We bought a Chrysler Pacifica a couple months ago. Transmission slips and the secondary battery is died. No problem, it’s covered under warranty. We took it in and the mechanic “can’t duplicate the problem “. Either the mechanic needs more training or they’re scam artists, either way we won’t be buying from them again. Buyer beware!

Was on the way to myrtle beach and got 20 minutes out when the limp mode started on my husbands truck. We went to Conway dodge and they did a flash on the system. When we left the limp system started again. We had 90 miles left on travel and 80 left on limp mode before we would only be able to go 5 mph all the way home. Made a call to Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and asked if they could help us. They started a diagnostic test to see if they could reset it to no avail. The ended up doing another flash and we were able to make it home. They also went out of their way to stay after hours to help us. Mechanics and service department were super friendly and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this place. THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME!!!!!!!

I was not happy that the dealership added $1000 to the price advertised in addition to the normal fees though and believe that the vehicles should be sold for the price advertised. Great experience I found my dream truck I have always wanted but due to bad credit I have had to waste money in fixing my old car for years. I went in expecting fully to not be approved, I had already shopped around and been denied several times the only reason I gave it a shot and landed my truck for payments I can afford is because of sales associate Grayson Catoe. My 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk was at 37000 miles, just briefly outside the warranty due to the drive from Kansas. I live in Sumter, SC. It is my opinion you need to travel out of town when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. You will not find a more friendly and helpful staff than at the Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram in Lugoff, SC. A lot of dealerships give you the feeling that you are about to be taken when you enter their doors. Their forced smiles and repetitive promises of you driving home today in a vehicle that you know you cannot afford makes me ill. The sales staff as well as the service department at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram all appear to enjoy their jobs and it is evident when you walk through their door. I would say you would be hard pressed to find a more friendly staff that is willing to help you find what you are looking for and work with you on being able to keep you in your budget. It is always my first place to shop when looking to purchase a vehicle.

ALERT: Carolina Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Lugoff does bad business. Just bought a used vehicle from them. I understand that I did buy a used vehicle. However, it has low mileage, was originally purchased from Carolina Dodge, and was locally owned by an older gentleman. Overall it seems to be a well maintained truck. However, I have ran into some problems with the dealership. The first problem was that there was an issue with the differential. Took it back and they said nothing was wrong with it. Took it back a second time and they finally really checked it out and found out there was really an issue. So they fixed it I noticed the brakes were squeaking when I first bought it but I didn't think too much of it because brakes just do that sometimes. However, after a few days I realized that the brakes were gone and it was metal against metal. Took it back to have them check out the brakes and the service department told me that there were no pads left on the brakes and that it was eating into the rotor. I then talked to the floor manager Jeromy Birket and he began to tell me that they cannot fix it without charging me. I explained that brakes don't just get that bad in just a few days and that they were bad before they sold me the truck. He assured me that every vehicle goes through a safety inspection and if the brakes would have been bad they would have replaced him... What a load of bull!!! I would like to say that the sales lady Rachel Robinson did her best to try and help me out and was mostly honest with me. Overall, I was pleased with her professionalism. Anyway, point is they didn't inspect the vehicle before selling it and then lied to me about it. To think a car dealership would lie... I'm so surprised... not!

Went there to look at and purchase a used vehicle today. I talked to about every salesman, they all seemed willing to work with me. We agreed on a price and I left to look at another vehicle. Within 2 hours I called back and told them I would be coming back to purchase the vehicle. I called again when I was in my way and they said they would hold it for me(hour drive from work). When I got there there was a guy and what looked to be his father getting done test driving the vehicle I was supposed to be there to buy. They then acted like we never agreed on a price and then after obvious back and forth between my self and the other gentleman they told me the other guy was here first and they had to sell him the car. They obviously got a better offer from the other guy. Do not go here they are shady and have no integrity. I hope there 2k was worth it. I will be calling their manger in the morning.

After filling out a request through TruCar to purchase a new vehicle, Chris from Carolina Chrysler, began calling me multiple times a day on April 1st and has continued to call me for what is now going on 3 months. All of the messages are telling that he will not stop calling me unless I call and talk to him and tell him that I no longer want a vehicle. He's also left messages like "I hope you aren't cheating on me and at another dealer". I found this extremely disturbing. I finally called the dealership and requested to speak to a manager. After explaining that my call was concerning harassment by a salesman, they actually transferred me to Chris! I finally spoke to a manager who said the only reason I was still getting calls was because Chris didn't want to miss out on an opportunity and Chris just needed to hear from me in order to stop calling. For Carolina Chrysler to imply that I have to contact each dealership in order to stop receiving calls is ridiculous. Very unprofessional and desperate salesmen. Do not contact them unless you are prepared to be harassed!

I went to this dealership on a tip from a friend that they had the car that I wanted. The car had not been on the lot for 24 hours and I was there to buy it. Being that the car was so new to the lot it had not been serviced or cleaned. The salesman, Chris, went above and beyond for me.
