that she could care less about my car and customer service. But she still had the nerve to say "Please rate me an excellent on my survey". Why should I rate someone excellent who lied and completely had no regards for me. I am extremely disappointed in BMW and expect more from them in regards from customer service. Worst experience!

My power steering went out and I took the car to Watson Tire and Automotive, which was next door to where my meeting was. They checked and said that a bolt had sheared on a pulley that connected the alternator and the power steering. They recommended that I have it towed to BMW. I called AAA. That was 11 AM. Century BMW got the car about 1 PM and my Service Advisor, Jim Rohrer, called me back that afternoon and said that the problem was part of a BMW recall and that it would be fixed for free. As well, the alternator had been damaged and that would be repaired as well. If I could rate the experience a 10 instead of a 5, I would do so.

Routine service but ended with car that was not cleaned properly and had to be sent back while I waited further. Had to return a day later to have service light reset. Technician forgot to reset at service. Took another hour of my time. So a total of 2 hrs for service and 2 hrs travel time for the two visits. After reset, found another customers paperwork in the floorboard. -I expect better attention to detail and service at a Bmw dealership!

One of the mechanics or car washers broke my drivers seat trim while my vehicle was in for a recall. The damage disabled both seat and steering wheel controls. I reported it in person when picking up the car. I was told there was nothing they could do. Now I’m driving a car that I can barely see over the steering wheel and reach the pedals. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at Century and will not conduct business with them again. I will not recommend them to others.

I scheduled a service appointment after an engine coolant level low warning I received last weekend . I added 1/2 liter of coolant to bring the level between minimum and maximum and I took the car in to be checked . After 2 hours the diagnostic was“ we did not find any leaks “and it is normal for a BMW to loose coolant . I have been driving different car brands in the past and I never heard about being normal to loose coolant . I will look for a second opinion at another dealership .

Was looking to purchase a new BMW SUV. Investigating possible dealerships. Thought that a dealer near where BMW's are made would be a good choice. I have read both positive and negative comments. Took both "with a grain of salt". Concerned with the Service Department complaints. "Service after the sale" and some of the canned responses from the Service Department. I live 1 1/2 hours away and looks as if I either have to drop BMW from my choice or try another dealership in Asheville or Gainesville to purchase and have service performed.

I walked into dealership to look at a car I saw on Cargurus. A client advisor had to look up car on computer, then ask for my drivers license. I told him I wanted to look at the car and I would not give him my license. He told me to wait. After 10 minutes he came back and said follow me. We went thru the service department and out to a fenced in lot out back. The car was locked. He never offered to unlock the car even though I tried to open door. The inside rear view mirror was detached from the wind shield. He never offered me a test drive. As we were walking back to show room I ask what service was done on the car. He said he did not know but there was a folder inside the car with those details. He did not offer to her folder. This dealer needs to take lessons from the Mercedes dealer up the road.

Awful experience. I drive over two hours to close a deal on a used vehicle. Once I got there and wait two hours the manager Chase at Century MINI tells me they could not accept my credit unions check because they had never seen a check from my company credit union next. They googled my company credit union which they do have a website. Needless to say I left with check in hand with no car. I am still in shock of how I was treated at this dealership today. They do not communicate with each other.

My BMW 550i had to much problems. The N63 Engine was a money trap. We switched to the 530e, but the battery goes empty very quick. The range is just for 13 Miles and you need to charge it every night. I was expecting more from this expensive car.

The service advisor, April Calvert, was great! When I called her on Friday with an issue with my oil light while I was traveling, she got the foreman on the phone to help me! The foreman, Jerry, was helpful and knowledgeable! I ended up having an outlier issue with my oil sensor. Although April had to deliver not good news to me about my bill, she handled herself and the situation in a very professional manner. I ended up having to take my issue to the Service Director, Andrew Dantzler, and to the General Manager, Chad Domonoske who were also very professional. The oil warning on my 2017 X4 came on four different times while I was traveling from Alabama to South Carolina on a Friday- each time giving me the directive to put a quart of oil in my car. I ended up putting 2 quarts of oil in the car. When I got home that Friday the oil warning was still on. I did not drive my car over the weekend and took it to the dealership (BMW Century) on Monday morning. When I drove it to the dealership the warning light was not showing, but I suspected it was because it was not very far of a drive to the dealership. At the dealership, the oil warning was not showing up and not even showing that it had ever gone off!! My oil was over the required amount because of the oil I had put in it from the warning lights. Since the warning was not showing at the dealership, I was expected to pay for the bill; despite the fact that my car is still under CPO warranty and this issue would have been covered by the CPO. As you can imagine, I was not happy and expressed my concerns to Andrew and Chad. They were both professional and decided to meet me more than half way (pay half the bill and replace my oil sensor). This is my 5th BMW and I absolutely love BMWs. I’m a very loyal customer and I thank BMW Century Greenville for doing what was right!!

He is certainly knowledgeable and helped me to understand everything before I left. Even though it was closing time I in no way felt rushed to make a decision. This dealership is top notch above the rest. I drove two and a half hours to get there and the reason was that Patrick went out of his way to make me feel comfortable in doing so. He took pictures of every that he thought I might think was wrong with the vehicle... all of it was so minor but I appreciated that I was made aware before driving so far.

I have been a loyal Mini/BMW customer for years and have nothing but good things to say about the brand. Saying that I do not feel Century Mini serves the brand well. I did not have the best experience with your dealership and will not be returning. Not only did they send me home with having broke a piece that wasn't broke when I arrived, but also a piece that could have caused major damage to my car. They broke the intake hose to the engine leaving it vulnerable to anything getting sucked in. Furthermore they were not able to complete the job due to "needing to drill a bolt out". Upon replacing the part myself at home, after seeing how they had messily put things back together, I could see the mechanic could not get the bolt in question out as he was using the wrong size tool and had nearly stripped the bolt. I was able to remove the part with no issue although I needed to replace the bolt he had damaged along with replacing the intake hose your head service manager for BMW had to overnight me in an effort to fix your mistake. During my visit, I was left with little updates and was mostly alone in your building. This would also explain my need to call BMW to get someone on the phone when trying to make appointments or in this case fix a mistake, as there is not reception and a single service adviser for Century Mini. The wait room is uncomfortable with little seating and the showroom is overly crowded. I feel this dealership treats Mini on a lower level than their BMW clients and does not give the customer experience I have come to associate with the brand. I no longer trust your mechanics to know how to properly fix my vehicle, your adviser to make the best client experience, or the dealership as a whole to meet my future needs.

I have been researching BMW Convertables for a few months and I came across a 2016 428i Convertable on your Facebook Ad. I immediately called Century BMW when I saw the car and made an appointment this past Friday (6/28/2019) via calling into your dealership. The staff indicated that the Car would be ready for my review when I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived as there was a VIP Tag on the Car and Baynes Norton greeted me and my wife to review the car, answer questions and went with us to test drive the car. I had never driven a BMW so Baynes was very helpful in explaining the features of the car with us. Unlike other dealerships, I did not experience any pressure sales tatics from Baynes or any of the staff. After we decided to purchase the car, Baynes made the process very easy and explained all our options for financing (if needed) and maintenance/extended warranty options. Baynes explained the Dealership Service Process and even was kind enough to show us the Maintenance Shop (which was impressive). I would recommend Century and Bayne to anyone of prefers a professional informative experience in purchasing a car. (Joey Anders)

Said we needed new brakes, took to Valvoline who told us the brakes were fine. The service mechanics work on commission, hence the fraud.

Stopped in because a battery issues. I left car to be charged but ended up needing a battery. I when back and was told this was in stock and needed programming and should take an hour or so. I waited over and hour and was told the car was ready. When I went outside to pick up my advisor Nick Gubitosa was not around for 10-15 minutes. By this time I had already paid for my car which was the wrong amount and had to be re-processed. By now it was closing time and another advisor stepped in to help out. Turned out my car was not ready the tech person did not finished up the job. So the other advisor help me with another car and this worked out great. When I came back the next day I was told that the second change that Nick processed was also wrong and did not include tax. So more time and paper work to get back on the road. Overall I would never go back for service if Nick was my advisor.

The service report stated both were completed but the washer fluid message is still present, even though “all fluids were topped off”. I went into the service department with very specific issues on my BMW X1. When I received the service report I was told that I would need to make nearly $4000 worth of repairs to my car. Most of which had nothing to do with the reported problem. The sad thing is that I was charged $146 (one hour of time) for a mechanic to hook up a scan tool to my car and just read the results of the codes. I purchased a Foxwell NT510 scan tool online that accomplished the same thing and after some testing found out that a simple battery change was all that was needed. BMW quoted me over $500 for this job in the quote. I'm no mechanic but I was able to purchase a battery for roughly $175, install it, and register it to the car in all under an hour yet somehow BMW wanted an hour and a half for this work. I suggest that Century BMW quit trying to scam customers by charging ridiculous amounts of labor and selling them parts that they don't need.

The service I would say to be mediocre at best. The service rep was nice enough, but had little experience and poorly trained. Came in for a simple oil change. The rep did not mentioned what type of oil they would be using or mentioned any specials or options. Did not offer shuttle service. With a scheduled appointment. It was still a two hour wait. The management is something to be desired. No one said sorry for the wait. They don't see customers, but just a way to make money. That's why dealerships gets such a bad reputation. I have never had a good experience with Century BMW. I go elsewhere for any major repairs. I would not recommend this place at all.
